For those interested, here is the full video, with English translation, of Mr. Putin's remarks in Valdai:

At least they don't look as bored, or disbelieving, as the delegates at the UN looked during certain "world leaders'" recent speeches at that organization.

Finally…..many issues of the Ukraine conflict, especially the cease fire violations by Kiev put into a relevant context. Too bad no western media outlet will air any of this,as any normal news coverage would dictate. Even though Putin is a Russian,he is the last of the Mohicans as far as I’m concerned. Also he educated the audience with Ukraines colorful history on its actual territorial composition and developement, something thats been waiting to be said for a long time publically. You had to laugh when he talked about the flaws in the american electoral system, not mentioning Al Gores actual win over little Bush in 2000 showed great restraint on his part.

I listened when I first heard about it, and also found a complete transcript of what Putin said.

The two speakers following him were pretty good too. With the Anglosphere out of the way, I think the world could have peace in our time.

At least at the Valdai conference you had real issues being discuss. Not fantasies like at the Anglo-sphere psycho babel stone out without being strung out on drugs conferences. The later babel on while reality awaits to come crashing on their heads to spoil the party so to speak.
