This one, folks, is one I simply have to talk about, no matter how kooky it may sound. Many readers of this site live in Australia, and that country is having one of its most fierce heatwaves in almost eight decades. For that story, see, for example, this article by the UK's Guardian:

It isn't so much theheat wave that caught my attention, but this article - containing some high octane speculation - that was sent to me by a few of you, including some of you in Australia:

Now, normally, I wouldn't give such an article much time, except for the fact that Pine Gap really is as mysterious as the article makes it out to be: Australians are not allowed inside (nor for that matter, is anyone else), andno one really knows for sure what goes on inside - or under - it. Nor, really, would I give much attention to claims such as these:
"In the book Cosmic Conspiracy by Stan Deyo, he writes that Pine Gap is 12 miles from the dead centre of Australia and has been drilled down 5.3 miles. This bore could be used as an underground antenna for VLF electricity broadcasts. He says as it is supposed to be involved in both upper atmospheric sub-surface research, the ‘bore antenna’ could be used to tune a gigantic ‘standing wave’ field around the entire planet.
"This system could be tuned to set up a resonating electric field around the planet to an altitude of 250 miles. The book says that there are rumors saying that Pine Gap has a very large nuclear facility used to power its enormous ‘transceiver’. More rumors say also high-voltage high-energy plasma accelerators possibly for power generation, a ‘death ray’ or plasma cannon."
Now, I have no idea if indeed there is a VLF antenna extending into the earth for some fives miles beneath Pine Gap, nor if it is being used "to set up a resonating electric field around the planet" nor if it has nuclear reactors for firing up Independence Day-style plasma cannon or not. Nor, of course, have I any idea if the high heat over that continent is due to Pine Gap or not, though I do find it one of those "highly coincidental" things that the heat plume over the continent seems at times to be oddly parked...
....but....
We're told that the facility is nothing more than a "satellite tracking facility." Uh huh... This from the same people that gave us the swamp gas explanation for UFOs and the Magic Bullet explanation for JFK.... So, given the remoteness of the installation, it would make sense for it to be the site of something more than satellite tracking. After all, there's no big secret to tracking satellites that the Australians don't know (unless, of course, it's satellites that shouldn't be there full of things they shouldn't be carrying doing things they shouldn't be doing). So could there be something more? Are some in Australia right to suspect a connection between their weird weather and what may be going on in Pine Gap?
I think so, and for a strange reason: Central and Western Australia have been the scenes of some very strange goings on, some of which, even given the sparse population densities of those places, have had witnesses. One of these I reported on in Covert Wars and Breakaway Civilizations, the Kalgoorlie fireball, which, as it turns out, had a possible connection to Japanese yakuza and the strange Aum sinru kyo cult. Why mention this strange incident in this context? Because, as some researchers have pointed out, sitings of such fireballs and ball lightning over faults often precedes earthquakes, and the sighting in this instance indicates human players, and human technologies.
So what, in the final analysis is my suspicion? It is this: I suspect that the theorists may be on to something, that there is more going on at the facility - much more - than we're being told. But I suspect that it is not to be construed as a closed system, but rather, that whatever is going on at Pine Gap, be be an integral part of a much bigger system, and a much bigger story, one that would include, for example, HAARP and other such ionospheric heaters... a powerful combination: phase arrays, and deep-earth VLF antennae... kinda sorta maybe perhaps like Tesla's Wardenclyffe, but on a truly global scale...
...which raises its own questions: Why build a system that large...?

Just thought I’d mention the article that you gave us Dr Farrell, and perhaps this has been taken as obvious by most here, but the obvious reason for it was the idea of a carbon tax. Already we are one of the first to implement this scheme under the Labor government. Tony Abbott, Liberal, is against it and said not long before that his government would remove it when they returned to power.
This carbon tax idea is of course insidious, as it’s one of the first ventures into a world tax I believe.
I’m thinking this would be one reason and they are playing HAARP like crazy to help us to believe in the tax. (Or is DEW another tool they use? I’m sure that’s available from the Gap. We have a lot of dissenters, as elsewhere, but of course there was no referendum because we do not have a democracy.

When Pine Gap was initially opened it was for the purpose of being the “eyes & ears” for the US military against a Soviet first strike, as it was deemed the best place on the planet at that time to see a first strike come from eastern Russia against the United States – that was the official story back then and I actually believe that was indeed the case, but alot has changed since then though hasn’t it.
There seems to be an anomaly here though. Although the centre was specifically designed with the aforementioned intent, the cold war is now, for all intents and purposes, over – BUT since the end of the cold war, the bases’ staffing numbers have increased significantly lol…..Why?? What is it that they are actually monitoring there or, playing around with there?

In the investwatch article it states that Australians have never been allowed onto the base – this is completely false.
Australians military and government personnel have always had access to the facility and not just as perimeter guards, although I do believe the Australian Protective Services were responsible for guarding the facility – the APS have now been re-absorbed back into the Australian Federal Police from where they initially derived back in 1984. I’m not aware of who is responsible for the external security of the base nowadays.
Also the base at Exmouth I now believe is fully under Australian control. There is a very interesting antenna array layed out there though for anyone wishing to google earth an image of it..

I would like to point out that Gough Whitlam, our PM from 1972 to 1975, was ousted by Governor General General John Kerr (English). Part of the reason was, I believe, because he wanted to close down Pine Gap. He apparently also exposed a CIA agent and boss at Pine Gap, Richard Stallings. There were other reasons, but a dismissal has never happened before or since.

On page 84 section 2. The Engineering of Man are a few ‘telling’ lines or sentences: the first is “How else can we be invoked and remembered on the face of earth?” and the second is the first half of a long sentence: “In other words, there is no notion or conception of anything resembling evolutionary theory;.”
I caught a few flashes with those two sentences. Why do these beings need to be invoked and remembered. Maybe their technology is most certain High but I suspect their psychology lacks some precious ‘vitality?”
The other sentence about Evolution (the debate is still raging) reminds me of what a Native American author called Vine De Loria had to say about the matter.
In my past readings about the question of cruelity in the world or Must We Burn Sade. Well, I don’t believe we should rehabilitate Sade’s works but someone mentioned Sade really had no real personal-power. He only saw it in the faces of the victims. To me that means he was really a powerless bully who couldn’t stand the notion of Love but was so drawn, no – compelled to try and supress his let’s say –his ‘looking glass self/Identity!” (or the creatures were getting to be such a threat (catching on to a real bad trick played on them?) so hence the Tower of Babel?)
So maybe us humans or non-terrestrials have a chance. What with all this GMO foods I am beginning to look around at the people around me and I am beginning to have my doubts their real people and not beginning products of some transhumanist agenda, ha, ha!
Besides all that I think if my wise mother was still alive she would say I don’t like the looks of those people ha, ha or other more aware people might have said the same thing watching the Nazis march into their Country!
For now I will just TRANSLATE the ‘sic – ‘surface’ part of the TOPOLOGICAL METAPHOR into a word that does something for me and that word is THRESHOLD! (things start to click when I do that after all it’s just a metaphor, right?)
