But one of the most puzzling features of the structure has always been how it was built. Here's one that I find extremely intriguing, but first, some background as to why I find it interesting. Way back when, when I began writing my high speculations and sharing them with the public, I began by deciding to "take the plunge" and "high dive" off the deep end, and share my hypothesis that the Great Pyramid may have been a sophisticated kind of phase conjugate mirror manipulating the fabric of the physical medium itself. Well now this gets curiouser and curiouser. Just for kicks, I decided to get driving directions from Las Vegas, NV, to "unnamed road", NV, where this curious tetrahedron-pyramidal structure is located. The results returned were these: Directions from Las Vegas to Unnamed Road, "Area 51" pyramid As you can see by the map, you are not entering what is typically called Area 51, since you're entering the whole federal military reservation area in southern NV from the SOUTH. Well I had been hearing rumors of this, and someone here emailed me a picture of it, and I googled <"Area 51" pyramid>, and sure enough, I got this link: Report: Area 51 Builds Massive Alien Pyramid Well, turning down the "noise" level in this article about extraterrestrials and what not, and concentrating only on the images, if they are real and not just photoshopped(and duly note the questionable "source" here folks), it does raise the question of why the good folks at DIARPA (Dreadfully Insane Advanced Research Projects Agency) would be building such a (tetrahedral) pyramid. … [Read more...]

INFRARED DISCOVERS NEW EGYPTIAN PYRAMIDS

I thought this was very interesting from any number of perspectives: Egyptian pyramids found by infra-red satellite images What I find so compelling about this is that first of all it is confirmation of the fact that radar tomography is indeed being used to find and identify archaeological sites hitherto unknown or unexplored. It opens the possibility that similar imaging was done in, well, Libya for example, or South America, where sites lay under the jungle overgrowth and very possibly even underground, or Mesopotamia, Persia... ... Well now there's talk all over the internet about pyramids in Antarctica. What appears to be causing all the discussion is this picture: Frankly, I think we're looking at plain ordinary mountains here, albeit ones of unusual apparent symmetry. But suppose we ARE looking at pyramids (and I think the size of these mountains would preclude that, but that's just me), or, to put it differently, supposed there WERE pyramids in Antarctica?
