POST-FUKUSHIMA: JAPAN TURNS OVER WEAPONS GRADE FISSIONABLE MATERIAL TO ...

Many of you have been following the continued story of the Fukushima tragedy and its ongoing aftermath, and most of this story has concerned itself with the continued spewing of radioactivity at the site. Sadly, it is a story that has dropped off the radar of the western lamestream media presstitutes.

But there is another story related to the Fukushima tragedy, and it is best to review it here before we get to today's article and comment.

At the time of the disastrous earthquake and tsunami that led to the disasters at the Tepco nuclear power plant, and for a short period of time thereafter, I and many others on the internet were hypothesizing that (1) the earthquake and tsunami were not natural but have been deliberately engineered, and that (2) it was possible that Japan had been engaged in a  vast and covert nuclear(and probably thermonuclear) armaments program.

Now, with respect to the idea of a covert nuclear (and probably thermonuclear) weapons program on Japan's part, this story recently appeared, and it's worth pondering very carefully in terms of its geopolitical implications, especially against the backdrop of comments we made on last Thursday's News and Views from the Nefarium, March 27, 2014:

Japan Cedes Control of Nuclear Cache to U.S.

I want to draw your attention in particular to the following statements:

  1. "Japan will announce Monday that it will turn over to Washington more than 700 pounds of weapons-grade plutonium and a large quantity of highly enriched uranium, a decades-old research stockpile that is large enough to build dozens of nuclear weapons, according to U.S. and Japanese officials."(emphasis added)
  2. "For years these stores of weapons-grade material were not a secret, but were lightly guarded at best; a reporter for The New York Times who visited the main storage site at Tokaimura in the early 1990s found unarmed guards and a site less well protected than many banks. While security has improved, the stores have long been considered vulnerable."(emphasis added)
  3. "At various moments right-wing politicians in Japan have referred to the stockpile as a deterrent, suggesting that it was useful to have material so that the world knows Japan, with its advanced technological acumen, could easily fashion it into weapons."
  4. "The nuclear fuel being turned over to the United States, which is of American and British origin, is a fraction of Japan’s overall stockpile. Japan has more than 9 tons of plutonium stored in various locations, and in the fall it is scheduled to open a new nuclear fuel plant that could produce many tons more every year. U.S. officials have been quietly pressing Japan to abandon the program, arguing that the material is insufficiently protected even though much of it is in a form that would be significantly more difficult to use in a weapon than the supplies being sent to the United States."(emphasis added)

These are significant statements and revelations, and it's best to begin with numbers 3 and 4 first: many years ago, during one of North Korea's typical saber-rattlings, that nation's notoriously corrupt leader Kim Jung Il launched a "test" missile toward Japan. I well remember what happened next, for I as usual was awake  during the wee hours of the morning writing a book, and listening to the radio. At the bottom of the hour, a news report run on a national news service read a report from Tokyo's Foreign Minister who warned North Korea that Japan could arm itself with nuclear and thermonuclear weapons in a heartbeat, if it so chose. Given the Japanese space launch capability, those potential weapons could be put on ICBMs, also fairly easily for a sophisticated technological powerhouse like Japan. The story ran only twice that morning, and was never heard again, nor did it receive any commentary. But the Globe and Mail story confirms some suspicions many have had for quite some time: Japan's nuclear stockpile is conceived by that country, or at least by some of its political elite, as a deterrent, and it raises the bar of possibility that some of that stockpile might already have been secretly weaponized. Indeed, with North Korea, China, Russia, and, yes, the United States as surrounding nuclear powers, it would be a reasonable assumption that Japan may have done so long ago. The fact that Japan has, according to estimates, nine tons of plutonium makes one wonder why all this has been stockpiled at all.

Point number 2 above raises some nasty potentials as well, including the possibility of "arranged thefts" of material which could be covertly engineered into nuclear weapons by just about anyone with access to the technology to do so, whether that be another nuclear power, or independent groups with access to corporations and technologies(the Yakuza comes to mind). The use of such cutouts would be a convenient method for such a covert nuclear program (as suggested above) to gain a secret nuclear weapons stockpile, and cutouts or friendly nations could even perform tests of such devices if the need was felt to conduct tests of the designs.

We thus arrive at point number 1, which makes it very clear that Japan was producing, and we can only assume, probably still is producing weapons grade plutonium. Add the lithium deuteride and/or  tritium, stir or shake (gently!), and one has a hydrogen bomb (serve hot).

