While everyone's been worrying about Iran's nuclear program, another quiet nuclear axis has been forming, and again, it's one of the world's four largest armaments exporters that is behind the proliferation. Now, before we get started, right up front, I want you to read this, even though it's a couple of years old: Nuclear Proliferation in Latin America Is Brazil Developing the Bomb? Yes, you read that correctly, the CFR's Foreign Policy is spotlighting the next candidates for the bomb after Iran as being Kazakhstan, Bangladesh, Burma, the United Arab Emirates and Venezuela.
