INFALLIBLE PAPAL IMPONDERABILITY: FRANCIS THE FIRST’S INSIPID ...

I am, as most people know, not well-disposed toward the papacy as an institution. Granted, it has performed many charitable and laudatory works, and this must be stated for the record, for many people who write in the alternative community about the Vatican and the papacy tend unfortunately to forget this. My grievance with the papacy is the spurious nature of its claims, claims codified at the First Vatican Council in terms of an immediate and universal jurisdiction, as well as the notorious definition of papal infallibility when speaking ex cathedra on matters of faith and doctrine, in which case the pope speaks ex consensu ecclesiae, "without the consent of the church", a formula tailor made for all sorts of mischief, hair-splitting, and indeed, apostasy. While the papacy has sponsored many notable and charitable enterprises, the historical track record, as most people are aware, is morally ambiguous and dubious(to put it kindly). One need only think of Lotario di Conti (Innocent III), condemning in one breath the Fourth Crusade and the sack of Constantinople, an unjustifiable warfare against fellow Christians, while at the same time vigorously promoting the Albigensian Crusade, an organized slaughter and genocide on a scale only dwarfed later in the twentieth century. (They were, of course, "heretics," and therefore not agreed with the papacy, and hence, could be murdered with impunity.)

Similarly, as most people also know, I simply am not sympathetic to any Malthusian doctrine of "over-population" or "maximum carrying capacity" and all of the ponderous, pessimistic mystifications (and the underlying financial and cosmological assumptions undergirding them), that accompany it, including the totally tautological, and therefore infinitely useful, notion of "climate change". We would do well to recall that this mythology acually began in Venice with Giovanni Ortes (as Dr. Webster Tarpley has repeatedly pointed out), and that as such, the meme is the darling of corrupt, visionless and pessimistic financial oligarchs concerned not for the well-being of humanity but for the fragility of the institutions preserving their own power. One can, I think, even make the case that "de-population" masks a hidden and very racist agenda, since the focus seems to be on third world over-population and all that that notion has engendered, including covert sterilization projects that occasionally make the news. Reading between the lines of this carrying-capacity claptrap, there's just "too many useless eaters" (of a non-Caucasian non-European background) out there. But maximum carrying capacity is a "sustainable" meme(to use that favored term of the globalist "elites") only when there is technological stagnation and relative constancy. Under the broad and endlessly adjustable frontier of "sustainability" any manner of mischief can be promoted if it is for "the greater good", including depopulation. Let us be clear: "de-population" is one of those "soft language" linguistic swindles complained about by the late philosophical comedian, George Carlin.

You'll recall that Carlin lampooned the whole technique of "linguistic avoidance" of reality in what was probably the most non-politically correct comedy routine in history: "death" became a "terminal medical event," "crippled" or "handicapped" people become "handi-capable," "toilet paper" became "bathroom tissue," and so on. Similarly with "de-population," the "soft" term for genocide, be it by "slow" and "soft" means such as involuntary and covert sterilization regimes, or by the more tried and true Soviet, Maoist, and Nazi methods. "De-population's" real meaning is genocide, plain and simple.

It is therefore with a great deal of sadness that I note that now Francis I has thrown his mitre into the ring of the Malthusians and appears to have infallibly bought into the whole globaloney agenda(in reality, I think he's simply showing his true "colors"), including not only calls for "de-population" but for a "global government" to address such issues:

Pope Francis warns of destruction of Earth's ecosystem in leaked encyclical

Fortunately, Francis is apparently proposing no such "de-population" scheme in any genocidal sense:

"Francis also called for a new global political authority tasked with “tackling … the reduction of pollution and the development of poor countries and regions”. His appeal echoed that of his predecessor, pope Benedict XVI, who in a 2009 encyclical proposed a kind of super-UN to deal with the world’s economic problems and injustices."(Emphasis added).

But disturbingly, Francis slips back into the model of his predecessors:

According to the lengthy draft, which was obtained and published by L’Espresso magazine, the Argentinean pope will align himself with the environmental movement and its objectives. While accepting that there may be some natural causes of global warming, the pope will also state that climate change is mostly a man-made problem.

