GEOENGINEERING AND THE AMERICAN ...

If you thought the idea of geoengineering in conjunction with social engineering was fanciful, there's this bit of news from New Scientist (courtesy of a regular reader here, Ms. P.H.). This one should make everyone sit and ponder for a few minutes:

CIA spooks investigate geoengineering to fix climate

Any way one slices this one, we have a cornucopia of themes that the alternative research community will find quite intriguing, and in some sense, corroborative of views that have long been aired in such circles. Consider, for example, these admissions:

"In fact, the CIA's main interest in geoengineering does not lie in any offensive use. Rather, the US intelligence community sees climate change as a potential threat to global geopolitical stability, and so wants a thorough analysis of the mitigation options. "On a subject like climate change, the agency works with scientists to better understand the phenomenon and its implications on national security," says Ned Price, a CIA spokesperson.

"Given the CIA's interest, the study may consider the danger of nations starting geoengineering projects unilaterally, benefiting themselves but posing problems for others. "An important issue to address is the question of rogue actors," suggests panel member Ken Caldeira of the Carnegie Institution Department of Global Ecology, based at Stanford University in California.

"But the main focus of the final report, due in the second half of 2014, will be a scientific assessment of the feasibility of three or four proposed geogineering technologies – such as scattering sulphate aerosols high into the atmosphere to reflect the sun's energy, or storing carbon dioxide in the deep ocean. The panel will also consider the risks, which in the latter case would include accelerating ocean acidification."

Now, anyone following the story of weather modification will already be aware of the Pentagon studies that clearly that clearly state that one goal is to "own the weather" as a "force multiplier" (I'm paraphrasing here but that's the gist). So apparently, weather modification is ok if the USA does it, but nobody else (which might come as a disappointment to the Russians, who have developed similar capabilities if some in the alternative research community are to be believed). So the real problem isn't that it may be a bad idea, but rather, the strategic imperative.

But there's more, and chem-trail enthusiasts will be quick to spot it: spraying aerosols in the atmosphere to reflect the sun's energy. Here we see the same kind of scientism hubris we've encountered before, with GMOs: inadequate long-term testing, bought and paid for "scientists" without an ounce of common sense, sitting around tables debating whether or not to spray the atmosphere with all sorts of gunk, to stop environmental problems that not all scientists are agreed is even happening, and those that do agree, aren't agreed on the mechanism(s).

Anyone reading this, however, who thinks that these things have not been going on for a while, is rather naive, being like those who are "shocked" and "dismayed" and "disgusted" at the Snowden "revelations"(note the qualification), whereas, if you've been paying attention to the whole development since the INSLAW scandal and the Department of Justice's theft of Promis software, the idea that the US government only recently started massive electronic surveillance is merely wishful thinking.

The same with spraying and with weather modification. They've been doing both for decades. The fact that they're just now informing us means, if the patterns in evidence in previous "disclosures" hold true, that they've developed the technologies far beyond the experimental stage.

See you on the flip side.

Lets not forget the fringe therory of the bubonic plague being sprayed on a unsuspecting public….another dark age in the making?

The good guys keep getting nailed to the cross, the power of the free lunch….look what it has done to the internet, the Daily Bell being the latest victim. God knows I am guilty and struggling with this as well.

These ? are very smart,…un naturally smart

It really is a no win situation, the good guys win with the bad guys heads on a pole too ensure safety, and then the whining starts of the hand out untill you get a communist police state with the thugs back in power….circular thinking really.

There seems to be no way out, except perhaps the theater of imagined freedoms and imagined paradises… band aids though. Life and anything else of personal importance is what you make of it and it all riegns around a personal code of conduct. Not a road that many want too travel down, and that works into the ptb favor.

    how about “American military-prison-industrial-intelligence-finance complex”

    • BetelgeuseT-1 on July 22, 2013 at 1:15 am

Maybe you could add “health” to that list.
Then again, health is now just an “industry”, and a very profitable one at that.
It’s no longer about curing people, it’s about treating people.
The longer you can treat them the bigger the profits.

NUTS, that’s all I can say. What is it with these American agencies, they are investigating some of the weirdest ideas in an effort to checkmate mother nature.

And again, how much is this little adventure costing, well I sure the regular American citizen hasn’t a clue what the government is spending their tax dollars on.

No wonder America has become the most hated country in the world, snooping on everybody, experimenting with GMO’, and the list goes on and on. Well sometime down the track, America will become Venice, and we all know what happened to Venice.

The control freaks I am master of the world types are busy as usual trying to bring us a better world. If you believe that your brain really gone on a trip to nowhere. Unfortunately we don’t the luxury of debating what these nuts are up to they know all the angles or so they think (dream really ).

