OK…SO NOW THEY WANT TO TEST A CORN GENETICALLY RESISTANT TO AN ...

I had to admit, when I first heard of this, I was a bit skeptical, so I decided to do a bit of snooping. Were my eyes deceiving me? Apparently not, for according to the US Federal Register, Dow AgroScience LLC is asking the US government to allow the introduction of the genetically engineered corn said to be resistant to the Agent Orange ingredient  2,4-D- Agent Orange,  remember that?

Now, this strikes me as very risky at best, and loathsome at worst. If the corn is genetically resistant to this compound, that could mean that it simply gets stored in the kernels and transmitted to human beings who would then ingest the chemical. As the second article points out, this agent "bioaccumulates" as it is transmitted higher and higher in the food chain. The disturbing thing is that the use of Agent Orange - which included about 50% of 2,4-D according to some sources - resulted in birth defects in Vietnamese children, including deformities, neurological disorders, and so on. Granted, the Federal Register does not specifically state that they want to spray Agent Orange on corn crops, but one does have to wonder how they are going to test their corn in a natural environment without doing so. Surely no one would be that insane.

Which leads to a  more important question that needs to be asked here: why would anyone develope a corn plant resistant to this agent? Is someone expecting corn crops to be dusted by attacks from someone using Agent Orange? In other words, is this in response to intelligence source picking up threats that they have not informed us about? Is it perhaps simply the kind of contingency planning one gets with such large corporations in league with the military and its black projects? To me, this last possibility seems to be the most logical explanation, namely, that it is contingency planning of some sort, to secure the American food supply in the face of some unknown external chemical warfare threat, and hence, I am somewhat skeptical of rumors associated with this story that "they" are planning Agent Orange spraying of American crops, but this notice in the Federal Register does give me pause, for all the above-stated reasons and questions.

The bottom line: The development of such a corn against such an herbicide or defoliant suggests to me that someone in the military-industrial complex has either had a credible threat of this nature, or that it is developing GMOs, not in some insidious plot to poison humanity (always a possibility given the nutcases one finds in the elites of the world), but rather, in response to long-range contengency and continuity of government planning and operations. Either way, it should give one pause.

There is also a patent for aluminum-resistent seeds.
    Hello Chemtrails.
Mansanto has its hands in this someplace. Unseen silent partner with the patent holders?

Roundup doesn’t work any more, hence the need for something stronger like 2-4-D. See Linda Mouton Howe’s interview for more info:

Have a look at these additives. Agent Orange is just another poison being added to food.

I have removed these from my diet and the difference is amazing. I have also experimented with students getting them to avoid foods with these additives, the results were amazing.

I suspect that large corporations are being kept in business with this garbage. Most of these are banned in Europe, but the U.S, Australia, N.Z etc still have this evil in food. Our children are paying the price and I suspect the incredible cancer rates in these countries are connected as well.

We are being genetically changed and controlled.

“We are being genetically changed and controlled.”

MattB, yes!!! Keep that thought in mind.

They want, or perhaps need, to change our genetics. Save your seeds and trade with your neighbors when necessary.

What is happening in the arena of food production is for the most part under the radar for non-agricultural types, but is profoundly disturbing.
    1. Monsanto holds so called ‘patents’ on GMO varieties of grain. If only one plant of any of these varieties happen to take root in any farmers’ field, by whatever means, Monsanto can claim the entire crop as their property, i.e. their property rights have been violated.
    2. Monsanto farmers, so -called, are forced to buy grain seeds that have been genetically modified to bear one harvest only, i.e. the seeds cannot be saved and sown the following year, another complete batch must be purchased.
    3. The company maintains its very own ‘police force’ whose sole duty seems to be to terrorise and harass ‘non-compliant’ farmers.
RT recently ran a series of documentaries on the situation if anyone is interested in finding out more.

F William Engdahl’s book: ‘Seeds of Destruction/The Hidden Agenda of Genetic Manipulation’ – portends, indeed, that a wickid wind doth this way blow.

Not a big book, but to the point.
        Very good read.

I DO love synchronicity! Just within the last day or so I was reading that Agent Orange (the chemical) was speculated to have been named for Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands (“House of Orange”) and whose code name was apparently “Agent Orange.” I can’t find that link now, darnit. But apparently someone DID create a comic-book series linking the two together. http://lambiek.net/artists/v/varekamp.htm

But in an attempt to find that link I DID find this little snippet about Prince Bernhard (dec’d 2007): “Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands was a former SS-officer before marrying into the Dutch Kings-House. He was also employee of a sub-division of the German “IG Farben”, “IG Farben und Bilder”. The latter fact indicates, that the choice of the Hotel Bilder-Burg for the first meeting was not accidental. There was even a close relationship between Exxon (Standard Oil company) and IG Farben. This connections last until the present time – Monsanto Inc. took over much of the expertise of IG Farben concerning chemical weapons. “Agent Orange” was a “follow up” of Sarin, Senfgas and Tabun. When Monsanto faced financial difficulties in restructuring from a chemical to a biogenetic Company, Citibank (part of the Rothschild-universe) helped out with a loan.” http://www.mega.nu/ampp/www.tlio.demon.co.uk/bernhard.htm

So there you have the connection with Nazi’s, IG Farben, Monsanto and Agent Orange. Don’t you just love it?

    • Ramura on January 25, 2012 at 7:16 pm

And, from a conspiratorial point of view, if they were able to create corn that could “carry” the Agent Orange poison, think what that will do to the already suspect “high-fructose corn syrup” that seems to show up in EVERYTHING these days, to say nothing of all the corn snacks (Fritos, Doritos) and, of course, the compounding effect of in the grain of feed stock.

I think it is quite generous of you, Dr. Farrell, to try to imagine what a positive reason to do this would be. I am not so kind…

More than just Vietnamese were harmed from Agent Orange my good friend. I have two brothers and a cousin who were affected by it as well as some of their offspring. In fact, my cousin just died recently. It was a horrible time in our history, and we seem not to have learned a lesson from it, except now its okay because the news media imbeciles and Hollywood say its okay to kill and maim and to be maimed. That’s the hundreds without arms or legs or both and some without faces.

Would not feed genetically modified corn to my livestock and certainly not put it on my own table. This is another step toward the inevitable and complete control of the food supply, as well as energy and all things financial.

Related topic was this story that appeared Aug. 27, 2010, “Scientists Crack Wheat’s Genetic Code” Saved the article but not the link. It was an AP story in the UK, Telegraph. Read this statement in the article, “Other crops have had their genetic codes unscrambled within the past few years –rice in 2005, corn in 2009, and soybeans earlier this year.”

And this one, “New Zealand food bill to make growing food a government privilege rather than a human right” here is the link – http://www.naturalnews.com/034337_New_Zealand_food_freedom_human_rights.html

The noose will be tightened at a more opportune time my friends.

Thanks for giving ink to the ‘continuity of government planning’, as this ‘y factor’, certainly figures into any equation that graphs onto the present/future context policy suasage decision making process.

Wow, and all these years I had to make do with just putting salt and butter on my corn on the cob. But now, after all these years I get a little Agent Orange as well. LOl, wow, if ya can’t laugh sometimes you’ll go nuts

Very good, Joseph. I’ll have to remember that one.
I think you are one of those ‘eternal optimists.’
Always at least, try to, look for / find a bright spot.
Or at rhe very least, one that MAY make SOME sense (?)

THAT is the very nature of insanity, my friend.
It simply makes no sense !
