Neither Dr. de Hart nor I are unaware of the Fomenko attempts at reconstruction of the chronology. We did not employ him because there are so many problems with it that it would take tomes to deal with, and in the final analysis, the effort to do so would be in the end rather wasted, since our book was about basic concepts, not chronological factors. We DO hope, at some point, eventually to turn to chronological matters, but that is quite a way down the line.

On more link not connected to critic of chronology. It’s a highly interesting treatise of an anonymous writer about religious history of mankind from a ‘spiritual’ perspective. It has much to say about all the topics you examine in your books. But with very interesting ideas I have not read anywhere else: Giza Pyramid (as an ‘Horus incarnation trap’, Old Testament manipulation of people of Israel -> ‘Manipulation of DNA’, Vedic prophecies of apocalyptic times etc. I actually found it more thought-provoking then ‘Genes, Giants, Monsters and Men’.

Also remember that Psalm 83 (among others) tells of how the Northern tribes would lose their identity and forget who they were, only to be replaced by “others”” who would falsely take up their title as Israel (Balfour anyone?).This sentiment is echoed in Revelation speaking of those who say they are Judah (Israel) and are not.

Doesn’t this interview with both Drs. Farrell and DeHart only reemphasize the truth of Jesus’ words “Love thy neighbor as thyself”?
Yes, I once made the comment at an open-to-the-public gathering of theologians that “Isn’t the God of the Old Testament schizophrenic? On the one hand we have the Ten Commandments, where God told Moses “thou shalt not kill” (meaning murder) and on the other hand throughout a good deal of the rest of the OT, God instructs the Hebrews to murder just about everything in sight.” (paraphrased) None of those on the panel would address my question, although later, when mingling with audience members, one of them agreed with me that the question was a good one.
So, regarding my opening question, the New Testament, or least the words attributed to Jesus, does give us a basic and eternal understanding of the core of Christianity.

In sum, although I haven’t read the book yet, but intend to, my sense is that in a very good attempt to discredit the OT, or more properly speaking, the religions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam that purportedly sprung from a common source, ie. Abraham, the authors appear to be throwing the baby out with the bath water.
What is not mentioned is that the Pharisaic Judaism that Jesus railed against as the Synagogue of Satan, that which is exemplified and discoursed upon in the Babylonian Talmud and what has morphed, I think, into the Anti-Christ movement for total dominion over everything, through every life-destroying method ever conceived, is staring us in the face.

I was using, Yeshua because the letter “J” is not in the Hebrew alphabet. Some people are offended by the Greek translation. They claim, Jesus, as best I understand it, means “Hey Horse”.
Yeshua (ye-SHOO-a) Translated in the Greek as Jesus, and Yeshua ben-Yosef (ye-SHOO-a ben-yo-SEIF) in the Greek is Jesus son of Joseph.
Yehoshua (ye-HOH-shu-ah) successor to Moses, in the Greek, Joshua.

This is a particular special interest of mine that is teased out just slightly in our Transhumanism book due out this year but what is coming is going to push the limits quite a bit. It is also worth noting that in the LXX, the same word is used to describe Lucifer as is used to describe Jesus in the NT. Mostly this is glossed over but I have always felt a connection exists in the morning star reference. I believe there is also a connection with Venus in there as well.
