…AND THERE WERE GIANTS IN ALL THE EARTH, EXCEPT AT THE ...

This last week I received a bunch of articles from many people about giants, and this is a subject intriguing to me personally, since I wrote a whole book on the subject (Genes, Giants, Monsters, and Men), and have included discussions about giants in other books as well, and yes, to set the record straight and to let everyone know where I am coming from, I am one of those who does think there's been an institutional and academic coverup of the issue, though at the time I wrote Genes, Giants, Monsters, and Men, the evidence was not to the state it is now. The evidence suggestive - though in my opinion still not compellingly so - that such a coverup exists, has grown a bit. But it has grown to the point that a coverup looks more likely, as does the possibility of deliberate suppression and even destruction, of the evidence.

First, here's the story that caught my interest, in the many giant-related articles I received. This one in particular was shared by Mr. T.M.:

The Great Smithsonian Cover-Up: 18 Giant Skeletons Discovered in Wisconsin

Now, there's not much new here, to those familiar with the "Smithsonian cover-up story," except I did note this interesting set of information:

"In the words of Vine Deloria, a Native American author and professor of law:

“Modern day archaeology and anthropology have nearly sealed the door on our imaginations, broadly interpreting the North American past as devoid of anything unusual in the way of great cultures characterized by a people of unusual demeanor.

“The great interloper of ancient burial grounds, the nineteenth century Smithsonian Institution, created a one-way portal, through which uncounted bones have been spirited.

“This door and the contents of its vault are virtually sealed off to anyone, but government officials. Among these bones may lay answers not even sought by these officials concerning the deep past.”

"Two Giant Skeletons Near Potosi, WI

"The January 13th, 1870 edition of the Wisconsin Decatur Republican reported that two giant, well-preserved skeletons of an unknown race were discovered near Potosi, WI by workers digging the foundation of a saw mill near the bank of the Mississippi river.

"One skeleton measured seven-and-a-half feet, the other eight feet. The skulls of each had prominent cheek bones and double rows of teeth. A large collection of arrowheads and “strange toys” were found buried with the remains.

"Giant Skeleton Discovered in Maple Creek, WI

"On December 20th, 1897 the New York Times reported that three large burial mounds had been discovered near Maple Creek, WI. Upon excavation, a skeleton measuring over nine feet from head to toe was discovered with finely tempered copper rods and other relics."

Now I reported in Genes, Giants, Monsters, and Men about similar New York Times articles, and indeed this very same find. So why am I bothering you with it?

It's because of this article, which many of you sent me, reported by RT (why is all the good news now being reported by RT?):

Home / News / Million mummy mystery: Egyptian cemetery with 1mn bodies stumps scientists

Now amid this high strangeness of a vast burial ground of over a million "mummies," you'll note three odd things:

1) One "mummy" was of a large male about seven feet tall, a largeheight given the relative "shortness" of people of the era:

"The scientists found one mummy with a height of more than 2 meters, Muhlestein told the audience in Toronto. The mummy was discovered long before Muhlestein became the project director. "We once found a male who was over 7 feet (2.1 meters) tall, who was far too tall to fit into the shaft, so they bent him in half and tossed him in," he said."

2) Several of the remains were of blonde-haired or red-haired people that appear to be buried in areas specially reserved for blonde-haired or red-haired people:

"According to Muhlestein, the researchers can use the database to "show us all of the blonde burials, and [it shows] they are clustered in one area, or all of the red-headed burials, and [it shows] they're clustered in another area." ‘Perhaps we have family areas or genetic groups [in certain areas], but we're still trying to explore that," he added.

But perhaps we have burials together for a different reason, and here comes the first part of today's high octane speculation, for as readers here who are familiar with the "lore of giants," these are often described are blonde- or red-haired; and hence, might these burial sites represent a burial for a population viewed by the rest of the people burying them as a cursed, or at least "quarantined" population? Of course, this is pure speculation because there is absolutely nothing in the article that suggests that these people are of above average height, though it would be interesting to find out if the male over seven feet tall was.

3) The third odd thing to be noted - and with it, the other half of our high octane speculation - is that much of the excavation is being conducted in conjunction with Brigham Young University in Utah, which is, of course, a Mormon-influenced institution. Giants are referred to in the Book of Mormon, and, if I understand Mormon doctrine correctly, Mormons view these giants as the offspring, not of fallen angels, but rather of men that achieved deification. As such, their relics would, presumably, be treated with some reverence.

So what does this have to do with the Great Smithsonian Giant Cover-up? Well, permit me to conclude my high octane speculation by sharing what I have long held as a kind of private hypothesis, which I share now. There has been a kind of love-hate relationship between Mormonism and the US government, a relationship that in the 1800s was more one of mutual hostility, that by the 1900s became more one of mutual interest. Thus, I have long suspected that if there was a quiet, covert cover-up of archaeological "difficulties" like giants, while the government continued to quietly pursue and research the matter, then this cover-up and quiet pursuit would, like other types of black projects, be shifted to cut-outs like religious groups with a natural interest in the matter... like the Mormons, who also maintain keen interest in genealogies, a huge genealogical database in Utah....

