MISSING NUKES(?): A FURTHER PERSPECTIVE ON THE FUKUSHMA MELTDOWNS

I am indebted to a Facebook friend for the following information which appeared on the website of investigative journalist Wayne Madsen:

US Nuclear Weapons Unaccountable

Now mind you, I have no idea if the allegations contained in this article are true, or not. But it does raise interesting questions. Certainly allies spy on each other. And Israel and the USA are no exceptions.

Now, there are a number of points I wish to call attention to in this article, and I will cite the paragraphs that concern me, and then attempt to summarize the points:

Paragraphs (1):

"The nuclear smuggling is a major back story to a September 8 Government Accountability Office (GAO) report titled 'Nuclear Nonproliferation: U.S. Agencies Have Limited Ability to Account for, Monitor, and Evaluate the Security of U.S. Nuclear Material Overseas.' The most serious finding in the GAO report states:

"'DOE [Department of Energy], NRC [Nuclear Regulatory Commission], and State are not able to fully account for U.S. nuclear material overseas that is subject to nuclear cooperation agreement terms because the agreements do not stipulate systematic reporting of such information, and there is no U.S. policy to pursue or obtain such information. U.S. nuclear cooperation agreements generally require that partners report inventory information upon request, however, DOE and NRC have not systematically sought such data. DOE and NRC do not have a comprehensive, detailed, current inventory of U.S. nuclear material–including weapon-usable material such as highly enriched uranium (HEU) and separated plutonium–overseas that includes the country, facility, and quantity of material. In addition, NRC and DOE could not fully account for the current location and disposition of U.S. HEU overseas in response to a 1992 congressional mandate. U.S. agencies, in a 1993 report produced in response to the mandate, were able to verify the location of 1,160 kilograms out of 17,500 kilograms of U.S. HEU estimated to have been exported. DOE, NRC, and State have established annual inventory reconciliations with five U.S. partners, but not the others it has transferred material to or trades with.'"

Paragraph (2):

"One individual who had the port of Houston under close scrutiny was CIA contractor/informant/source Roland "Tony" Carnaby. Carnaby had set up a number of video surveillance cameras at the port of Houston and routinely uploaded the stored videos from the camera units to his Macintosh computer. WMR has learned from intelligence sources that Carnaby possessed a major secret about the smuggling operation: much of the nuclear material being shipped through Houston by Israel, more than its needs, was being re-sold by Israel on the international black market."

Paragraph (3):

"It is known that Carnaby used a number of cell phones to dial into port video cameras to turn them on, stop them, and download captured video data. However, an Israeli firm, Orsus, was scheduled to begin installation of its own surveillance at the port, putting Carnaby's surveillance operations in jeopardy. The financial backers of Orsus include ComSor Venture Fund LDC, a joint operation of Comverse Technology, which includes its subsidiary Verint Systems, and Soros Fund Management's Quantum Industrial Holdings Ltd...."

Paragraph (4):

"One of the countries that received re-sold American plutonium fuel from Israel was Japan. However, the Japanese soon discovered that the plutonium for which they were paying the Israelis top dollar was too old and provided only short-life usable nuclear weapons. Japan decided to go it alone on their nuclear weapons development but not before they planned to blow the whistle on the Israeli and American smuggling operation to the International Atonic Energy Agency (IAEA). Before the Japanese could act, the super-quake struck Japan, along with the devastating tsunami. At that point in time, Israel and the Americans programmed their Stuxnet computer virus to trigger the nuclear catastrophe at Fukushima, the major site for Japan's nuclear weapons development program."

Now let me summarize the implications of these paragraphs seriatim:

(1) The USA does not have an effective nuclear materials tracking system in place, and is consequently the victim of nuclear weapons and materials smuggling;

(2) One of the smugglers is Israel, which in turn is selling surplus materials on the black market;

(3) One of Barack Obama's major financial backers, George Soros, has a company tied in with the corporate networks surrounding this activity; and finally,

(4) Japan was pursuing a secret nuclear weapons program at its Fukushima plant, and threatened to expose the whole operation when it was hit with the recent earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear reactor meltdowns. To my mind, this raises the bar considerably that at least the reactor meltdowns were a deliberately planned action against Japan, and it does also raise the bar considerably that perhaps the earthquake itself was also a deliberate act. If the Japanese  figured out this operation, then rest assured, they have also figured out that their country was deliberately attacked... and they will take steps in the long term...

