COLLATERALIZING SPACE ENERGY: THE MOON AND HELIUM-3

Ms. M.W., a regular reader here, deserves kuddos for finding this article and bringing it to my attention, for it fits the hypothesis we have been exploring off-and-on here, namely, the hypothesis of the collateralization of space.

For those unfamiliar with my hypothesis in this respect, a brief review is necessary. I have speculated in Covert Wars and Breakaway Civilizations, that the various bearer bonds scandals that began with the arrest of two allegedly Japanese men at the Swiss-Italian border, near Chiasso, by the Italian financial police in 2009, exposed the tip of a very large and hidden system of finance, for these men were arrested carrying bearer bonds in $500,000,000 and $1,000,000,000 denominations. Further bearer bonds scandals in Spain, and again in Italy,  involved sums in the trillions of dollars, and "counterfeit" bearer bonds backed by gold. But in the Japanese scandal, the billion dollar bearer bonds - self-evidently faked - were in my opinion designed to send a message, for these bonds depicted President John F Kennedy on the obverse, and on the reverse, depicted the Apollo Moon missions' LEM (Lunar excursion module), the space shuttle, and a picture of the Moon. This suggested to me that space had been the collateral of a vast hidden system of finance established as a top secret system of funding for covert activities and research by President Harry S. Truman in 1947, the same year as the UFO flaps, the celebrated Roswell incident, and the establishment of the American national security apparatus. None of these are - in this hypothetical scenario - disconnected, for in my estimation in was nothing less than the establishment of a hidden system of finance with a long term goal of the extension of human civilization, including commerce, into space, and space itself and the resources found there, functioned as the collateral for the financiers taking part in this vast system.

Now there is this intriguing bit of corroboration that collateralization may not be so wide of the mark, and it involves energy, the cornerstone of the current public system of finance in the West:

Is Outer Space the Sustainable Energy Solution?

The choice of wording in the title alone is highly suggestive of a connection to the western financial oligarchy, for "sustainability" and "sustainable growth" are two memes dear to the heart of the Anglosphere oligarchs. So consider this one crucial paragraph again:

"The moon, for example, is estimated to contain over 1 million tons of Helium; the energy stored in that much Helium is 10 times the amount of energy you’d find in all of the fossil fuels on Earth. If one put a cash value on it, the helium-3 would be worth $4 billion a ton in terms of its energy equivalent in oil."

Would such a thing be a worthwhile resource and therefore of interest to the current financial-energy power structure? Yes. Would such a thing be one of the primary reasons motivating recent discussions of property law and space? Yes.

But there's something else to notice here. $4,000,000,000/ton of Helium, times the estimated 1,ooo,ooo tons of helium on the Moon, would be worth a staggering $4,000,000,000,000,000, or four quadrillion dollars. That's more than enough to cover the risks and trillions of dollars suggested as the amounts flowing in that hidden system of finance, and a significant dent, as well, in all those quadrillions of dollars in derivatives.  And that amount of energy is also suggestive that the financial leverage created in that hidden system of finance, a system to leverage the entire planet in a kind of "Kardashev financial scale", may have been deliberately done in anticipation of such finds, and vast wealth, on our nearby celestial neighbors.

What emerges from all this is yet another little indicator that this hypothesis of a collateralization of space shortly after World War Two, in a hidden system of finance, may in fact be close to what actually happened, for like it or not, it certainly is being discussed openly now.

See you on the flip side.

Extraction of helium-3 gas from ilmenite ore utilizing radiant solar energy

The present invention relates generally to the recovery of Helium-3 from ilmenite (iron titanate or FeTiO3) ore, and more particularly to a method of recovering Helium-3 from ilmenite ore located on or near the surface of the moon, for the purpose of using the Helium-3 in nuclear reactors for generation of pollution-free electrical power for commercial or industrial uses, for use as a fuel to propel space vehicles, and for other purposes.

    What is claimed is:
    1. A method of recovering Helium-3 (He-3) from titanium dioxide, including the steps of:
    collecting a quantity of titanium dioxide having He-3 adsorbed therewith;
    placing the titanium dioxide having adsorbed He-3 in an optically transparent collection vessel;
    placing said collection vessel at a location where direct solar radiation will be received at said solar collector;
heating the titanium dioxide to a temperature of at least about 123 degrees Celsius to drive off the He-3 in a gaseous form; and
cooling the vaporized He-3 within said collection vessel by shading it from solar radiation so as to promote liquefication of the He-3.

    helium aside-

another alternative source (dare I state it?) is the book “Who Built the Moon?” by Christopher Knight an his co-author- read it (contains countless ‘coincidences’) then make up your own conjecture-

      How about helium, inside?

I’ve been thinking of a hollow moon too, Larry. I’m fascinated by the idea that Luna is not a natural satellite … but artificial, perhaps a hollowed-out planet, steered from elsewhere and perfectly positioned in orbit for use by our ancient ancestors. The impact of a meteor or even the landing of the Apollo lunar module caused Luna to reverberate like a bell … not the expected effect of a solid object.