“Humanity is called to take note of the need for changes in lifestyle and changes in methods of production and consumption to combat this warming, or at least the human causes that produce and accentuate it,” he wrote in the draft. “Numerous scientific studies indicate that the greater part of the global warming in recent decades is due to the great concentration of greenhouse gases … given off above all because of human activity.”

The pope will also single out those obstructing solutions. In an apparent reference to climate-change deniers, the draft states: “The attitudes that stand in the way of a solution, even among believers, range from negation of the problem, to indifference, to convenient resignation or blind faith in technical solutions."  (Emphasis added)

If this is true, then Francis has decided to cherry-pick - doubtless with his charism of infallibility - among those scientific studies only those supporting his hypothesis, and has decided - again doubtless by dint of his charism of infallibility - to ignore all those indications that the data itself has been molded and squeezed in some cases to fit the theory. Of course, we'll hear from people who want to protect their system about the distinctions between "ordinary magisterium" and "extraordinary magisterium," but such details are beside the point, for the contradictions implicit in this latest encyclical, if the articles about it are true, are bad enough. How does one note "the need for changes in lifestyle and changes in methods of production" (left mystically undefined of course), without recourse to a technology? And once one admits this, one must admit of technological solutions to the dilemma that may possibly dispel the whole Malthusian meme.

Then we come to the ultimate and typically papal mystification, the attempt to "declare, define, and pronounce"(to paraphrase the words of Boniface VIII from Unam Sanctam) any opposition as "blind faith in technical solutions" while the pope conveniently and blithely ignores his(and the globalists') own blind faith in global bureaucracy and global governmental solutions. In other words, no countervailing arguments or data are - in the pope's infallible charism - of any merit whatsoever; by papal definition, to argue against the proposition is to be obstructing the proferred governmental and regulatory solutions. To believe otherwise is, by implication, a kind of socio-political heresy. And with papal claims being what they are, one wonders if the real motivation here is not only to "define away" any opposition as a kind of heresy, but also to align the papacy with the left-leaning tendencies of the global fascism that is being sponsored by the western oligarchs. And we know what the papacy's response to heresy has been from its gruesome, murderous, genocidal, barbaric, brutal and inescapable historical track record have been: imprisonment, torture, murder, and an "index of forbidden books", and hence ideas and notions, running contrary to the infallible whims and caprices of whatever occupant the See of Rome decides to champion at the moment.

And if you think it could not happen again under the auspices of this institution with its trendy "people-friendly" guitar masses and Saturday afternoon "quickies", think again, for that alignment of the papacy with the Mathusian agenda is what the international oligarchical mafia has perhaps been seeking: a religious "sanction" for all manner of tyrannous methods, regulations, and an infallible quashing of anyone who dares raise a voice in protest over the data and their interpretation of it. No Martin Luthers, Jean Calvins, Thomas Cranmers, or (much worse for such papal people) Photiuses of Constantinople or Gregory Palamases, or Marks of Ephesuses, thank you very much. There can be no "socio-political Protestantism" or "socio-political Eastern Orthodoxy" on these matters, because all that, says Francis, is "blind faith." Thus the papal call for a global government to "deal with" the "over-population problem" could be the modern equivalent of the medieval practice of handing over convicted "heretics" to the secular authority for execution, a wonderfully casuistical sophistry designed to avoid having to commit murder itself. The claims have not changed, only the methods have, and the "older methods", so long as the claims remain, could come roaring back, and with a vengance. And this encyclical - whether intended to or not - could be laying the groundwork for it.

Of course, we'll get the eventual "explanations" and "codiciles" and "clarifications" as have always occurred when this power-mad institution comes forth with the be-robed "explainers" to explain what he really meant and to explain away its manifest Gnostic goofiness and sociological dualisms. But that's the surest clue that this is not a teaching, it's an agenda, and the revolutionaries are simply using the cassocked and mitred symbols of confessional orthodoxy and authority to promote it and to close off discussion.