In the recent spying episodes & implanted new world order chips on the way here comes this:
Literal Smat Dust Opens Brain-Computer Pathway to “Spy On Ypur Brain”.
The irony here, from my perspective, is that some ancient beings have already been there, done that – implanted a “zombie-type” bug long, long ago. This coincides with the analogy writ large across the galaxy/universe “deception within deception within deception”.

They only are seemingly letting the cat-out-of-the-bag – because it will be more profitable in some manner.
That they have already been doing this is a given. Once its inked for the masses its way beyond past tense; its ancient history.
The chemtrails may have a multiplicity of functions including a Mont Satan connection.
They appear to be against the very essense of life itsef. The very definition of evil personified.

You just wonder if nut job made global warming is some kind of attempt to thaw out Antarctica to better access the artifacts that lie below the current ice cap? It wouldn’t be a stretch to assume their craving for advanced technology far exceeds their concern for the Earth or its residents. Maybe some of the man made earthquakes such as the 2005 Sumatra quake were an attempt to alter the obliquity of the Earth in order to move the poles?

    • p on July 20, 2013 at 10:19 am

I have seen some ridiculous postings here but this one takes the cake.

      • Frankie Calcutta on July 20, 2013 at 12:21 pm

        P,

        that really hurt my feelings

      • LSM on July 21, 2013 at 3:02 pm

hey, p, if I may interject for one second (and I mean no animosity to you whatsoever), I just think we all need to grow up and realise the possibilities out there are limitless- I remain neutral about Frankies’s posting- have no concrete info whatsoever to prove or disprove his expoundings- and neither do you, me or anyone else (Frankie obviously also not but a lot of people tend to have “hunches” about things that just may turn out to be true)-

then consider Robert Byrd’s “Operation Highjunp” expedition; knowing how advanced the N++i technologies were, are we to blindly assume they just ended with a craft that could fly from pole to pole in a very short period of time?- not unless they understood the scientific possibilities of the poles- (then take it a step farther and research Graham Hancock’s expoundings about Antarctica having been former Atlantis- Atlantis = advanced technologies)- so why was an entire task force sent to Antarctica just to battle flying saucers?- was obviously more behind it- there is always much more behind any “officious” story-

        be well- regards-

        Larry in Germany

Hi Frankie, I too appreciate your far-ranging, imaginative posts on this forum. And mysterious Antarctica with its secrets buried under thousands of years of ice provides great opportunity for some high octane speculation!

Further to Larry’s comment, see article ‘First Release of Fully Translated Russian Antarctic Documentary” and video ‘Third Reich–Operation UFO’. There is discussion about the flying saucer attack on Adm. Byrd’s Operation Highjump expedition, the possibility of underground UFO bases (Nazi or otherwise), unknown craft sightings, and polar wormholes. Exopolitics: http://news.exopoliticsinstitute.org/123/

Two large openings that look like cave entrances have been seen on Google Earth. Are they natural formations or evidence of bases for the UFOs that attacked the Byrd expedition? And can that huge saucer-shaped object buried in the ice be real? Again at Exopolitics:

          Margaret, Robert, Larry,

I’ve been traveling so I haven’t been in front of a computer for a while. Thank you for your kind words. In my life of quiet desperation those compliments go a long way.

          Jedi, glad you are back.

          BetelgeuseT-1,

I wasn’t being the least bit facetious. I agree with you– thawing out parts of Antarctica is certainly in the realm of possibility. There is some interesting facts about the very deep Sumatra fault line which makes me suspect the usual suspects are up to no good (if the Sumatra quake was indeed man made) — on par with multiple nuclear detonations in the upper atmosphere, etc.

          Dr. Farrell,

great blogs as always. I got myself a gadget so I can listen to your byte show interviews while traveling. All great! That Lucifer discussion was out of this world. Thanks!

Good to see your writing again.
            Looking forward to your posts.

Frankie I enjoy your comments, as they freely express themselves. That, to me, is one of the great features of this site; however, it does lead to differences of opinion.
So in a given free speech atmosphere, expect, in my view, a give & a take.
But remember, many here do enjoy your writings/views.

Nothing like the Wild, Wild West

I like to think I’am party to …the wild bunch.

      Frankie.
About Antarctica, this is exactly what I proposed to the Doc some months ago.
Can’t remember the context in which the suggestion was made, it was some other story about Antarctica.
Nothing would surprise me. Things that seemed unthinkable not that long ago, now come out in the wash.
      This one may too….

      • BetelgeuseT-1 on July 20, 2013 at 7:50 pm

They’re obviously not going to try to thaw the entire continent, just certain “areas of interest”.
Neuschwabenland? Atlantis? Take your pick, plenty more to add to the list.
We know weather modification has been around for decades (actually for millennia), so why not use it for this kind of purpose?

Frankie, I KNOW you are correct.
