    Whatever there are ‘exercises’ of any sort, especially conducted by FEMA, I tend to get very nervous. FEMA admitted being present in New York City on 9/10/01 for a ‘readiness drill ‘the next day (9/11) and what a surprise the military was engaged in (six) war games scenarios on 9/11/01 itself. No wonder why ATC was confused as to what was happening on their screens. NORAD was ordered to stand down. The put options on American and United Airlines. The list is long.

    Then there’s 7/7 in London where again, ‘readiness drills’ were being undertaken – oh, exactly 911 days after 9/11/01. Amazing.

    Simple coincidences? What are the odds? It is obvious that conventional warfare has long been replaced with covert technological warfare and really, how does any PROVE HAARP – or advanced space weaponry such Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) as suggested by Dr. Judy Wood being used on the WTCs on 9/11? And yet her theories make perfect sense.

    If there is a readiness drill going to be happening near the New Madrid faultline and if I were residing in the area, my sole objective would be to be packing up the family and heading for higher ground far, far away. The entire Mississippi basin would transform into in huge inland sea – permanently. And yet how would anyone prove who-done-it or it was a ‘natural’ event. Nothing’s ‘natural’ anymore.

    Nikola Tesla is turning over in his urn right now. He did not intend for his inventions and patents to be used by rogue and evil men who are very much still in power. Which is worse? Thinking these events were natural or knowing otherwise?

    Actually I’m of the suspect nature that HAARP was used, not only in Haiti, and Indonesia, but Chile as well. So, Japan would be the fourth. Now there are volcanoes going off in Russia and Indonesia. (The China quake(s) are still up for speculation IMO.)

    The question has arisen whether the thousands of FEMA ‘coffins’, located I believe in Arkansas or Alabama, are in anticipation of the New Madrid fault being ‘HAARPED’. One can never tell these days what is ‘natural’ or manmade. But I definitely agree with Dr. Farrell, the technology is unquestionable there and it is suspect.

    My question is, what will the Japanese government ‘do’ if they indeed suspect HAARP in this mega disaster. Do they have the ability to respond in kind – to their enemies and if they do, will they use it?

    Although the effects of the earth quake hitting the U.S. may argue against an Anglo-American use of technology perhaps this aspect could be seen a general FEMA readiness exercise for disasters engineered or natural? It could be considered a possible use of HAARP was also an intentional test for collateral damage in the U.S.
