Yesterday, you'll recall, I blogged about the following article, shared with me by Mr. A.F:

Today, I would like to continue with our analysis of the second part of Mr. Katasonov's article, found here:

I emphasized in my analysis that the first part of Mr. Katasonov's article, which we reviewed yesterday, was oblivious - seemingly - to the presence of the "third force," which I have consistently had no hesitation in identifying with a shadowy post-war network of international Fascists, Nazis, Japanese yakuza and zaibatsu, radical terrorist cells, and the international drug trade with all its connections to the Mafia, and so on.
Katasonov is alive to this possibility:
"We have all become accustomed to the statement that bankers rule the world. However, according to some experts, the increasingly apparent weakening of a number of banks from the “core” of the global financial system could lead to the power, authority and influence being transferred over to those who are not affiliated with either the Rothschilds banking clan or the Rockefellers banking clan. These can be called the “third force”. This “third force” is primarily associated with machineries of government in the US and Great Britain, as well as other countries in the West, not directly linked to present-day moneylenders. There is evidence of opposition to banksters within the US state apparatus, which is regarded as the main body of today’s “third force”. Thus, David Wilcock talks about an anti-banking conspiracy in America being prepared by “US federal marshals”. As an example of the courageous step being taken by such “marshals”, he refers to the investigation that has begun against Barclays Bank with regard to Libor rate manipulations. Wilcock points to the fact that the investigation was started by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission – an independent agency of the Justice Department. The Justice Department is only a small part of the “third force” in America, however. Wilcock believes that the core of the opposition to the banking establishment is the US Department of Defense. The scandal caused by the revelations of Edward Snowden has given rise to a number of publications on the attitudes of American secret service employees. These publications maintain that the US intelligence agencies currently include quite a few oppositionists to the domination of banksters. There are probably even more within the Pentagon. Over the last few years, quite a number of senior officials at the Pentagon have spoken out against America’s military ventures in different parts of the world. They did not overstep the mark in their criticism, however – they did not make a direct link between these ventures and America’s financial and banking elite..."
With due respect to Mr. Katasonov, however, and to Mr. Wilcock, whom he cites in his comments, it should be noted that to maintain that the third force begins and ends with the American national security military-intelligence complex would be another oversimplification, though we would certainly agree that there are signs of an epic struggle between two classic institutions of western culture and civilization - the corporation, and the sovereign state - over which direction a future civilization will take: a corporatist, or statist, one.
The oversimplification is due simply by ignoring the realities of postwar history once again, a history that demonstrably shows that the networks of Fascist, Nazi, and imperial Japanese power not only were left in place, but that they had connections to the highest echelons of postwar American power and intelligence, and, in the case of some German, Italian, and Japanese scientists, had also deeply penetrated the core of the rapidly forming American military-industrial-complex.
This appears to be the subtle suggestion of Mr. Katasonov, who, unlike most Americans, will remember the above history:
"Discussion of the “spy scandal” story has also highlighted the issue of the relative autonomy of US intelligence agencies from the rest of the state apparatus and monetary authorities. In strategic terms, the intelligence agencies would like to play an independent role and take charge of the “third force”, with the intention of including the military within its ranks, as well as computer, communications and information technology companies (primarily internet companies). The motto of the “third force” is simple: information is money, power and authority. It is this “third force”, with people in every echelon of the US authorities, that was intending to carry out a “soft” coup in Washington and dramatically restrict the power of banksters in the US. This refers to plans to carry out a full audit of the FRS, reinstate the Glass-Steagall Act, toughen the Dodd-Frank Act and so on. The “third force” has a wide social base in America and throughout the world, taking into account the growing anger of people against banks (remember the “Occupy Wall Street” movement)."
And then this:
"I think that the “third force” could be directing some strong blows towards banksters as early as autumn 2013. It is more than likely we will hear about new banking revelations and new scandals before long. In the new phase of this story, the pressure of the “third force” on American banksters could go beyond purely legislative initiatives (legislative pressure). “Federal marshals” could launch serious investigations against Wall Street banks (administrative and legal pressure). Having “practised” on European banksters, they could start a vicious fight with their own. However, already this summer (at the height of the “spy scandal”), the Justice Department, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the US Office of the Attorney General began a serious “incursion” into the Bank of America, which is probably the most “Rockefeller” bank. It is being charged with dishonest and even fraudulent operations with mortgage-backed securities on the eve of, and during, the 2007-2009 financial crisis. So far, pressure on the bank is of a “controlled” nature, but at any moment it could move into the category of universal scandal."
Bottom line: Whatever alliances as were forged between the hidden elites of postwar Europe and Japan and the Anglo-American oligarchs, led by its two prominent banking dynasties, it is beginning to look like others besides this hack from South Dakota are waking up to the fact that, in the post 9/11 world, all bets are now off, and all the factions are vying to be the capstone on the pyramid. In my opinion, the banksters will lose this struggle, though they will be kept around, like the British monarchy, as a symbolic reassurance that the old order is still in charge.