So, as for me and my house, when I get my copy of Francis' encyclical, I'll probably use it for, as Carlin said, "bathroom tissue," for non habemus papam. What we have, instead, is just another corrupt oligarch, using the power of his position to favor one, and overlook the other, side of a debate, and using his power to close off the other side as "blind faith" while obligingly parroting the memes of globaloney. (And for my Orthodox Catholic friends, you might want to rethink that whole "lifting of the anathemata" thing. It goes like this: "And to Leo IX and all his successors down to Francis I, let them be anathema anathema anathema." You might want to update the Synodikon.)

See you on the flip side...

(My thanks to all of you sending different versions of this story)

You nail it. Outstanding article. Many thanks.

You won’t find major discrepancies between what the Pope says and what “The Mighty Wurlitzer” (corporate media, world-wide) is preaching day by day. Why? Oh well, it’s worse than you think.

Without having read the encyclical, It does appear from the comments that the Roman Church is further abandoning its ancient ties to Solar worship in favor of the powerful modern yahwehistic forces that hold so much sway currently over our daily existence. Is this because the Pope is a gullible do-gooder like those gentle people who listen to NPR and fall so easily to its insidious bankster propaganda? Woefully uninformed and easily manipulated, they really believe they are doing good. Is the Pope such a chump? Or has he thrown his lot in with the bankster agenda because they have briefed him on the nuclear bombs located under Rome and he has opted to save the Vatican in the short term? Or, as I suspect, is his miter failing to protect his pious cranium from receiving unimaginable bombardment from every kind of mind control weapon in the bankster arsenal?

What an insult to the Sun to give credit to global warming to farting cows and hair spray. How science overlooks the heating effects of the Sun on the entire solar system as evidenced by the melting ice caps of our neighboring planets. This hubris can not go unpunished. The ancient Roman Church knew very well that all homage belonged to that Glorious Fiery Orb that gives us our sustenance. How easily we could correct Earth’s problems if we only returned to Solar propitiation on a global scale. (It would start by directing our Amens to its true intended Recipient). Now we only risk incurring The Sun’s wrath even more. And who better to lead this charge than the Pontificus Maximus. Will the Roman Catholic Church ever be restored to its true mission of leading its adherents in covert Sun worship or will our “infallible” Popes continue to be coerced, bribed, or tricked into following a bankster agenda anathema to our Almighty True Father reigning supreme in the sky above? Will we have to have an ice age or a solar flare once again to show us that He, not the old testament god, is the true fickle God that demands worship or risk retaliation? Maybe what we need is a Pope Akenaton who will use the power of the papal office to enforce Solar monotheism and the sacrifices it entails, if we are to truly save humanity. A return to Sun based yawehism where the stakes are real and not just a scheme for social control.

Sadly, It does’t look like this Pope will be leading that charge anytime soon (nor will Akenontan’s alleged clone in the Whitehouse.)

I leave you all with this brilliant clip from Sun worshipping George Carlin himself (warning profanity):

Nothing is “leaked” .. Nothing is ever leaked … and I do mean “nothing” .. If the Vatican is indeed leaking .. “they” have ways and means of extinguishing that in a heart beat .. A length of rope and some rocks will usually solve any such problems and in extreme cases even a “Holy dagger” will be implemented … If one could only ask Roberto Calvi .. (otherwise referred to as “God’s Banker” .. found hanging below Blackfriars Bridge in June of 1982) .. A piece of rope and some rocks silenced that potential “leakage” .. This is NO leak .. “they” want the masses to heed the Papal threats .. After all .. Pope Franky is God’s sole representative on planet Earth and we MUST listen .. Sickening stuff indeed ..

    • Freefall on June 21, 2015 at 5:55 pm

Oops!! … And lets not forget Father Malachi Martin who “tried to have a leak” with his book “Windswept House” (basically claiming that the Vatican was nothing more than a caging facility for vipers .. witches and warlocks) .. Again .. he was dealt with swiftly and brutally … All roads lead to Rome .. .. God help us all ………

      • Delurking on June 21, 2015 at 6:36 pm

And who could forget the black mass he described being conducted in Charleston, SC (on the 33rd parallel and an historical center for Scottish Rite freemasonry) in 1963 simultaneous with the installation ceremony for Paul VI in the Vatican? And then of course the very same Paul VI said a few years later (~1970?), “The smoke of satan has entered the Church.” Yep, indeed it has, and thanks to Martin we know exactly what the man was talking about no matter how hard official sources try to obfuscate its meaning.

