TIDBIT: JUDGE ANDREW NAPOLITANO ON THE USA’S “COUNCIL OF ...

Just in case you're wondering, we have our very own home-grown "apple pie fascism"(to cite Gore Vidal once again), right here in America, a red, white, and blue star-spangled banner of Venice's Council of Ten. Here's Judge Andrew Napolitano on the subject(remember him? he was fired from Faux news for being for, you guessed it, liberty):

Oh my oh my Joseph, sound familiar? I`m an american living in Berlin who used to work for the Berlin Brigade. As you know, they didn`t or didn`t want to hire any idiots for this place because they thought WWIII could break out here. But the Allies left and I`m still here with my loved ones. But I`m still an american and I still believe I can speak my mind according to the Constitution. That being said, I might be wrong. If I say Obama has a pimple on his ass that his wife doesn`t want to touch, I could be sent off to Bulgaria, never to be seen again. They do stuff like that believe me.

I once told Nick Gillespie that the U.S. was getting more & more fascist in it’s structure(actually an inverted totalitarianism, Sheldon Wolin).
He replied, mockingly, it wasn’t going communist or fascist.

    watsits?

Think of how different things would be
    WITHOUT
    all those illegal
    AND
    UNConstitutional
    “Excecutive Orders.”

Lincoln can be forgiven for the first one
    under extraordinary circumstances,
but after the war it should have been all
made plain for dumb and dumber.