Which brings us once again back to Fukushima, for the above story would now appear to complete a speculative picture that I outlined on this website after that tragedy struck the Japanese people. Then I outlined the following strange sequence of events: (1) A new Japanese government had taken power that was not the LIberal Democratic party, the party which had ruled Japan since the end of WW2, and which many Japanese perceived, not without justification, as but a shill or puppet of American interests and the Anglo-American oligarchy; (2) that government began to make overtures to China in an attempt to bury the ill-will between the two nations that had festered as a result of World War Two, and the Japanese invasion and occupation of significant areas of that country. Those overtures were buttressed by rumors of a possible state visit of Emperor Akahito to Beijing; (3) as all this was being done, the new Japanese government also quiet but emphatically requested the USA to remove its military base on Okinawa. These moves doubtless led to concerns at the upper echelons of American power, for during this time period, David Rockefeller paid a quiet visit to Japan to visit with the Emperor, and then US Secretary of Defense Robert Gates made remarks to Japan regarding its Okinawa request and other moves that could not be construed as anything other or less than a direct threat against that nation, words to the effect that if Japan continued on its present course, there would be dire and drastic consequences.

A little later, Fukushima happened, and given the above context, there continues to be little doubt in my mind that it may have been a deliberate act by the USA, veiled behind an "act of nature," a hypothesis shared by many Japanese examining the event. This reading would appear plausible given the rather dramatic reversal of policy by the current Japanese government, which has not sought to improve, but in some cases, exacerbate tensions with China over remote islands, and now to pacify US concerns by turning over weapons grade plutonium.

In a geopolitical context, however, where (1) the USA and Anglo-American oligarchy needlessly spiked tensions with Russia over the Ukraine, and (2) where German and Russian moves to try to come to an understanding over that situation were met "coincidentally" with pressures on Frau Merkel's cabinet and the embroilment of some of its members in child pornography scandals, and even more recently (3) Germany's "nein!" to the imposition of sanctions on Russia (see tomorrow's blog), Japan constitutes the other side of the equation in a rapidly deteriorating American grip on its two most powerful allies.

The long and short of it? The recent turnover of this nuclear stockpile may indeed constitute a piece of the Fukushima story and scenario, and though it signals current Japanese acquiescence to American pressures, in the long term, we can expect to be hearing more from Japan, and it will probably be singing harmony to Frau Merkel's "nein!"

See you on the flip side...

Anyone here know Benjermin Fulford ? I know everyone thinks he is an absolute lunitic but he did post a YouTube video about 2 years before Fukushima happened describing how the western powers were threatening the Jap government with an earthquake under one of their nuclear plants.
He described it in detail and prophesied it and if you look in his eyes you’ll see the man is actually crying for the Japanese people. I didn’t believe a word the man said but by god I do now. 🙁

“With pressures on Frau Merkel’s cabinet and the embroilment of some of its members in child pornography scandals”

With regards to the above statement, what I struggle to understand is this… surely if the developing countries wanted to they could expose the abhorent behaviour of so many western p0liticians. Afterall, so many of them appear to be caught up in this vile behaviour that its clear to most who’ve done a simple internet search that it’s all part of the governing structure i.e. identify perverts early on, groom them for positions of influence, insnare them in a honey-trap and then black-mail them into doing their dirty work on threat of exposure.

Now, with this in mind, are they all as deep into this as one another and by simply exposing one lot they’d be shooting themselves in the foot? If this is the case, what hope for the rest of us?!?! Perhaps it is all theatre with all world leaders assigned a character (classic bogey-men, despot, so called hero etc.) and the world is just a stage for them to act out the pre-written scripts to the detriment of their audiences.

The advantages of having an advanced weapons program nobody dares to link to oneself; even your soliloquies are heard by the whole world but not perceived as such. One sophisticated / Japanese method to advertize that there are not only pacifists building robotic exoskeletons for the elderly in Japan.

Japan attacking it’s own DARPA in North Korea? Why not, if the CIA/Mossad genocidalists can be made to believe it …

There is no doubt that Fukushimsa was in fact an orchestrated & covert attack. Of course, it is ibvious who the immediate victims were: the Japanese. But the radiation spilling into the pacific has a long term victim: the Living.
    “Blue Zones” across the world…
(where locals live essentially disease free and do not begin their aging process until decades later – after an average American starts theirs)
…suggests that health for the rest of the world is heading in the wrong direction.
The theme is clear(when crunching the variables), cause and effect relationships between global radioactive fallout & the rise in chronic degeneration diseases. It would seem that “modern” man is the victim of the very instrument he values most. Every gain in power, every mystery of natural forces, every scientific addition to knowledge, has proven potentially dangerous, because it has not been accompanied by equal gains in self-understanding & self-discipline.

By design of some “powers that be”?
Is the design problem, cris, solution: “Transhumanism”?
Are the engineers the “Gods” who fell from the sky?