  6. MxFusion on June 21, 2015 at 12:27 pm

Whether you like the Pope or dislike him, or agree or disagree with his recent Encyclical, it gave no comfort to American oligarchs. The heavy blowback from the U. S. oligarch’s sock puppets, GOP Presidential hopefuls, was quite swift and direct. They didn’t like it and told the Pope to mind his own business.

The Koch brothers, worth over $100 billion together, are the most politically active of the U. S. plutocrats, are hardly “left leaning.” They’re far right, hardcore free market absolutists(no regulations or rules, especially environmental). They’re buying off as many politicians as they can(Gov. Scott Walker for one) and it’s full steam ahead to a corporate fascist world, with them as the Kingpins.

Perhaps Joseph is referring to some European oligarchs, of which I’m not too familiar.

    • Delurking on June 21, 2015 at 12:42 pm

Well, no, actually all that environmentalist crap comes out of the American Trilaterial Commission, a Rockefeller front, because it is necessary in order to impose the ultimate Trilateralist goal of global technocracy. Politically in the US, this faction of the elite would presumably be represented mostly by the Democratic Party. You are talking about whatever elite is currently represented by the Republican Party, and that would presumably involve the Nazis and the Zionists (and therefore the Rothschilds one would think). But then again, it may all be the same elite controlling (or using) two factions as their “thesis” and “antithesis” in order to achieve their ultimate “synthesis.”

One of your finest posts ever, Dr. Farrell! And I am glad that you caught the fact that his predecessor was no better because nothing is more sickening than watching all these Catholic “conservatives” constantly prostating themselves before the memory of B16 when that manifestly evil s.o.b. seemingly could not issue an encyclical without calling for one world government (i.e. indisputable hell on earth in Christian terms given fallen human nature). And the evil, twisted s.o.b. (unlike his predecessor even!) never had one bad thing to say about all the Bush Zionazis’ despicably evil wars for nothing which amount to little more than ritual sacrifice on a massive scale with rivers of blood flowing constantly. No, but the hordes of morons and cowards masquerading as morons will continue to call for B16’s coronation until it happens. What a sick world in which we live.

And, yes, like the true God, the God of all that is Good, would set up a massive PYRAMID SCHEME for His True Church! Yeah, riiiiiiight! That is indisputably the way the dark side has worked since time immemorial because that is the way that CONTROL is imposed. What is decentralized cannot be controlled, or at least not nearly so easily. So you want to find Good in this miserable fallen world? Look for the DECENTRALIZED; in other words, that which cannot be controlled by evil. No pyramid schemes. And, yes, the Eastern Orthodox need to be absolutely clear on this so that no “reunion” ever takes place this side of the Parousia. Please, God, clear people’s heads of all that stupid funk so that they might once again see the obvious!

Yes, with Francis I now talking about “Climate Change” and “Sustainable Development,” I guess maybe he might promote Common Core next. That broken sewer line flowing out of the Trilateral Commission through the UN now flows through the Vatican as well. Very interesting.

What is the cosmology and geography of our oligarchs. I think it has never advanced beyond a geocentric universe and the geography of Classical pre-Alexander conquests. Our oligarchs believe the rest of the World as at most other planets or strange dimensions inhabited by trolls ogres and other creatures of their fantasies nightmares. Your post shows your passion here in spades; shared, I dare say, by most that frequent this site. I have to side with Dana’s perspective here, when coupled with your post’s theme; the political/economic power struggle where, in this case, the economics are calling most of the political shots. When drilling down deeper; the nature of this sequential monopolized Ponzi scheme is consistent exponential growth; benefitting a exponentially dwindling tiny few, at the expense of exponentially growing many. Throw in No accounting for debt/environmental externalities, in their rigged financialized game, and you have a recipe for Hell on Earth. And in steps a festooned robed man with an equally funny coned hat sprinkling water and issuing mumbo-jumbles so that evil can be cleansed? What Theater! Is this a Comedy/Farce? The. Thing that bothers me about the usual climate change debate is the tendency to equate the effect with a presupposed cause…climate change and the cause for it are two separate questions. Assuming that CO2 is the cause just invites all sorts of denials, especially from “studies” put out by mega corporations dealing in CO2 producing materials.
But what if we took into account HAARP, nuclear bomb tests, Fukushima type events, black projects dealing with strange technologies that they don’t know the effects of their experiments, then perhaps a different picture emerges. It would be these causes that the elites don’t want discussed, therefore the constant references to CO2 based causes.
Also I’ve been reading about more than just the earth warming up, but I don’t know how we can test that.

