Certainly the Russians have discovered Intel penetration of the Chinese security systems and are now helping the Chinese update their signal corps capabilities. As we saw in eastern Ukraine the Nato generals screaming bloody murder over Russian participation in the defense of the eastern regions which was not done with equipment or personel yet it was of a nature that helped the eastern Ukrainian army to defeat a superior armed force.Only Russia’s signal corps with their bio-communication capabilities(micro and millimeter radio waves),confusing the enemy at critical junctures in the battles could account for Nato’s signal corps inability to assure victory for Kiev,also their confidence that it had to be Russia’s army intel that enabled the eastern Ukrainian armies tactical superiority.
NGOs = plausible deniability.
I’ve never believed that NGOS were simply CIA, State Dept. or Mossad puppets. It is obvious that many are funded and controlled by various oligarchs, the most obvious being George Soros, who does not even hide the fact of his deep involvement in fomenting the so-called color revolutions. That said, these oligarchs are the puppet-masters of the West too, so to be quite honest we are only dealing in semantics here.
What truly perplexes me is why Putin of all people allowed the ZioCons to topple Ukraine and create such Chao ab Ordo. What is his strategy there, ultimately? Surely he knew what was going on; how could Russia have been caught so flat-footed?
Does he see this as a bridge-too-far moment, upon which he can leverage Russian public opinion, redouble the rebuilding of the Russian military and expose Western duplicity, knowing in the end that all their hubris and squandered billions of FRNs will come to naught?
Or is Putin trying to teach Eastern Europe a lesson using Ukraine as the example. To once and for all get it into their heads Western Europe, USA-DOC-Australia can’t be trusted and Ukraine will be the scared straight example.
Marcos you may very well be right; I think that’s extremely perceptive. Russia may very well have allowed Ukraine to be trashed by the West and bled dry in a matter of months only to show just what’s in store for everyone else who wants to “Go West”–it’s tough love, Russian style.
As much as AT&T,IBM,etc are owned by the CIA/NSA combination and Shell,British Petroleum,British aerospace, volkswagen,seimans,thyssen steel are owned by royal families and their favorite representative bankers the Rothschild/warberg consortium,it makes sense for Russia to finally begin to defend itself against the sleeze. That they share intel now with the bricsa nations(south africa….really?)cannot be good for the council of 300. Lets not forget their minions as well,the council of foreign relations(CFR),The Knights of Malta(vaticans double o sevens), Masons,and other miscellaneous front groups for the various royal interests. Thats right ,remember most royal houses in europe are roman catholic even if they’re officially changed to protestant they are still born and baptized roman catholic in most cases,the vatican allowing the religious transfer to protestant for obvious reasons of future influence. Putin knows all this for decades yet he allowed Ukraine to be internally attacked ( the Ukrainian generals(warsaw pact vetted) allowing the junta takeover and murder attempt on the sitting president Janakovitch)so I believe there is more to Ukraine than meets even the discerning eye.
Note that Russia is kicking out NGOs and other foreign organizations which might wrongly influence national elections. What an amazing thing to do in this age under a globalist stranglehold! At the risk of stating the obvious, this is again consistent with Putin being in opposition to the global psychopaths who presume to rule us.
The US was over when its moral guardians, the great mass of cowards masquerading as morons, failed to react to the blatantly unconstitutional (and just plain immoral and unethical) atrocities committed by a twice unelected (in the absence of electronic ballot fraud) Bush Crime Family administration in the wake of such an obvious and in-your-face false flag as 9/11. But for all who are not government shills and who have eyes to see, there remains hope that we might all break free of the parasitic, psychopathic human garbage so long as Putin’s Russia is on the scene. Go Putin! Go Russia!
Gee, imagine the US doing the same thing. Imagine the US government telling a blatant foreign lobby like AIPAC to get out of the country and go to hell. Any nation-state which still has its sovereignty would. But we know it will never happen. The US is a joke! Go Putin! Go Russia!

This extra-state, this “Deep State”, was once described by former Turkish president & prime minister as the “Real State”, and the public state was only in reality a “spar state”.
If the world is going to prevent a worldwide patch-work of spare-quilted-states; then the BRICSA is as good as any hope.

I would never put my hope in any *international organization* today since that is likely a tool of the very same global psychopaths; and in the case of BRICS, the “usual suspects” in the form of Rothschild Great Britain are indeed affiliated minimally with the associated AIIB. Anybody who is serious about defeating the global psychopaths would never let such unambiguous human garbage anywhere near their organization. Thus, this looks suspiciously like “meet the new boss; same as the old boss.”
However I would put all possible hope in any *nation-state* which _genuinely_ aligned itself against the global psychopaths and all their associated globaloney. Russia under Putin has been doing this in myriad overt ways for the past 15 years. Other states may talk the talk, but do not necessarily walk the walk, and thus may only be serving the globalist psychopathic human garbage as dialectical actors. But Putin’s Russia has taken many steps which unquestionably place it in direct opposition to the global psychopaths’ whole program, philosophically, and even theologically. What we need is more nation-states, not just talking the talk, but plainly walking the walk like Russia.
A RollerBall, Spectre, BCCI.NGO is a very real possibility. In fact Bush Co. has been hard at work with that style of org since the 90’s. The amount of money that has disappeared from DOD, Pension Funds, etc., went somewhere to do something. None of which was for the good of the common man. Mr. Global is starting to show his hand. NGO’s, well remember Hong Kong a couple of months ago. The students had hissy fit and mass sit in, and what did the Hong Kong police do, they waited them out, almost did nothing. But I’ll bet the Chinese government did do something, they waited till the dust settled, and then went in and gave the NGO’s a wake up call.