I realize I’m putting myself waaay out on a limb as to what I’m about to state: there are two camps of thinking re: the Fukushima ‘disaster’:
    A) it’s worse than we’re being told (the vast majority)
    B) the whole thing is being waaay overblown; the extremely safety-conscious Japanese have back-up systems of back-up systems of back-up systems (the miniscule minority)

my question: if this is all as horrific as we’re being told (start with Rense.com for epic proportional/monumental daily fear-mongering on this topic), shouldn’t we all be fried by now?-

    although I don’t doubt for a second the tsunami was a human-induced catalyst I still continue to doubt the dire long-term ramifications of the Daiichi incident (some attribute the fear-mongering to ‘Zionist’ controlled media);

one of the few (miniscule) sources adhering to the political theater of the whole scenario is Ken Adachi’s educate-yourself.org-

although I take some of Adachi’s postings with some grains of salt (whoever this “Z.S. Livingstone” character is and his validity is anyone’s guess) Adachi just may be right about some things-

look, I don’t have the answer; but my gut instinct (let alone my health) tells me if this whole Fukushima “revue” is as DIRE as we’ve been told I think all of us would’ve felt its health implications by now, regardless of our world location-

    please be well all-

The problem is that the Republican Party has sold it’s soul to the Confederacy. And is now their willing servant. As for Japan it’s right wing would surely harbor dreams of using nuclear weapons and technology to further their return to power aims. Nuclear Power has always been a curtain behind which making weapons grade plutonium easy available to be assembled at a moment notice and the reactors as dirty bombs in plain sight. The 2011 Japanese earthquake provided as useful cover for such operation whether natural or artificially induced it really in the end doesn’t matter. Only the end result that Japan knows it place and will kowtow to it’s masters.

I’m no Alfred Einstein or Joseph Farrell, but I still say the Japanese were going to use nuclear fusion to build a giant force field around their island. In my estimation this would have been a total game changer. Japan would have been impervious to the west and could have shrugged off the colonial yoke once and for all. The center of the research and possibly the force field itself would have been Fukishima. To me, this explains such a drastic response from the west. While you can never underestimate the craziness coming from the anglosphere, it seems risking a such a devastating nuclear disaster, which would have tremendous consequences on the west as well in the form of air and sea born radiation, would be quite a gamble. (Unless there is some even crazier reason they wanted to release so much radiation that had nothing to do with the Japanese at all) I just can’t imagine such an attack would take place over the issue of a newly elected renegade government and some of their impudent ideas about getting off the American reservation. Most of this could have been managed with good old fashioned anglosphere statecraft– bribery, assassination, blackmail, currency manipulation. But building a war decisive weapon is an entirely different story which would require an extreme response. If not, the anglosphere goose would be cooked. I also believe some of this technology may be in play in the containment of the radiation.

I came across this article on CNN’s website from March 28, 2011:

    http://ireport.cnn.com/docs/DOC-581149

“Could A “Force Field” Have Stopped Japan’s Tsunami?”

We all know how the west likes to poke their victims in the eye when they are down, as well as slyly advertising their covert actions. This article coming on the heels of the Fukishima disaster makes one wonder if it was planted for just such a purpose. A little inside joke for all the Fukishima conspirators?

Here is some interesting Japanese rebel music. The japanese youth are fully aware of who rules their country and the US. Notice the masonic symbols and upside down American flag.

Fake bonds…where have I heard this before?

    • sagat1 on March 31, 2014 at 3:02 am

MQ – I wondered if anyone else had picked up on this story as it’s been given hardly any coverage (but then what do we expect). According to my source, their briefcases were stuffed with “bond certificates worth trillions of euros”. Sounds all to familiar!

      • Margaret on March 31, 2014 at 6:46 am

This is an odd story. The Daily Telegraph had a short article yesterday [Con men stopped entering Vatican bank with €3 trillion of fake bonds]. It was such an obviously amateurish attempt that it seems like the whole incident may have been set up to test the Vatican’s new control system. Tax police said the men had been caught trying this scheme in other countries and they let them go.

          • terminally skeptical on April 2, 2014 at 9:51 pm

Two days ago same story, different source said the police upon searching their hotel room found fake passports. Hmmm, what impervious nationals invariably seem to have a get out of jail free card when plans sour? Wonder if they have the same sponsors as the Ft. 370 fake passport incident?

A reader named DeadFred at Zero Hedge said it best with, “If the police catch you with a few thousand in fake bonds you have a problem. If they catch you with a few trillion in fake bonds they have a problem.”

We should be keeping an eye on this one for some more of that rumored Vatican transparency.

While “Western” oligarchs have recently been acting with imprudent haste (as the expression goes – “old men in a hurry”…), the other players reflect a tradition of playing Chess or “Go”, the board game where you patiently try to surround you adversary’s pieces. Just look at Crimea: Russia didn’t use any drones, missiles, bombs, depleted uranium, snipers or equally unsubtle means so loved by the others – the people who claim they are defending democracy, while ominously reminding us that “freedom has a price”…