Good article! Three things come to mind:
#1. It is good to know that all of these psychopaths are not on the same team.
#2. It sucks to know that which ever one of them wins the world domination game, “we the people” are still stuck within the iron fist of a psychopathic power structure.
#3. Are there any legitimate “non-psychopathic” teams trying to play against these hideous maniacs?

It appears Mr Katsonov is on to something and provides some useful tips on how factions have branched out overtime, although I would hardly say the Pentagon as a unit is working to overthrow Banking… the stronger units within Pentagon…perhaps!

Don’t forget that on Sept. 10th, Rumsfeld was on national tv admitting that 2.3 Tril. missing in Pentagon monies could not be accounted for- ‘disappeared’. Next day the Penta takes a hit in the accounting wing where the investigative team was housed. Hmmmm. No more evidence, no more investigation.
Which also brings to the point, WTC Bldg. 7, which housed SEC investigative division and scads of financial fraud evidence. Poof. Murrah building all over again. All evidence ‘disappeared’, and site promptly concreted over.

I am no expert and claim no knowledge about anything in government, and yet, it sure seems to me that it is very unlikely that there are any “good guys” in the US government. The technological ability to control (even if just by keeping tabs on everything employees do) is so great these days I would have to suspect that enforced conformity is close to absolute, if not absolute, throughout the US government.
I will not be holding my breath waiting for the knights in shining armor to ride forth from some department of the US government to “make the world a better place for all people (maybe for a FEW people, sure!).” If it happens, great. But I wouldn’t bet on it.
The attempted assassination of representative Gabrielle Giffords and the naming of USS Gabrielle Giffords to me is indicative of the dramatic internal conflict within the U.S. political establishment, with the U.S. military showing some sort of “defiance” to the mastermind behind the assassination.
Not to mention it seems Netanyahu failed to motivate the Obama administration to act according to its desired direction in which Israel was considering launch an attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities while Obama emphasized on resolving the Iran dispute by diplomacy. Let’s also not forget that US presidential candidate Mitt Romney branding Russia as “America’s number one geopolitical foe” is nothing short of preparing for a possible confrontation which could lead to a thermonuclear war.
As Dr.Farrell commented on thebyteshow, it’s obvious that there are certain people in the West who have been trying desperately to start a world war yet they haven’t been successful until now probably due to: 1-Moscow-Beijing opposition to it and 2- the possible involvement of a force not from this world.
But to be fair, i think certain “rebellious” actions by people within the U.S. military demonstrated that perhaps it too should get a credit for foiling the elites mad apocalyptic plans.

For instance, claim like “human ETs crashed in Roswell and other sites, were treated badly by the US Government, and began secretly working with China” to me is more than oversimplification. The evidence for “ET” contacts as cited in the article again don’t bother to consult with what Dr.Farrell has observed in which many reported UFOs in the 50s and 60s were exotic technologies but not exotic enough to pass necessarily as “ET” crafts. For the implication that these flying saucers were human technology in origin is huge.
Which illustrated for me what Dr.Farrell meant by saying a need for “the alternative community” to go separate ways.
Why should Mr Wilcock or anyone for that matter care about what he says? well, let’s just say, personally i will not be surprised to see Dr.Farrell appearing on RT some day in the future because i honestly think revelation of post-war networks of Fascist, Nazi, and imperial Japanese power is more important and needed than revelation of existence of “ETs”.

