AMERICAN, RUSSIAN MISSILE EXPLOSIONS: IS THERE A COVERT EM WAR GOING ...
Mr. M.O. shared these two stories, and also shared his own "high octane speculation" as to what might be going on, and indeed, I think he might be on to something, and hence I share them with you.
But first a little context: recall the USS Donald Cook incident, where the missile frigate, on duty on the Black Sea, was approached by a specially modified Russian Sukhoi 25 fighter bomber. As the story goes, the Sukhoi was apparently equipped with the latest Russian electromagnetic interference device and apparently cause the frigate's advanced Aegis class missile guidance system, along with the rest of the shipboard electronics systems, simply to die to such an extent that it was reported that the crew of the frigate couldn't even get the computers to reboot. The Sukhoi then staged no less than twelve mock attacks on the frigate. The USS Donald Cook, we were told, had simply put into a Romanian port for maintenance, and some sources in the US denied that there was anything amiss and that the Sukhoi fighter story had nothing to it. Subsequently, as regular readers of this website are aware, Russia has also disclosed, in piecemeal though very deliberate fashion, its electronic warfare jamming capabilities. Readers will also recall that "coincidentally enough" US rhetoric against Russia dialed down a notch from "hysteria" to "insane paranoia" as Secretary of State John "Ketchup" Kerry made visits to Russia to "dialogue" about the situation, and then suffered a strange accident.
Now, all this context I believe(following Mr. M.O.'s suggestion), might be operative here:

Now, notably this accident occurred far from the Black Sea, and apparently far from any of those innocent Russian fishing trawlers that usually seem to show up whenever the US Navy is conducting drills. At least, that's as far as we're being told (or not told, as the case may be). So we can put this into the 95% accident vs 5% intereference category.
But then, as Mr. M.O. pointed out, there was this story:
What I find very odd, is the fact that both the Russian and the American missiles explode shortly after launch. It can certainly be interpreted as a coincidence, and that's probably what happened. But Mr. M.O's, and my own, high octane speculation, is that these two incidents might be part of a pattern of covert demonstrations of eletcromagnetic warfare interference technologies, and given the apparent lack of Russian and American presence close to each incident, it may be a demonstration of the remote capabilities of the two nations. If that is so, then we might just be looking at a covert war of "capabilities demonstrations" taking place as each nation demonstrates what it can do. And, of course, if one wants to entertain such high octane speculations, then one must also entertain the possibility that a third party might be demonstration its capabilities to both countries.

Well I have some potentially supportive evidence that something strange is going on involving em fields. As I’ve shared in the past I’m currently undergoing medical treatment at a clinic in Florida for various chronic infections and toxin exposure, which in turn leaves me incredibly sensitive to em fields. So sensitive in fact that when I’m at my worst even carrying a cellphone can cause physical, mental and emotional symptoms to manifest. For the last month or so I haven’t been able to shake those symptoms even in the absence of any electronics. I’ve even flipped the circuit breaker off in an effort to escape the problem but no dice. Additionally other patients in the clinic have been exhibiting a rather large and unexplainable increase in symptoms during the same time period, the number and severity of seizures experienced by these patients has been quite unprecedented lately.
What leads me to believe this symptom increase is em in nature is the fact that the weather in the Tampa area of Florida has been extremely strange during this same time period. I’m not exaggerating when I say it has thunderstormed literally everyday for hours on end for the past 3 weeks. Normally it will t-storm somewhat daily but it will usually be in the evening and last 30 mins at most. Everyone I’ve spoken to has said they’ve never seen anything like it. I think this is also related to MacDill Air Force Base being located right outside Tampa, which is the base in command of forwards operations in the Middle East. Late at night if one sits outside they can usually hear or see activity overhead, I’ve even seen a cluster of 3 normal helicopters, followed by 3 whisper quiet helicopters, than another 3 normal helicopters fly by on a number of occasions. Well since all this has started I haven’t seen any activity whatsoever in the skies. Take all this for what you will, but my intuition tells me something odd is going on and these missle explosions only add to my suspicions.. Anyone know what the boys at CERN have been up to lately?…. Guess I’ll have to get the old tinfoil hat out.
Guygrr, ever since an odd experience decades ago, I have also been sensitive to EM fields. For instance, I can ‘feel’ microwave ovens operating from yards away. So, I know it is a real effect.
I would propose an experiment: Try driving to a long distance from your normal area, in different directions. See if the ‘effect’ is localized or widespread. Note where it diminishes, if it does. You can use your own body as an ‘antenna’, to map out the central transmitter location… (If it is not a satellite beam; if so, you could map its ‘output’.)
Hmm good idea, too bad it stopped raining yesterday after 20 straight days of it. No seizures that I saw the last two days, and I’m remarkably calmer myself.
What was the odd experience that led to your sensitivity?
I attended a class on energy healing. Good, but not surprising. The next morning, my eyesight had gone from 20/200 to better than 20/20 ! (The class was not on eyesight.) I could also ‘see’ the EM fields around fluorescent lights, etc. (It ‘hurt’ a little bit to be inside those fields.) So, I put my glasses/contacts in the drawer. Wonderful!
A few weeks later, my old eyesight level slowly returned. Heartbreaking. I have been at 20/200 ever since. However, the sensitivity to EM fields has remained, at a sensory level. I no longer ‘see’ the fields, but am aware of them. Interesting…
I suspect ET intervention. They’re telling both the Russians and the Americans that their weaponry is worthless so they better behave. Remember those incidents when UFOs appear over nuclear missile launch sites and deactivated the weapons?

