According to the U.K.'s The Guardian, Germany and France have begun talks on the breakup of the Eurozone:
European debt crisis spiralling out of control
We can at least thank The Guardian for showing where the real power in the Eurozone, as in the Common Market that led to it, always lay: Paris and Berlin/Bonn. What of course if being ignored is the role of private monopolies over the issuance of currencies in the form of debt notes.

will ask an employee if when they began their banking career if anyone
explained fractional banking to them.
Today for the first time I got a positive reply from an employee, but she
