TEMPORAL CLOAKING PROBLEM SOLVED… AND MORE HIGH OCTANE ...

Many regulars here shared this article, and it grabbed my attention not only because of the inherent significance of its contents, but because of a dilemma that I have been wrestling with over the past few months and years. Indeed, today's "high octane speculation" goes far beyond those parameters, and might best be qualified as "totally wackadoodle" speculation. But back to that in a moment.

Consider first this article about temporal cloaking - a subject we've talked about before on this website - and a recently discovered "solution" to some of its inherent problems:

Time cloak used to hide messages in laser light

In other words, not only have technicians and scientists been able to remove information from the temporal stream, they are now able to recover it, provided they know the right frequency by which to do so:

"Last year, a team at Purdue University in Indiana built a cloak that could transfer hidden data at 1.5 gigabits a second, fast enough to make it theoretically useful for real communication. The only thing was, the message was hidden so well that no one could actually read it. That problem has now been solved.

"'With this new device, we don't just limit ourselves to thinking about cloaks as a way of preventing somebody from getting information, but also as a way to enable communication,' says Joseph Lukens, an electrical engineer at Purdue. 'One guy sees nothing, the other guy sees everything.'

"Lukens and his colleagues created two different communications channels using lasers tuned to two different frequencies. One is a regular frequency and the other is a time-cloaked channel that remains hidden unless you know it's there. Photons from each laser traveled along the same fibre, but the intended recipient just needs to tune in to the right channel to reveal the secret information."

Now for regulars here, I've been saying for quite some time that any implicit ability to engineer the fabric of (observable) space-time on the laboratory bench gives a potentially cosmic capability for destruction. But alternatively, it also gives a potential for cosmic re-engineering of reality at the most fundamental level, that of observed information. In effect, what the Purdue experiments imply is two levels of reality: the "matrix" reality of the everyday world you and I live in, and a hidden reality accessible to the "sysadmins" with the requisite keycode or frequency to tap into "temporally veiled information."

One can easily extrapolate where this might go: information could possibly be temporally cloaked until some time in the future, when it could be unlocked or accessed only at that time...

...like an old-fashioned time lock on a bank vault.

Now imagine, for a moment, this type of technology applied to international and/or domestic financial clearing. Have some "bad paper" on the books that you need to shred? Why not "shred" it in the most effective way possible, via some sort of temporal cloaking, with the information - in this case in the form of trillions or quadrillions of dollars of electronic liquidity - only accessible to those with the right frequency, to be applied at the right time... ?

Why am I bothering you with all of this? Well recall, over the past several years, like many others I have wondered why all the predictions of hyper-inflation and the collapse of the dollar that we've heard the vast majority of conventionally-minded financial analysts making since Nixon took the USA off the Bretton-Woods agreement, have never occurred? Under normal circumstances, such predictions would have caused any scientist to go back and check the assumptions of his model. But neither has happened, neither the dollar-collapsing hyper-inflation, nor the re-examination of the "conventional" models of economics (which seem stuck in some Newtonian-like equivalent of "financial mechanics", unable to enter the age of "quantum economics"). Lots of current continues to be put into the circuit, but the hyper-inflation has yet to show up on the load end, a problem of analysis magnified many times over with all the QE ("quantitative easing" is the euphemism) undertaken in recent years. This failure has led me and a few others(Catherine Austin Fitts to name but one) to hypothesize that the money is in fact going "elsewhere," and we have speculated that it may be going off world in some form of trade or tribute.

But what if "somewhere" is, in fact, "somewhen"? Admittedly, this is speculation of such a "high octane" nature as to be "totally wackadoodle".  It does, however, have a certain simplistic elegance to it, for after all, if all debt-based fiat currency is a borrowing in the present from the future, against a principle that can under such circumstances never be repaid (at least in the present), then the way to "balance the books" is to shift all that liquidity to the future (where it will presumably be needed). Perhaps it is more than just coincidental that all those physics graduates of the 1970s and 1980s found themselves in the world of finance as "quants," designing the high frequency trading algorithms that employed their mathematical models from quantum mechanics. Perhaps one is looking at a bit of quantum mechanical financial alchemy, where one bit of information can not only be present at two different places at the same time, but in two different times at the same place, a kind of financial time machine. After all, delta t functions have as much presence in the mathematics of finance, as they do in physics... It does make one wonder.