I used to agree with the position that a “strong” euro was somehow “good” because it could rival the “splendid isolation” of the USD. But this fails to take into account the inherent weaknesses of central banking and debt-based money. Nor does it take into account the role on the macro level of space-related power, with the result that the financial world, whether European or US, is so distant from the real fundamentals of economic activity – which is human activity.
Now there are EM weapons lurking in the shadows, with the capacity to interrupt vital communications at any time. And neither the US nor Europe have a monopoly there. And then there is of course the small matter of CERN….
The Euro failed to take a lot more than that into account.
No federal dollars (debt or no) flow from a central source to build bridges in Greece, pay for universities, pay retirees, pay for ports.
I suspect both ‘malfunctions’ were due to cracks in the solid propellent of the boost motor. Missiles of this type have a high-thrust, short-duration boost motor and a lower-thrust, long-duration, sustainer motor. Any hairline cracks in the booster propellant will cause ignition along the ever-widening walls of those cracks, in addition to the ‘authorized’ direction. This ‘blowtorch’ either reaches the case ‘boundary’, melts the case wall, and ‘boom’ or a simple overpressure of the case walls does the trick and ‘boom’. Either way, you have a ‘firecracker’ on your hands.
Now, whether someone ‘dropped’ or mishandled the booster motors by accident or by intent, THAT is another question…
(I suspect the USS Donald Cook case has a lot of EW experts tossing and turning at night…)
Why?
The “Donald Cook” likely carries similar weapons.
And if the event even occurred, the point from the US Navy’s perspective would to not turn on the ship’s EM weapons, but to let the other side tip its hand, without giving away the capacities of the Cook’s systems, systems which are very likely known to only a few officers and sailors on the ship.
Assuming the event occurred, I DID think of the consequences of the Russians ‘showing their hand’, whatever the EW actually was. That is an EW ‘card’ that is now known and hence unlikely to be useful again.
So, first, there must have been a necessary reason for the Russians playing an important ‘card’. Second, there is more than likely another Russian EW ‘card’ already operational. It is like the old ‘rule’ for spy planes: In addition to the latest ‘acknowledged’ spy plane, there is another, more advanced one already in secret operation, and another one beyond that in procurement.

If the event even occurred, the reason would have been to see what the USN ship did.
Does the ship remain unaffected?
Does it turn off and then immediately turn on?
Does it turn off, and then turn something else on?
Does it turn off and doing nothing more?
If the ship is off and doing nothing that says the mobile weapon can likely turn off the ship, but it doesn’t say much more.
The point is if the event occurred a lot of electronic warfare “experts” aren’t losing a lot of sleep. Some probably wonder how/if the smallish plane was the source.
Real experts are spending more time on the crumbling world trade towers.
Unfortunately, those ‘real experts’ have nothing to work on. TPTB saw that the remaining ‘evidence’ from the world trade towers was hauled away to Chinese smelters. Except for the ‘trophy’ piece that is now in the bow of a U.S. Navy ship…
There are plenty of pieces of steel from the World Trade centre buildings still around.
But the dust is far more interesting.
I can’t help but think that this show of force along with a host of other recent events that include cyber attacks, power outages, information breaches, and flying of nuclear bombers very close to US airspace (on July 4th) were all indeed messages to the rabid, idiotic neocons that they would be facing a 5-phase war, vice the one-phase varieties the US has been losing against primitive nations. And if recent history is any indication, the Russian people have demonstrated a resolve that is unequalled. Dare to match that with our cyber-dependent Americans who would be frantic if they could no longer text or watch Dancing with the Stars. What would they do?
Russia has a very capable ground Army along with an air force (with EW tech) that can bring the nuclear arsenal as well as subs that scare the be-jesus out of the Coast Guard/Navy due to their not being detected by radar. Add to those elements cyber and space warfare for which Russia would also exercise.
Don’t think for a moment that May 9th was simply a show for a parade. This was a unification of two large powers who are both very capable of inflicting major damage should there be provocation. Note that Kerry and Nuland (with tails between legs) showed up promptly thereafter.
To me, this is all posturing and serving notice to the ignorant cronies in DC as a wake-up call. Thinking they can cowardly bomb and run with some drones is beyond naïve. US bullying is nearing an end. And everyone will be better off as a result.

IMHO Germany took a dive in WWII. They went from tactical brilliance to ignorance in short order and burned thru a lot of troops needlessly. Is the US being set up for a fall? It appears we are having serious problems with critical systems. Something to watch in the event of hostilities. The fact that we have an international MIC, might be the reason we are having problems.
Nazi tactical brilliance:
Invading the Soviet Union sans winter clothes.
Building heavy overly complex tanks that were next to impossible to repair in the field and had to be transported to the battle front on trains.
Nearly ignoring the importance of industrial mass production–masses of working trucks and transport planes are likely more important to a war than good guns and rockets.
Diverting troops from the invasion of the USSR to suppress an uprising in Greece.
Not making a beeline for the oil fields in Baku.
The US entered the war with a perfected assault/field rifle–not really even surpassed today in 2015, no not even the inaccurate AK47 does the trick, the Soviets tried with the AK74.. (Albeit expensive and heavy.)
Not paying much attention to the English development of radar.
Paying more for the development of new systems and less for the perfected production of existing system–giant mistake.