We’ve been losing nukes and hiding the fact for decades. See the book 15 Minutes.

Now that’s the second reason I’ve heard for the Japanese
Earthquake to have been deliberate and the technology
    IS in place.
Many outside the US, including the Japanese, ‘knew’
it was deliberate as soon the-horse- left-the-gate.

    The other reason(?)

    Political change.
The new government politico of Japan wanted our
military OUT; after 65 years, they’d had enough.
Gates told them that they would regret that.

I suppose many think we helped after the quake and
    runaway nuclear plants.
    WE DID NOT !!

At first blush, here is what I see wrong with this:

“However, the Japanese soon discovered that the plutonium for which they were paying the Israelis top dollar was too old and provided only short-life usable nuclear weapons.

Googling “shortest half-life for plutonium” brought up an NRC data sheet here:

    http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/doc-collections/fact-sheets/plutonium.html

This states, “Pu-239 has a half-life of 24,000 years and Pu-241’s half-life is 14.4 years. The plutonium isotope with the shortest half-life of 20 minutes is Pu-233. Plutonium-244, which occurs naturally, has the longest half-life of 80,000,000 years.”

I cross-indexed the NRC page with this here:

    http://www.ieer.org/fctsheet/pu-props.html

It appears that all the Japanese would have had to do is to take a Geiger counter to the point of sale and take one reading to see what kind of plutonium they were getting.

I suppose it is possible that they did NOT do this (stupider things have happened) but I just can’t see them being duped into paying for and receiving the wrong plutonium as it is so easy to check and it is so difficult to obtain.

Therefore, I think the article is a fake and I am calling shenanigans.

        WAYNE MADSEN’S & OTHERS’ DISINFORMATION?

Hi Joseph, CQ, LSM et al ~

Yes, Madsen sometimes provides disinfo (wittingly, semi-wittingly, unwittingly, or witlessly). Although possibly or probably ‘sincere,’ Wayne is limited by his biases & sources (as are most of us). Thus, a grain of salt may be needed.

Disinfo is 90%+/- true info mixed with 10%+/- false info. Many if not most of our ‘usually reliable sources’ (including us) may fit this category.

However, Wayne & others on whom we rely may be special cases. On 9/11, vote fraud, nuke & other issues, Madsen et al may have provided the usually discerning few (e.g., us) with more than their fair share of KEY disinfo.

See “Speaking of NSA – Remember THIS CIA Fake [i.e., Wayne Madsen]?” at http://www.breakfornews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=21 AND “Uncovered: The Rat’s Nest of 9/11” at http://breakfornews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=26 (allegedly including Wayne Madsen, Sibel Edmonds, Alex Jones, Leonid Ivashov, Michel Chossudovsky, Andreas von Buelow, & others).

It should be noted that Carnaby, sometime in the last year or so, commited one of those herculaneum suicides.

It has been known since the 1980s that Israel was a major player in the nuclear black market. I have seen a documentary (I will have to locate it) which discussed that in detail. I think it was called “The Terror Trade.”

Israels’ “unofficial” reason (since they deny it all) is to keep tabs on who buys and sells the stuff. Sounds a lot like the original reason the CIA gave for being involved with organized crime…..

Bureaucratic red tape and “procedural” difficulties are plausible deniability paths for all manner of illegal activities. “Gosh, we just didn’t know. We thought ____ (fill in the blank with appropriate agency) was handling that.”

If you examine the images of the reactors in Fukushima like I have, the structures were absolutely devastated with massive chunks of reinforced concrete blown all over the area. There is no way that a tsunami would have caused that type of shattering effect on concrete and steel structures. Concrete reinforced buildings in the cities hit with the tsunami wave/s remained essentially intact. It was the wooden structures that were complete shredded by the tsunami/s.

The reason why the Japanese are suppressing all information and news concerning the resulting radiation contamination in Fukushima and the threat it has imposed, is because this was an act of war; in war you never admit your weaknesses to your enemy. And this is what the general population inevitably becomes the victim of: how do you convey to the population the country they live in has just been attacked considering the disparity between what a tsunami could have caused and an actual nuclear event at the plant?

Did the Dimona Dozen murder the Fukushima 50?
