Yesterday I blogged - well, actually, I vented - about the insanity of the Notional Security State being peddled as part of the fear-porn industry of the "main" Republithug presidential contenders, Ron Paul excepted. And, as readers are probably aware, I implied the conclusion that there was something deep, darky, murky and rotten at the heart of American politics. We can call it the military-industrial-intelligence complex, we can call it the oligarchy or plutocracy, but whatever one calls it, if you are not familiar with the work of Peter Dale Scott, then this is as good a place as any to introduce you to the man.
I became aware of Scott's research years ago, as he was the one serious academic taking issue with the Warren Report of the assassination of President Kennedy, an event that in his opinion has directed American politics ever since. Indeed, I relied upon Scott's research in my book LBJ and the Conspiracy to Kill Kennedy, and pointed out there that, unlike many other assassination researchers, I viewed the plot as a very large conspiracy, involving all the deep-seated power structures of the country.
Now Scott has come out with an intriguing, and in my opinion, profound analysis of the relationships of our scandal-ridden history, relationships that expose the actual power structures underlying and involved in each of them, and I feel obligated to share them here. THis is a long article, but it is well worth reading as careful attention to its details reveals the structure of what Professor Scott calls the "Deep political power structure":
What I want to point out here are the profound implications of Scott's opening words:
"In recent years I have been talking about a dark force behind these events – a force which, for want of a better term, I have clumsily called a “deep state,” operating both within and outside the public state. Today for the first time I want to identify part of that dark force, a part which has operated for five decades or more at the edge of the public state. This part of the dark force has a name not invented by me: the Doomsday Project, the Pentagon’s name for the emergency planning 'to keep the White House and Pentagon running during and after a nuclear war or some other major crisis.'"(Emphasis added)
This is, as readers of this website will be aware, is the same idea, in a different guise, as that of UFOlogist Richard Dolan's "breakaway civilization," which Dolan believes to have come about in part as a response to the national security issues posed by UFOs. What Professor Scott makes clear is that contigency planning for crisis events has in fact enable the rise of a breakaway "state-within a state" within this country, complete with its own totally independent means of communications and planning. In short, one sees the emergence of something that could either plan something like 9-11, or JFK, and that for a brief moment, was revealed during the Iran-Contra hearings when Senator Daniel Inouye (D-HW), complained of an entirely secret government with its own air force, military, communications, and so on. Such a structure could plan such events, or, allow them to happen to pursue its own agendas.
Ponder Scott's five points of parallel between the each of these dark events:
"I shall try to show today that in this respect 9/11 was only the culmination of a sequence of deep events reaching back to the Kennedy assassination if not earlier, and that the germs of the Doomsday Project can be detected behind all of them.
"More specifically, I shall try to demonstrate about these deep events that
"1) prior bureaucratic misbehavior by the CIA and similar agencies helped to make both the Kennedy assassination and 9/11 happen;
"2) the consequences of each deep event included an increase in top-down repressive power for these same agencies, at the expense of persuasive democratic power;6
"3) there are symptomatic overlaps in personnel between the perpetrators of each of these deep events and the next;
"4) one sees in each event the involvement of elements of the international drug traffic – suggesting that our current plutonomy is also to some degree a narconomy;
"5) in the background of each event (and playing an increasingly important role) one sees the Doomsday Project – the alternative emergency planning structure with its own communications network, operating as a shadow network outside of regular government channels."
The last point touches directly on a phenomenon also noted by Richard Dolan, namely, that such contingency planning would - and as we have seen in recent months with the revelation of NASA study groups talking about ET invasions - and indeed does, involve planning for every sort of crisis contingency.
In short, Dolan's "breakaway civilization" and Scott's "doomsday group state-within-a-state" really do exist, and they are one and the same thing, and they have been involved in staging events to further their own agenda of a "suspension of the US constitution." It hardly needs to be said, that such staged events could - with the proper technology, also kept carefully hidden away - include staged "disclosure" events, so near and dear to the religion of UFOlogy.