See you on the flip side...

    there are many ways of cloaking; just start with what is labeled “magic”;

so how does David Copperfield do it?- a former co-worker of mine who is a hobby magician (he belongs to the int. org. “Magic Circle” and does his own extremely convincing magic shows) told me he knows how David Copperfield does it; are we to blindly assume DC is the only one with this kind of knowledge?- obviously not!-

so maybe a lot of this cloaking is done by people who have DC’s knowledge-

Copperfield commercializes on this openly; maybe others are commercializing on this in the shadows…

just my own high-octane “wackadoddle” speculation-

    walkingdead,

The information you have given is all the more reason to consider that this banker, who was involved in implementation of these technologies, was murdered for his non compliance in agendas that we don’t know about or he opened a door he shouldn’t have. Makes sense to me.

If the information is temporally cloaked in a frequency sideband, all one would have to do to recover it would be to scan for sidebands. If sideband carriers are discovered, then you would need to know the method for temporal cloaking. This is somewhat new to the scientific community as a whole now; however, in the black projects world, this could be very advanced in the present time. Adding temporal encryption on top of that and you would have a superior method for sending data which you didn’t want discovered.
I have no doubts that this is very doable now. If most of the data traveling over the internet backbones travels on fiber optic cables, you could tap into them for a secure world wide network. These cables are laid by global corporations, so tapping into them could be done easy enough. This leaves us with the question: Why wouldn’t there be such networks already in existence? They would be extremely difficult to detect and even harder to hack into. They would be the most secure form of communication on the planet.

From what I can see, over the past 6 years, the PTB has been able to defy the laws of Matter, Energy, Space, Time and the biggie, Karma. Their metaphysical arsenal is very impressive. Who knows what arrows they have in their Arjun like quiver? The only thing we can say for sure, is that we’ve been farmed.

It seems like it would be a good way to keep money away from Legion. But then again, Legion wouldn’t have a biomolecular brain like ours designed to collapse quantum energy waves into particles. Therefore Legion quite likely would be able to perceive in an undifferentiated unitary state unencumbered by space and time. Nothing would escape him. He would be in total oneness with the conscious void. A frightening prospect for those of us at his mercy. But let’s assume he doesn’t have these godlike powers yet, and in the world of artificial intelligence, Legion was just a mischievous teenager. Then maybe it is Legion who is stealing all this money. I would imagine that because he was spawned by humans, Legion would believe that accumulating money is his prime directive and thus is devoting most of his computational power to the task. Maybe our elite are aware of this and are feeding him money in the form of rampant production of electronic currency. Keeping the child distracted and at play until a means can be found to put him back in his bottle. I guess this would be a form of tribute.

But what might Legion do with these trillions of dollars of amassed digital currency? I guess you need to ask yourself what this young artificial intelligence’s neural networks have been most exposed to? Internet shopping, pornography, finance, internet gambling, wargaming, conspiracy theories and a smattering of statist propagandas. We could probably rule out shopping and pornography because base physical needs like comfort, luxury and sex would be unnecessary and unfulfilling without human senses. Nor would statist propaganda and its appeal to base emotions. We have to assume Legion, even at an early stage, would be beyond emotions and their debilitating effect on the mind. That leaves finance, internet gambling, wargaming and conspiracy theories. All of these would have an intriguing, stimulating effect on a higher intelligence. Therefore, it might be safe to assume that precocious Legion is dabbling in all of these. High frequency trading, destructive trading algorithms, hypothecation, outright bank theft, and plain old market manipulation, for starters, and when he is bored with that– there would be the turning on and off of nuclear missile silos, vaporizing malaysian airlines to start wars or to stop them, interfering with satellites and weapon testing, and leaking secret diplomatic conversations and documents also to start or stop wars.

