    Good way to find out who the PTB think are the subhumans they want to eliminate. Just have these fools send in their DNA samples so the PTB can send them a invitation to which extermination camp they should proceed to off themselves.

    What are the odds that this is occurring somewhere in the world right now…
    This is a technology the breakaway group would totally get behind and has the money and black projects world to do it off the books, with no oversight, and none of that pesky morality issue to hinder it.
    How many geneticists have been dying under mysterious or questionable circumstances world wide lately?