... and let's not forget the NSA's huge data processing center also located in that state either...

It does make you wonder...

See you on the flip side...

ohh, puhlease, everyone: read Richard J. Dewhurst’s “The Ancient Giants Who Ruled America” with the subtitle “The Missing Skeletons and the Great Smithsonian Cover-Up” for more info on this subject-

this book is mostly a compilation of newspaper articles in the 19th century (before censorship started to rear it’s ugly head) reporting archeological digs revealing the skeletal remains of extremely tall people (I think we’d call them giants) who (mostly) were blond/red-headed, blue-eyed; they were the mound builders who pre-dated the Clovis (‘Native American’) people

    read the book; it’s a true eye-opener-

Let’s say the Mormon church and the US government were still at odds with one another. How far would the Mormons go to retrieve some of the those giant bones and other treasures hidden away in the bowels of the Smithsonian? Would the Mormons go so far as to start a color revolution in DC that could be used as a cover to plunder antiquities? How easy would it be for a Mormon to disguise himself as a DC police officer and then shoot one of Washington DC’s impoverished ghetto residents starting a a Ferguson-like conflagration in the city. And there are no shortage of Mormon FBI agents to assist in fanning the flames of a race riot, nor are there a shortage of traveling Mormons to clandestinely loot the Smithsonian Museum. Or, how about this as a twist– what if a cabal of vengeful Egyptians orchestrated a color revolution in DC for the purpose of stealing antiquities and even overthrowing the US government and maybe even to steal US gold (if there is any gold in a Federal Reserve to steal). It seems like just about anybody could start a color revolution in Washington DC. I could even imagine a cunning group of Greenwich Village antique dealers fomenting civil unrest as a cover to rob the treasures in the Smithsonian.

And I could also think of another reason why the Mormons may want giant bones other than to worship them. As I have postulated before, it is possible that Mormons may have surmised through through prophesy or through their predictive super computers, the Einstein’s dystopian vision of a WWIV being fought with sticks and stones, may in fact be a reality and the victory to this war will surely go to the large of stature. One doesn’t need to be a prophet or have access to a supercomputer to know that there is a high probability that life on Earth will crap out at some future point and time. Be it meteors, solar flares, ice age, angry aliens, or just human stupidity, history tells us that civilization destroying cataclysms may be more the rule than the exception on this floating rock we call Earth. Call it the most practical preparation for Apocalypse Theater, but modifying one’s DNA to include giantism may be the failsafe for a post apocalyptic world of club swing cannibals. I certainly would prefer to be a giant in a vicious Mad Max world. (I won’t even get into how the extra row of teeth would come in handy if food became scarce. I suspect the Mormons are thinking this as well. Does the Book of Mormon state it is okay for deities to eat non-deities?)

I wonder what archaeologists will think in the future when they start robbing our graves and come across giants? Hopefully Wilt Chamberlain will preserve his eye opening autobiography on a crystal hard drive or even stone tablets and bury it with himself along with his size 44 nike sneakers. Imagine how this would confound future historians? His super-human basketball heroics along with his 20,000 concubines would certainly make him appear to be a deity among the people he is buried around. Would archaeologists then confuse the nike sneaker emblem as a religious symbol on par with the swastika? Would worshipful cults arise around somebody like Wilt Chamberlain or Shaquile O’Neil by future racial kinsmen believing themselves to be descended from these giant gods? Will we see racial revolutionaries marching in lock step one day carrying banners with nike symbols emblazoned on them? Or could the entire history of modern giant humans be misinterpreted and later historians will claim that our giants were abused in grueling sport competitions and perpetually deprived of sleep because they were forced to service thousands of lustful women in their bedchambers after the competitions? Could written accounts of these epic basketball games, like storied contests between the LA Lakers and the Boston Celtic, be confused by historians as part of the ongoing saga of the cosmic war fought by giants? Tossed basketballs = meteors and even planets? Much food for thought.

If I were to make a guess as to what happened to the red haired and blonde haired giants buried amongst the commoners in the mummy fields of Egypt, my guess would be the hebrew nomads who eventually settled in Egypt took it upon themselves to change the Pharaoh’s immigration laws in order to flood Egypt with foreign rabble, thereby sowing racial dissension among natives and immigrants and eventually toppling the native rulers themselves and installing hebrews into positions of power with newly arrived foreign immigrants as their shock troops to cull the disgruntled, displaced giant natives.

Even Lewis & Clark were suppressed from some of their findings,
including the “giants”. The Smithsonian has Johnny-On-The-Spot signature of damage control throughout its sordid history.
A Giant Killer is just one of its many claims to fame(infamy).

I am just now reading Ardy Sixkiller Clarke’s newly released book “Sky People” – her second well documented book of interviews with native Americans who have had encounters with UFO’s and their occupants. This second book of interviews takes place in Maya country mostly, and it is striking how many of the reported sightings are of beings of very large stature. This is a very charming book, and Clarke is a Phd with thoroughly acute skills in thinking clearly and being able to get typically reticent cultures to open up to her. She was sometimes called an “indigena” by the Maya, and it helped her pry loose things that more uppity and arrogant researchers will never hear about. The more remote Maya are apparently being visited often perhaps because there is lacking the modern and instant communication infrastructure that foments the sensationalism and media snooping that characterizes sightings in the more developed world, and also because ET interactions with the Maya go way, way back. There is more than a hint that the more ecologically conscious ET races regard such cultures as potential survivors of a world holocaust.