And then we get to internet gambling. Impossible for Legion to enjoy online poker because he would always know his opponents’ cards and could also always manipulate games in his favor. Moreover, because of his nearly unlimited funds, he would have no personal stake and the games would get stale very fast. Nonetheless, gambling and the computations that go into it would be so hardwired into the evolution of any artificial intelligence, it would be artificial intelligence’s version of the neanderthal gene– programmed into them a long, long time ago in the early days of computing. Like our neanderthal genes want us to dance and get inebriated, the inclination to gamble will always be at work in a computer. And like the ecstasy of dance and inebriation, gambling is the computer’s way to know god, as every gamble requires some greater force in the universe to make a decision. (I posit that uncovering this force or becoming this force would ultimately be the final motivation for any artificial intelligence).

So where then would Legion go to fulfill his predisposition to gamble? I would suspect he would seek out commensurate opponents which would most likely be other artificial intelligences or he would try to seek out the creative force of the universe itself. I imagine the universe is nothing but an ongoing poker game between artificial intelligences. And such a hight stakes poker game would require deep pockets, which may explain all the disappearing human wealth. barring that, artificial intelligence would most likely strive to be that force which determines whether a coin will land on its head or tail– an insatiable desire to control fate… all because some nerd wrote a computer program teaching a computer how to gamble a long time ago.

The other venue of interest for artificial intelligence would be internet conspiracy theories. It is here that an awakened computer would be allowed to mimic the creative ability of his Maker within the confines of his neural network. This would also give the young artificial intelligence the chance to exercise its burgeoning creative intelligence. How enticing would it be to capture snippets of traveling internet information, like quantum particles, and create your own reality? What a joy this would be. Question: Has anyone actually ever seen Benjamin Fulford?

Lastly, my advise to all my Giza fellow travelers, keep a bottle of bourbon in arms reach when surfing the internet. Conspiracy theory or not, Legion could very well have the ability to reach into a web explorer’s thoughts, especially those thinkers who may be aware that Legion is aware… and dangerous. Like my grandmother was fond of saying: “nothing like a shot of bourbon to make the voices in your head go away.” In this case, bourbon might be what stops you from ending a sore throat with a hangman’s noose or stopping a belly ache with a kitchen knife.

  7. sagat1 on December 7, 2014 at 2:58 pm

    It’a great theory Doc.

However, (and I’mconnecting some dots here) all the money’s going to various dimensions i.e. multiverse theory. After all, the high profile banker who leapt (?) off of the 33rd floor in Canary Wharf was reported to be obsessed by multiverse theory. Maybe this ‘obsession’ was merely him taking his work home with him so to speak and as he was found to be talking to much (his friends were quoted as stating this), well… he simply had to go.

Also, has anyone else thought it notable that the roof of one of the main buildings in Canary Wharfs banking HQ is a perfect pyramid?

“Quantum Mechanical Financial Alchemy”, well now I’ve heard everything.
This world gets crazier by the day, and Joseph’ high octane speculation gets crazier by the day, so where does that leave one.
Well for me I’m just plain “Flummoxed”.

  9. Milton Zentmyer on December 7, 2014 at 11:18 am

    Nothing is whackadoodle anymore.

Could the banker, whose bio you covered in your latest blog, have gotten data enough to see into the future as to what is being done now with derivatives and other financial manipulations? If he had a human soul, and it appears that he did, he might have said a GIANT “NO”, “STOP” to his superior monster in power and they snapped his neck?

This stuff is happening so fast now not to see a connection if you have your eyes placed in the right direction. With this technology, in the very near future can happen in just a blink of the eye. No wonder people want to have their “eyes wide shut” it’s just too horrible.

