Joseph comments on three developing stories: (1) Putin signs into law the creation of a system of domestic clearing in Russia bypassing Visa and Mastercard, (2) The BRICSA development bank (and when the preliminary structure is supposed to be done...you won't believe it when you hear it folks), and (3) the issuance of bonds in Reminbi in (wait for it...)....

...Germany.

One of the first associations regarding the prospect of bypassing of the Western monetary system is that the destruction of Libya was partly attributed to moves in exactly that same direction. The world focuses on the Western-Russian and the Western-Chinese relations; it could be that we overlook the first brick in the “BRICS,” Brazil. It may all be quiet there “on the western front,” however: the Libyan disaster is infamous for having started ‘out of nothing,’ and that literally overnight the West made a total U-turn vis-a-vis that country.

So, it’s prudent to take a look at what’s the state of affairs in Brazil, and that’s done here:

Let face it all the BRICAS nations have been screwed and defamed by the Western Europeans for centuries. So now they are attempting to turn the tables and may I add Germany have been victimize by the Western Europeans I doubt they have any love for them. So all the bad karma that the West have dish out is coming back to bite them in the ASS.

I wonder if Bill: H.R. 2847 has anything to do with BRICSA condemnation and steps to circumvent US Dollar.

Hailed all over the internet as: “HR 2847 Expected to Cause US Dollar to Collapse” when in fact the Bill was designed to reel in off shore sheltered dollars escaping the IRS.

Most website flogging this dire message include a clause on how to escape the suffering with a $149 one-year subscription to Stansberry’s Investment Advisory newsletter. The date for this US Dollar collapse, contained in these message is, coincidentally, July 1, 2014.

    Snopes Explanation of the Bill:

    Hi Joseph,
I’ve pre-ordered the new book and regularly follow both the News & Views as well as the Vid-chats which are so very interesting. You have some very bright followers who submit so many excellent questions that I wonder how you are so adept at fielding them all. Kudos, as they say. My difficulty is with my work in the Recovery Dept., by the time I get home I am often so tired that I miss the live broadcast, however I always watch them later. Continued success.
    Richard

It isn’t difficult to believe that the leaders of BRICSA would and perhaps WILL create an independent financial system with a new reserve currency. But one ought to remember that corruption is not a problem exclusive to the United States government. Therefore it will be interesting to see how the BRICSA nations build a stable system free of one ANOTHER’S financially opportunistic machinations. Could there ever be honor among thieves, even with a return to the gold standard?

Well, Well, Well, the moves are coming and Putin is making his moves known to the world. The elites in London and NY must be burning the midnight oil just pondering what is next by not only Russia, but China who have been reasonably “quite” on the Ukraine issue.

Thanks Joseph, you should have been a sooth sayer by trade.

@”but China who have been reasonably “quite” on the Ukraine issue.”

China was never “quite” on the Ukraine issue, on the contrary, the country had apparently “nuked London” at Shanghai technology fair in November last year, just before the signing of “Nuclear Security Pact” with Ukraine when Yanukovich visited Beijing in December.

It’s definitely an unusual development, and it’s definitely some kind of “Chinese response” to the “Ukraine situation”.But why?

So, i tried to see if there are any other “nuclear-related” developments that were happening at this particular time, under the particular shadow of “Ukrainian crisis”.
      Two things caught my attention,
      – first you have Russia’s Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin has warned that “Russia may use nuclear weapons if it comes under attack.”
      – then you have Tymoshenko’s call to nuke 8 million Russians in Ukraine.

these developments are obviously associated, the Russian move was likely a direct warning issued against the new Kiev regime and its Western backers, as correctly reminded by Presstv’s article “Nuke 8 million Russians in Ukraine: Tymoshenko”:

“If these coup-meister loons continue on with all their claims of illegal actions by Russia they will have shot past the laughing stock category and become candidates for the crazy house. That brings up the issue of the safety of Ukraine’s nuclear stockpile. Will the West now take responsibility for securing it, as they have been the ones spoiling for a fight?

And if they knew all along about these Ukraine nukes, with all these crazy nationalist and Neo-Nazi gangs running around breaking into army weapons depots, was the West maybe hoping for a nuclear incident? Why did they not ask the Ukrainian military to assure they were protected?

But then again, are America Blackwater or other contracted company people already sitting on these nukes? Who has command and control over these people? Could one of the nukes be misused in a false flag attack to blame on the Russians, particularly by those entities in the West who have had so much false flag practice in the last decade or so?”

Arguably, China shares the same concern with Russia, probably why the country promptly signed the “Nuclear Security Pact” with Ukraine. Which means the threat of “nuclear incident” in Ukraine was real, therefore the SCO/BRICS partners have to have “contingency plan” for it.

The “Nuclear Security Pact” with Ukraine is based on UNSC resolution 984, according to which:
“France, Russia, the United Kingdom and United States would, on condition not use nuclear weapons against a non-nuclear state party to the NPT except in an attack on them; only China’s assurances not to use nuclear weapons were unconditional.”

Meaning Ukraine has China’s “assurances” as long as Ukraine can still guarantee itself to be “a non-nuclear state”. Essentially, the Russians and the Chinese are sending the same messege to the ones behind Ukraine crisis, “keep out of Ukraine’s nuclear arsenal, don’t even think about it because it’ll be the ‘red line’for you”.

That’s probably why the foreign minister of the new Kiev regime stated during “Nuclear Security Summit” held in Hague in March, that his government will “honor all previous agreements signed between Ukraine and China”. Can one say the message behind the peculiar “nuking of London” at Shanghai technology fair is well understood by the intended party?

But i suspected the “Nuclear Security Pact” with Ukraine was more than just a response to the situation in Ukraine, there might be even more profound implications.

And a new development (to a certain degree) confirms that suspicion.
      http://english.peopledaily.com.cn/90777/8619307.html

“China hoped the protocol will enter into force at an early date and is willing to make joint efforts with the Central Asian countries to achieve the goal of the complete prohibition and thorough destruction of nuclear weapons in the world, said the statement.”

The Chinese position on nuclear weapons is clearly stated by its official mouthpiece “people’s daily” after the signing of “Nuclear Free Zone in Central Asia” agreement, i.e. “thorough destruction of nuclear weapons in the world”.

Thus, the “Nuclear Security Pact” with Ukraine not only serves a short term goal, but also a long term goal of even more profound implications.
Indeed, China was never “quite” on the Ukraine issue, on the contrary, her message was “loud and clear”.

Thanks for this analysis of developments which are probably also be related to the Chinese space program…
