Reduced support hours will begin 12/20 and continue through 1/2 for the Christmas and New Year's Holiday. That means turnaround time on support tickets will not necessarily be 24hrs average, and non-urgent tickets may not be prioritized during this time. If you have an issue with your account, you're encouraged to submit your ticket before the reduced support hours, and we wish you and yours a bright holiday.