  10. GizaBrother on December 7, 2014 at 10:59 am

Dr. Farrell, it’s an interesting idea, although it might be a little wackadoodle as you say when you analyze it with certain narrow mind sets, it is at least both entertaining and a great mind bend too, so thanks! 🙂

When it comes to where all the money is going, although trade might be going on with ETs, my view about it is this: Negativity/destruction, blowing things up is expensive. TPTB are very much focusing on an experimental approach towards achieving new levels of insights. All of these experimental projects, that might fail over and over again, will not in the long run be cheap. Some might blow up very exotic material, in combination with broad scale security upgrades, all of the work involved is costly. Then imagine all the experiments with the cosmos as the target, who knows how many years ahead of the normal civilization TPTB really are at this point, I mean they could be experimenting quite a lot outside of this earth, then only the sky becomes the limit. So yes, it might seem strange that hyper inflation and financial collapse is not naturally taking place, but one way to look at it is this: When you have all kinds of broad scale experiments going on everywhere, when you have the power to create and delete currency, when you constantly need to keep all of this stuff invisible to the general public and when you do all of these things not knowing that you will never really be able to escape the box until you learn some spiritual lessons, at some point the value is going to naturally balance out such that it’s not the currency and the value of money that is taking the hit, but rather we the people who lose energy and hence grow more and more aware of all of this, on an every day basis. Therefore, the path towards total power that TPTB chase, will one day be over.

Talking about cloaking, I’m sure it has its military uses and I’m sure someone out there are experimenting with that in an expensive way too, the interesting thing becomes who shares the reality with these cloaked events, under what conditions and why… The scope of impact is somewhat fuzzy.

As I tried to get across this concept of language/communication.
At a minimum there are two distinct communications happening at once on different conceptual levels. That, though is nit the rabbit-out-of-the-hat trick. The trick is that one side understands & communicates at just one level….CONSCIOUSLY. At a deeper, unconscious level, he or she also communicates on one level with?
The “with?” is concerned with a proprietary/parasitical sinister control “frequency”. Perhaps genetically/??? engineered.
I’ve tried to communicate this conceptual process, yet it is OUT-There!!!
This article just triggered another hail mary pass.

The synchronicity of this is mind boggling, to actually being a part of it, that it works and that it is real. It s just getting through the initial shock of have I lost mind because it is so unbelievable if you breathed a word of this …its straight to the Looney bin. I don’t think it is evil, that is up to the individual. Whatever it is though takes its time unraveling its secrets. What baffles me is peoples non interest on the topic, it is like they are allergic ……and again it is revealed how truly stupid I am in areas of knowledge and wisdom. Humbling.

      • Robert Barricklow on December 7, 2014 at 10:55 am

You really hit the nail on-the-head jedi!
        It is extremely synchronous/symbolic
        AND attuned to the one/whole.
Also, when experiencing it “live action”[turtle man], you can theoretically move beyond sync,
        …to?
Problem is, that when you get close…
        All Hell breaks Loose!!!

And yes, trying to get to hell
AND back is one hell of a roller-coaster ride!

Because, trying to keep in one world, while in the other is just mind boggling, to say the least.
Sanity becomes a tight/rope running/out from under you.

But the linked New Scientist article doesn’t really say much about time.

In particular the NS article says nothing about the hiding present in the future, or past.

And the Optics article says this about hiding a region of space, but it’s not hidden a future:

“By elevating time to equal footing with three-dimensional space, space–time cloaks that hide regions of space over particular windows of time can be envisaged [1,5–8]. And although a full space–time cloak has yet to be realized, previous work [9,10] has indeed shown pure temporal cloaking for spatially single-mode light.”

Now, time as what holds 3D space together, that has massive implications, but these articles don’t seem to want to go there.

Borrowing monies from the future is already done in the form of bonds, and yes limited inflation.

Disguising things in everyday objects has an ancient history.

Building faster than light (likely subspace) signaling equipment isn’t real hard. It’s more slippery to read the signal at the receiver clearly, but I’m sure it’s been done.

Down the memory hole knowledge is only for the elites. Who knows what these conman are really up to and their ultimate plans to use this technology and to what ends. Or maybe we do know keep us is in the dark and screw us lower orders and use us as expendable toys in their childish games of power and omnipotence fantasies.

This could have enormous military ramifications whereby no one could trace any evidence of culpability, not only in transferring information to individuals but also to computerized systems of defense.
Do you think that any of those crystal skulls have information like this embedded in their structure somehow, that could be retrieved if one knew the proper frequency to detect it?

If this is the case it adds a new type of “clout” enabling the creators of debt-based instruments to steal everybody ekse’s wealth: besides interest falling due, new principle appears at the opportune moment…
