TIDBIT FLASH! SURPRISE SUPRISE (YAWN): GERMAN CONSTITUTIONAL COURT ...

FLASH! This just over the wires from RT.com: the German Constitutional Court has ruled that the bailouts are not unconstitutional under the German Grundgesetz (constitution)... are we really all that surprised?  Maybe the German court gained some insight from American Supreme Court Injustice Roberts:mandates are taxes, but bailouts of other countries are not taxes (even though your own people have to pay for it)... One wonders what sorts of tortured Hegelianese the German Injustices will use to justify this one... Calling Injustice Roberts!

Top German court approves €700-bln eurozone bailout

And gee. that European Stability Mechanism (ESM) sounds suspiciously like postwar America's Economic Stabilization Fund...a huge slush fund for covert ops... but that's another story....

See you on the flip side...

Emboldened by this victory over the nationalistic German bankers, the banksters are now attacking the Russians to keep them from negotiating separate energy deals with individual clients and keep the Russians subservient to bankster controlled trading exchanges:

    my guess, at least.

Boy, it didn’t take the banksters long to take advantage of this– QE3. Just when you think we have the banksters on the ropes. Now it is safe to print the dollar and pound into oblivion because the Euro will be printed into oblivion as well– by orders of the banksters. They certainly have bought themselves some more time. More time to erect their police state and continue with the zombification of the populous with tv, drugs, vaccines, food, and chem trails. Now the final coup won’t be such a crap shoot. They no longer have to accelerate the game plan. Operation Slow Lobster Boil will go on as originally planned.

I know the Germans were playing lip service to them but I’m shocked that members of the German elite actually sold the country down the river. I don’t see any silver lining out of this one. All the insolvent western banks will now get QE3 money to bail themselves out… for now. I can only guess the Germans decided being kicked out of the Euro zone for non compliance with the banksters would be a more horrible fate. Or maybe the prospect of a German Fukishima attack was too terrifying. They still are haunted by the dark memories of being vanquished by the banksters in the 20th century.

I won’t even get into Japan suddenly becoming the bankster lap dog again as well. I guess Fukishima was too much to bear. How can you blame them? Now they are back under the bankster fold once again and doing their bidding– dutifully buying US treasury bonds, blowing out their currency, and actively keeping Asia divided for the banksters to plunder.

This does not bode well for us all. Plan A, which was let the western banks implode, has been foiled. Now lets see if Plan B gets foiled as well. Plan B being stopping the banksters from starting WWIII beginning with the the Middle East. Now it is up to Putin– the great white hope. beyond him, I don’t see any hope for rescuing humanity. And I don’t think Putin can rely on China as an ally. They still might throw in their lot with the banksters, if they haven’t already

    A dark day for sure.

Ever since a US Supreme Court clerk added a header to Santa Clara v. Southern Racific RR, corporations have been persons with equal protection by the 14th Amendment (Bill Of Rights.)

This benefitted the <1% global corporate cabal. Thus the idea spread.

Culminating in the WTO, which, as an international treaty, supercedes any and all local or national laws. So then whatever it takes to keep this little arrangement going is merely "honoring" an agreement.

Bail out the Banksters & screw the people.
This seems to be the ruling class calling card.

Max Liebermann (1847-1935), famous German painter, artist, last free president of the Prussian academy of the arts before the dictatorship, said on the night of the 30th of January 1933, when, after that damned Austrian private gained power, watching the torchlight procession of the Nazis from his house located driectly alongside Brandenburg Gate: „Ick kann jar nich soville fressen, wie ick kotzen möchte“ (“I cannot eat as much as i would like to vomit”).
