But why do the BRICS need a space-based clearing system? Isn’t it possible to use a land-based cable system?
As this new money market opens the banksters will have to attack the transaction datalink base in orbit. I believe this unneeded conflict in Ukraine was designed to bring Russia into conflict with the west for the further purpose of a justifiable escalation of the dollar -juan conflict to space war. Its inevidable as the banksters will bring the world into total conflageration to maintain their profitable usury as they make profit on war as well, a win win situation for Goldman Sachs.

The idea of BRICSA nations using its growing economic/financial influence to “reshape” cold-war era military/defense arrangement like NATO is an intriguing idea, something i have been pondering myself for the last few days by accidents.
I was reading RT pieces on Scottish referendum, it really caught my attention when the issue of nuclear weapons is called into question, an issue which apparently has Washington worried, as reported by RT’s article “Doubts in DC: Scottish independence could threaten US-UK strategic relationship”
“A weakening of Washington’s top military ally and the fate of the UK’s nuclear arsenal are key.”
Then i learned from a Scottish reader’s comment on RT, that Mr. Alex Salmond, leader of SNP and first minister of Scotland is quite fond of Russian president Vladimir Putin, his expression of “admiration” for Mr.Putin draw sharp criticism yet Salmond refused to apologise for expressing admiration for Vladimir Putin, reported by thecourier’s article “Salmond stands firm in Putin row”.
Then another Scottish reader on RT made a comment: “an Independent Scotland could join the BRICS”, that’s when i started to wonder, what if Mr.Salmond’s admiration for Vladimir Putin is more than a personal tendency, what if the sentiment “independent Scotland could be part of BRICS” is shared by Salmond?
What about China, Russia’s key partner in the BRICS, what’s MR.Salmond stance with China, what’s the status between the two sides? So i did some digging..
Salmond was also criticized for “kowtowing to the Chinese over the Dalai Lama” because he refused to meet with the religious leader. Not surprisingly, because Salmond has been to China four times since he became the First Minister of Scotland in 2007.
At the invitation of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Salmond visited China in 2011 where he met with Vice Premier Li Keqiang (now Premier), meanwhile two pandas arrived in the Edinburgh Zoo that year. He paid a visit to China again last November, brought with him were 30 company trade delegation focused on increasing trade in the oil and gas and construction sectors and deepening the friendship between Scotland and China, meeting State Councillor Yang Jie Chi, the Chinese Government’s principal foreign minister.
A Scottish person made an interesting comment on “scotsman”, about how Yang is usually present during high-profile discussion with the likes of John Kerry, this seems to indicate the Chinese think the prospect of Scottish independence is quite possible.Incidentally, not only Mr. Salmond is the first foreign politician to be received at the Chinese ministry of foreign affairs’ new Beijing headquarters, the two sides also expressed interests in establishing a direct air link between China and Scotland. All these developments raised the bar considerably, on the question of Scotland’s future relationship with BRICSA alliance.
The SNP’s policy of establishing itself as a “nuclear-free” nation would cause concern to NATO, but would be welcomed by Moscow and Beijing. The Chinese have made it clear after the signing of “nuclear-free Central Asia” agreement (following the “Nuclear Security Summit” in Hague in March), that their eventual goal is “thorough destruction of nuclear weapons in the world”. Given improved economic and political ties between Scotland and China in recent years, achieved under Salmond’s leadership, and given his “anti-nuclear” policy, the feasibility of the two sides discussing the issue of “nuclear disarmament” seems quite tangible.
But i suspect “nuclear disarmament” agenda pursued and implemented by both Russia and China may have something to do with a joint Russo-Chinese call back in June, when Russia and China submitted a draft treaty to the United Nations that seeks legally binding curbs on weapons in space. The June draft treaty was an updated version from 2008’s “The Treaty on Prevention of the Placement of Weapons in Outer Space and of the Threat or Use of Force Against Outer Space Objects (PPWT)”,proposed by China and Russia in February 2008. As matter of fact, Russia’s Putin and India first called for ‘weapons free space’ back in 2007, after China staged a satellite-destroying weapons test in January.Clearly, Russia and India were concerned about China’s military activity in space, but that’s not all,
“What’s more, in military circles in the US, we hear plans about attempting to militarise outer space. We should not let the genie out of the bottle. This is our position,” Putin added. Putin noted that China was “not the first country to hold such tests.”
The very next year, China’s Sichuan province was hit by a devastating earthquake, according to intels from the “Veteran’s Today”, was caused by a space-based weapon system camouflaged as “satellite”. If true, begs the question, just what the Chinese hit (or trying to hit) with their “anti-satellite” test back in 2007, and what was used to hit the satellite? And was 2008 Sichuan earthquake some kind of “retaliation”?
The prospect of “weapons in space”, not just “space to earth”, but also “earth to space” raised a question, just what else these systems can be targeted at?