As for the hollowness, I like the theory offered by the Taylors – in their book ‘The Land of No Horizon’ – which they arrived at by studying meteor impact craters on various planets. In small, shallow meteor impacts, the crater is concave. In the largest meteor impacts, the crust rebounds to the match the convex curvature of the planet, which would only happen if the planet were hollow. Read more in their interesting article, ‘Impact crater evidence indicates hollow planet structure’ here:

As for the purpose, history, and origin of the moon, we may find out sooner than later 😉

      Stay well!

hey, Margaret, many thanks for the provided link- very appreciated- it never ceases to amaze me how you are able to discover so many rather obscure but informative sources- brava!-

as for the “hollow earth” theory (I’m about to tread on really thin ice and I know it) I think we need to connect the dots between Jules Verne’s “Journey to the Center of the Earth” (was Verne an informed insider even back in his day?), Admiral Byrd’s testamonies about the hollow Artics (or at least one of them) in his diary (supposedly still under lock and key) if/IF parts of it have actually been leaked (IF!) + William Cooper’s observances while at sea in 1965 documented in his “Behold a Pale Horse” I think we have a lot of food on our plates waiting for digestion-

“as above, so below”- I think we need to understand this on a completely terrestrial level-

anyway, Margaret, please continue to be well (and that also goes for Dr. Farrell and all readers)- das ist ein Befehl! 🙂

Yes Larry & Margaret, several exceelents books on the subject of artificial moons within our solar system. The two prominent ones are our moon and mars moon phobos.
      Too many coincedences
looking purposeful to the point of it being, …well, …in your face
almost everytime you look up a the night sky.
It adds, again, another element of wonder
      to the mystry.

      • jedi on October 14, 2013 at 10:15 am

Mars has 2 moons, strangely written about in a novel a hundred years before they were discovered, including there strange orbits….gullivers travels It would be neat to discover that earth has 2 moons as well.

        • Margaret on October 14, 2013 at 11:10 am

And … Velikovsky refers to many ancient traditions and texts that tell of a time when the Earth had no moon …

          • jedi on October 14, 2013 at 11:54 am

I don’t know who that is, but I think he or she is correct. Bird Eggs don’t require moons in there reproductive cycle….only mammals.
sun worshippers and serpent worshipping cults take on a reverse meaning.

          • LSM on October 14, 2013 at 1:40 pm

not to mention the Silenes in ancient Greece whose ancestory claimed to be around before the moon appeared-

now let me guess: the triple lines confing my current statement as well as the absense of the “reply” button to my statement will be implemented

“The next step, pure helium-3 fusion (3He-3He) is a long way off, but it’s worth the effort,” says Kulcinski. “You’d have a little residual radioactivity when the reactor was running, but none when you turned it off. It would be a nuclear power source without the nuclear waste.” (my note: referring to fusion reactor)

If we ever achieve it, helium-3 fusion will be the premier rocket fuel for centuries to come. It could provide more power per unit of mass than anything else available. With it, rockets “could get to Mars in a weekend, instead of seven or eight months,” says Marshall Savage, an amateur futurist and the author of The Millennial Project: Colonizing the Galaxy in Eight Easy Steps.

My note: U.S. Helium Reserves are still being sold off, and by 2015, all of the reserves will have been depleted.

Pure Helium is the “New Gold” in my humble opinion.

Question: What is preventing the “reset button” being pressed, zeroing-out all the world’s (on Planet Earth) debt, and starting over with an entirely new system of trade, based upon a non-debt model this time? And I will add, a digital one.

That I will leave to the good Doctor to ponder as I depart from the podium…

    • Sagnacity on October 12, 2013 at 10:07 am

Rockets are really primitive tech, so won’t be used for actual space travel.

Energy can be made in other ways than fusion.

Gold too can likely be made.

The point is the finacialization of mining rights, nothing else, not even really the mining.

      • Sagnacity on October 12, 2013 at 10:09 am

Let me spell that correctly: “Financialization”.

      • shockandawe on October 12, 2013 at 1:39 pm

Sagnacity: That too is what has me puzzled and cascading down yet another wonderful rabbit hole. This is why I subscribe to this environ.
        Why rockets?
My own answer is akin your comment, its not about old tech.

Helium for superconductivity, not only in magnets (MRI, LHC, etc), but for Adiabatic Quantum Computing (yes, my old podium-subject matter).

As a medium for cooling, I understand. I suspect, and just now initiating more research, into the applications of H3 in the quantum stratum. And again, I don’t think it is limited merely to fusion and its spinoff applications either.

I will borrow from the Good Doctor’s research regarding the Nazi Bell, and suggest that rabbit hole, with the hypothesis H3 may be the replacement media to the so-called “Red Mercury” and its later derivatives.

Doc, let’s couple H3 with plasma and see where we are lead off to.
I will toss this out as well…Multiverse.

        This is so cool !

      • shockandawe on October 12, 2013 at 1:41 pm

Sagnacity: One last item… Gold has indeed been made from lead, at the LHC, this year, although I am confident it has been since the early development of the Bell.

        • Sagnacity on October 13, 2013 at 9:56 am

          shockandawe:

I wasn’t thinking of making gold from lead, nor using a particle accelerator to make minute quantities–I’m thinking by the kilo from copper, likely already mastered.

Helium 3, again suspect with a better understanding of matter it could be made in quantity on Earth, if indeed there be are good reason to have the stuff.

  5. Sagnacity on October 12, 2013 at 7:09 am

This all assumes, read: is based on the limited thinking of official science, that there are only limited means of making matter and energy.

So the alchemy of cold fusion (ORMUS) would be a really serious threat to such thinking and such “bond” underwriting.
