The support ticket system is upand running again. Please resume using the support system on the web site for support issues. Note: some folks are still sending support requests to Dr. Farrell. These are forwarded to Giza Support which then requests that the initiator fill out a support ticket on the site,to standardize routing and tracking of tickets, as well as capture sufficientinformation to resolve them. To get tickets resolved in a timely manner, please use the established support process on the site.