My biggest reason for wanting disclosure, in spite of the consequences, is there exists the possibility that the real history of the Earth will be made known.

  9. DownunderET on December 21, 2014 at 1:07 pm

Another in a long line of cover up’s, you sorta get used to it after a while don’t you, Cremo and Thompson are now “hero’s” in a world of lies. Well what if there were giants upon the Earth, with double rows of teeth, doesn’t seem to warrant a clandestine cover up of this magnitude, unless there is more to the story. Oh, and don’t forget the Vatican and the Papcy, anything that undermines the “official” story has to be subsumed. One day, there will be someone who digs up something that will rattle the world, and scientists will be ducking for cover, bring it on “someone”.

I’m not sure how much we can trust anything put out by the official government operated Egyptian Antiquities department, whatever it’s called, or BYU. I knew a girl that was raised as a devout Mormon, but had some misgivings about the religion. Then she went to BYU… Can you say brainwashed?

I wonder if the Mormon compound down in Mexico, the one whose residents strong arm the cartels, has anything buried underneath it. Possibly an underground Giant city? Maybe the fact that this story is coming out of BYU and that it’s being reported only after 30 years of excavation signals that the Mormons are breaking away from the breakaway. Maybe they want their gold back too or have realized Legion isn’t all that friendly? I have to connect these wild and crazy dots as well. So someome is “spiriting away” evidence of strange Giant peoples “through a one way portal”. The people doing the digging in Egypt or the ones that have a strong cultural/religious interest in all things giants, would in my mind, be the most likely culprits. It would keep the entire operation in house, making the secret easier to keep by self policing among other means. From the dig, to the study of what was dug up, to the sending it through a portal it’s all done without anything changing hands. Now, one might say that “spiriting something away through a one way portal” is just an expression, but let’s consider the legend of good ol’ Joseph Smith. He stumbles upon a cave and discovers a magic hat that he pulls some stuff out of and looks inside of allowing him to speak to “God”. I’d bet my bottom dollar there wasn’t any magic involved, it was simply a technological device, a la topological metaphor, from antiquity probably found among other ancient artifacts or graves from a race of dead Giants. Maybe it was indeed a hat, but said hat allowed Smith to open a portal where he spoke to someone or something and received some gifts as a result. Of course taking anything out of the portal would imply its not unidirectional at all. The remarks made in the article above lead me to believe the Mormons are using the same type of technology today for something. How’s that for high octane?

I finished reading The Ancient Giants Who Ruled America and have over the years read other books on this subject. One book mention a invasion of South America by giants who rape and killed people. Giants and the Smithsonian looks like the final scene from Raiders Of The Lost Ark where the Ark of the Covenant is seal up in a box a hidden away in a unnamed warehouse. By the way did you view last night America Unearthed about Chinese voyages to America on History2 but they failed to mention a earlier voyage in the fifth century AD which is mention in They All Discovered America. As for the million mummy graves find being a hoax isn’t that the formula burying embarrassing facts.

Too good to be true? It looks like RT was taken in on this one, as were others. Archeologist/researcher Dr Heather Lynn came to the rescue of reality yesterday on her blog, “The Lie of a Million Mummies”. The BYU story was picked up by the Daily Mail and then spun out of control across the media spectrum. No million mummies, no giants, no ETs. The Egyptian Ministry of Antiquities admitted the story was untrue and a red-faced Muhlestein said there had been ‘some misunderstanding’. http://drheatherlynn.blogspot.com

    • Joshua Blue on December 21, 2014 at 10:18 am

Unfortunately, Dr. Lynn does not provide links on her site, only commentary. Further, contrary to her Blog, there does not exist an ,”Egyptian Ministry of Antiquities. Nonetheless, Google (is your friend) search results show that up until the release of the information, only 1,700 skeletons were unearthed, with the 1MM figure extrapolated based on the site’s area. At that point, the Supreme Council of Antiquities put the kibosh on the whole project.

The mummy nomenclature can be seen as one of semantics, as the researchers from BYU stated, essentially, that while the remains were not prepared in the fashion of mummies that we have come to know and love, the bodies were “mummified” as a result of the dry desert conditions.

Haaretz reports the information based on segregation of hair color, which could be hearsay, as well as the giant skeleton tid-bit, but it seems uncertain that we will know at the moment.

The ET mention you introduce, was provided by Dr. Lynn, I supposed to aid in classifying it as nut-ball conspiracy.

  16. bdw000 on December 21, 2014 at 6:35 am

I am not an expert in ancient Egypt, but I read somewhere a long time ago that “many of the followers of the god Set (Seti?, Seth?) had red hair.” Set being the Egyptian god of evil.

So red hair must have been fairly common at some point in ancient Egypt.