Are you speaking of compartmentalization or that one op is hijacked by another which is yet hijacked by a third party?
When speaking of 911, it is important to keep in mind that there were no “terrorists” nor “hijackers” per se, and the best way to understand this controversial issue s to understand that there were no plane crashes nor an “attack”, but merely a very broad national security state operation. Keeping this in mind, I have wondered whether this staged theater operation was itself penetrated by a foreign power, if it were not merely a black op conducted by a third force itself, using the compromised operation to effect a kind of soft coup against the state apparatus of the US government.
I must say that speculation about the third force is very difficult because it presumes we understand clearly which are the first and second forces. In addition to the various factions listed, there are also the category of normative parties and powers to which many readers subscribe or uphold as the benevolent actor on the world stage.
Alas, since your many books now deal with such a large global scope, Dr. Farrell, it will be strangely anomalous if you do not soon describe the complicated entity of Israel as a global actor, since any post-911 discussion would be remiss without detailing the relationship between this rogue state and the US, and speak of Israel not as the Jewish state — a populist notion — but as a strange 20th century power broker, asylum for the most powerful organized crime cartel, and the hand that routinely wears the glove of the US national security state to effect its total information awareness policy.
Debates on the NSA disclosures often fail to describe the Israeli companies contracted at every critical juncture, as well as the Israeli worldview now adopted as domestic policy in Homeland Security, TSA, and other bureaucracies formed ostensibly for the fraudulent war on terror.

Some say a microcosm of this battle is evidenced in an air force vs. navy rivalry, where some have claimed the navy is sponsoring a patriotic cell. I am dubious, however, since the navy’s fingerprints are on every major scandal going back to JFK. It depends on how you look at the Pentagon’s navy counterintelligence unit destroyed on 911. Was that targeting an enemy or cleaning up your own mess?
Since I view 911 as generally a staged national security operation conducted multi-bridge with other nation state support, I view the global scene as a fight conducted by an entrenched and corrupt regime with satellites across the world that is trying to stay one step ahead of a world wide political awakening both at home and abroad, represented by the non-aligned movement, nationalist tendencies, and most importantly, an increasingly disenchanted power base in the US that sees the third force or secret team as now directly challenging national security (real national security and interests).
Therefore, as the regime feels threatened, it increasingly seeks to nail everything down in an almost desperate fashion. In other words, we are in the early stages of an authentic revolution.
There is one other possibility as I speculate: that contrary to what we all believe, there could be a direct threat from an external source — think the “kill shot, or whatever– and thus the nation states are preparing for externalities that protect the oligarchical interests while managing potential civil unrest. This could also motivate state actors to take strange measures and “lock it down” as it were.

I hardly think there was ever a contest whatsover between naval and air force intelligence; naval intelligence always seems to had top priority; start with William Cooper and Ian Flemming and their respective positions in the highest of American/British intelligence; but then one has to ask one’s self: WHY?-

Less than a year ago [war criminal] Kissinger said Israel will not exist in 10 years … Banker Zionists set up Israel, but Zionism is no longer about settling Israel, it’s about global domination … Israel is merely the means through which it is being accomplished. You have to think that somewhere in the US, there would be some “patriots” in the law enforcement agencies, who see what’s going on and want to stop it, but know that there is a power elite with enormous clout.
The banks have gotten away with just about every dubious act, and some have had to pay some “minor” fines, but this “third force” is on the move, and they see the banks as being just tooo cocky.
It will also be interesting to see what the FED is going to do in September, taper or not to taper. I don’t believe they will taper, because if they do, the US government has to find another $65 billion to spend.
This hidden system of finance, in my opinion, has to be either revealed or leaked, if you get what I mean, the Russians and the Chinese have long memories, it is “THEY” who will be a big player in this game.

Since all international banks must be able to trade in dollars they can fine ANY banks that does business with a target(whether they realize it or not) A Dutch Bank was recently fined $1 Billions dollars for processed dollar transactions for Iranian Banks.