Rumors has it U.S. president Obama was gonna disclose the reality of ETs at the end of 2009, but in reality, what happened was he got a “Nobel Peace Prize” for his “promotion of nuclear nonproliferation” among others in Norway, meanwhile a mysterious spiral appearred in the sky of Norway known as “Norway spiral”, a possible evidence of the existence of ground-based direct energy weapons system.
The “Norway Spiral” was not the only anomalous incident around the late 2009, another one is the emergence of a video on the internet which allegedly was filmed by two Moscow citizens, what appears to be “a pyramid-shaped UFO hovering over the Kremlin”. The next year in late february, another video emerged on the internet, allegedly filmed by a citizen in Xi’an, another “pyramid-shaped UFO” hovering over the Chinese city.
After watching “Ancient Aliens” i learned that what mainstream medias left out in their reports on Iceland’s volcano eruption which smothered Europe in ash cloud that severely disrupted air traffics back in 2010, is there were UFO activities around the Icelandic volcano. Later, i found out there were extensive UFO activities around Japan’s Sakurajima volcano as well, some of them appeared to have emerged from the volcano, some of them appeared to be actually causing the volcano to erupt. I then borrowed Nassim Haramein’s idea of volcano as gateway for UFOs to construct a hypothetical scenario, in which there could be some kind of “UFO gateway” in Iceland, which could explain the secret deployment of ground-based direct energy weapons system in Norway as Iceland is geographically located just to the west of the Scandinavian country.
If Norway was the “first line of defense” against UFOs from Iceland, then Scotland would be another “first line of defense”, particularly for the UK. The thought reminded me of the movie “hellboy”,
“The mythical world starts a rebellion against humanity in order to rule the Earth, so Hellboy and his team must save the world from the rebellious creatures”, interestingly, the entrance to that “mythical world” is located in Scotland, and the “rebellious creatures” are depicted as distinctively “Celtic”, which corresponds to the idea of certain things from the Celtic folklores are similar to modern UFO/ET activities.
The picture of somebody might have fired a warning shot at these interstellar vehicles with their ground-based “space weapons”(or earth to space) in Norway in late 2009 is an uncomfortable thought, then what about the Eyjafjallajökull eruption in 2010, all that volcanic ash, what was happening inside the volcano, beneath the ground? If there are things that camouflaged as “satellite” in space that can induce earthquakes, things that can make Sakurajima volcano in Japan to erupt, then is it possible the 2010 volcanic eruption in Iceland was an even stronger “message” using space-based “space weapons”(or space to earth) to these visitors, but also a “message” to the NATO members in Europe?
Interestingly enough, the Chinese have been quitely building a closer economic and political ties with not only Scotland but also Iceland in recent years. Both the Russians and the Chinese seem to be ok with “planetary nuclear disarmament”, both are ok with “weapon free space” draft, both are targeted and encircled by “NATO” military arrangement.. meanwhile India joins Russia’s call for banning of “space weapons”, other BRICSA nations like Brazil has signed “space cooperation agreement” with China, not to mention countries like Bolivia, Venezuela and Indonesia also signed similar agreements..as for Japan, says it want to militarize space while Russia and China were jointly pushing for an international draft to ban it.
Now, the BRICSA alliance are trying to bypass the dollar with their respective currency,which are essentially “gold-baced”, if gold is indeed some kind of “galactic petrol dollar”, then it would have the BRICSA and their allied nations well placed for a possible and potential future integration with the galactic system, if that’s the case, then they may have to establish some kind of “peace agreement” with such galactic system, perhaps “nuclear disarmament” and “space weapons banning treaty” pursued by Russia,India and China etc is an evidence of that?
Then the “gold-backed” RMB which is a representative of the BRICSA alliance, and its growing influence in Frankfurt, London, now Paris is indeed an interesting development which could have long-term implications, to not only geopolitical relations but also possibly to military/defense arrangements.
For Germany, the U.K. and France are also nuclear powers or potential nuclear power.. Is the economic/financial encroachment into these NATO countries, part of the BRICSA effort to force disarmament of “space weapons” and signing of “galactic peace agreement” as they might have already done? Time will tell.

In referring to space its context cover a broad range of interests. Primarily in the near term is its military/communications platforms. However; if one looks specifically into the “money” systems being developed, the issue of “bitcoin” like currencies and their respective protocol platforms are NOT mentioned.

I suspect we will now be in for a bunch of “astroidal” collisions in our near space and possibly a few hits on the planet itself. Should be some interesting developements cosmicly so polish up the lenses of that old telescope and get ready for some high altitude fireworks.
London, Paris next Ottawa, Mexico City for China’s clearing bank new branch’s. As for China-Japan could there be a Sino-Nippon reconciliation in the making a burying of the hatchet being negotiated under the table so to speak. So as to present a united front against the Anglo-sphere in the near future.