    • DanaThomas on June 21, 2015 at 11:20 am

Yes this harping on CO2 in the corporate-media-driven “popular science” is a blind, and anyone interested in further investigation has to sift through technical articles, patents etc. – and luckily there are some reliable channels of information out there.

    • Ramura on June 21, 2015 at 2:01 pm

I agree with this completely. Since all weather appears to be manipulated these days, one could say “global warming” or “climate change” IS essentially man-made. But who can explain the warming on the other planets? Why is THAT never discussed? But I cringe whenever I see the CO2 argument as that, to me, is just a cover for another way to monetize and control.

    • Robert Barricklow on June 21, 2015 at 3:18 pm

There was an article from a science weekly magazine that referred to polar caps melting throughout the solar system. It is a Sun interaction. I read a paper on it and found it logical & supportive of other theories naming the Sun as the causal agent. Nothing to do with CO2. CO2 is heavily involved in derivatives; of which Goldman Sachs is a major player.
This has been long in myth making; as CO2 is the patsy for geo-engineering/Chemtrails. This is one of their long seeded plans; and they will not abort I no matter what the actual science is.

I am an Ice Age Heretic not a Global Warming faithful.. However, bad magambo happens during these periods.. Volcanism, increased earthquakes, etc. So, what the Papacy is doing is threatening to take away the sun / moon during an eclipse.. So, their prophesied natural destruction may occur. But, not because of man made CO2. The gloves are coming off on this PTB power grab. So, get thyselves a as independent as you can.

  13. DanaThomas on June 21, 2015 at 8:12 am

This Encyclical is a very dense text in which legitimate criticism (overfishing and similar environmental abuse, seeking immediate financial gain instead of taking the longer term view etc.) is closely interwoven with dubious propositions (the meme of man-made global warming due to hydrocarbons, the constant use of the term “sustainable” and a number of “doctrinal” points such as “relativism”, “nature” and “natural” as used by the Catholic Church etc.).
As for the solutions, here is one (para. 175 on p. 128 of copy downloaded from Vatican website) that says it all: “The twenty-first century, while maintaining systems of governance inherited from the past, is witnessing a weakening of the power of nation states, chiefly because the economic and financial sectors, being transnational, tends to prevail over the political. Given this situation, it is essential to devise stronger and more efficiently organized international institutions, with functionaries who are appointed fairly by agreement among national governments, and empowered to impose sanctions.”
Just what we need, more efficient and more powerful functionaries! I wonder if the “Eurosceptics” will notice this one.
And so that show goes on…

Now Joseph, don’t be coy, tell us what you really think! 😉

Agreed though that we’ve just seen the pope’s true colors, and we’ve got another one.

Regarding depopulation, it is actually going along swimmingly in Western Europe; Italy is well below a sustainable birth rate, and the potency of European men has dropped 1/3 in the last decade. Forward!

Sarcasm aside, the new meme out there for the past month or so is that humanity is doomed; we have at most three generations before extinction, and we are now in the 6th great extinction epoch — the newly minted “anthropocene” — in which we are laying waste to species and habitat at an ever-accelerating pace.

Unfortunately, it’s hard to argue with the essence of that prognosis, but I think it is being shoved down our throats right now as part of the close-the-deal-on-fascism multi-pronged push that’s going on everywhere, and just as importantly, it is a CYA deflection from the effects of Fukushima; this is a real catastrophe and this new tipping-point meme is the cover story — it’s all our fault for living.
