This is actually a comment on the vidchat but still related to the “information war”: the Mandela Effect and the arising, or induction, of false and/or alternative memories as to an event. Here is little observation on a current phenomenon on FB, not the first of its kind: if the social media are some sort of oligarch social engineering experiment, it is fun to try to do a little “back-engineering”. There is currently a flood of posts claiming a “massive Russian intervention in Syria”, suggesting (as they did with the Ukraine) that a whole Russian army is now fighting in Syria (and as in the Ukrainian case, offering no real evidence). Just another propaganda war? I find this dubious posts being shared by “anti-Russians” and “pro-Russians” alike; the latter saying “it’s about time” or, more prudently, “let’s hope this is true”.
While there are undoubtedly a lot of people being paid to disseminate fake or semi-fake items on any number of topics, the rate shoots up for news where oligarch strategic concerns in the Middle East are at stake, (often with accompanying tear-jerking or fear-mongering photos as we have seen).
Maybe sometime in the future, people will look back to remember a “Russian landing” in Syria in August 2015, even though this landing never happened. As has been suggested before in these pages, this may not be simply a kind of “traditional” brainwashing of the type using newspapers radio and TV, but an effect induced by the electronic media through some sort of resonance impact directly on the medium, where the borderline between consciousness and matter breaks down. Even more wild speculation: maybe in these cases there are experiments under way to see if this resonance effect actually DOES trigger the event and not just a memory of its having occurred.
And the same thing may be involved in some of the more serious “hacking”…
I have also wondered the exact same thing – namely, is social media a tool used to “invoke” or “channel” certain forces into the open in order to influence events or even manipulate reality? I’ve always said (and so did Z. Brez) that if the ultimate goal of our rulers were to exterminate the majority of living humans, the will and the tools necessary to do so have been available for decades; therefore, this leads me to conclude that there is some sort of “power” or veiled importance in the collective energy of the masses that excludes any notion of annihilating them.
If this is true, social media would obviously constitute a formidable weapon in the hands of anyone able to own it. I confess I am not too familiar with anything that has been written about the origins of the major social media vehicles and the personalities behind them, mainly because I don’t care. But I suspect a thorough and critical expose conducted by someone willing to dig deep would yield some very rotten fruit, although questions like this are probably highly indiscreet and would occasion retribution of the type normally reserved for recalcitrant banksters.
if Gary McKinnon’s expoundings are to be taken seriously (and I think they should be) after his hacking into the US DoD’s computer system due to his belief in a secret space program (he stated this is fact) it seems Chinese infiltration into US top security sites has been going on for a long time; to paraphrase McKinnon (this was in 2002): “I was by far not the only person but the least important person rummaging around there- even the Chinese were in there”-
isn’t it strange McKinnon has been strangely silent even after the British Home Secretary put the skids on his extradition to the US after an over 10 yr. battle and not a peep from him since then?- let me guess why…

You can’t blame the Chinese for getting all the information they can on the topography of mars. It saves money and time to plan their next space journey to mars,the race to discover lost technology which is perhaps buried in some old library from the martian ancestry. Getting to that technical jumpstart for earthlings will be the basis of the next world conflict no matter what the news reports say. Weapons in space are going to get heavy (heavier) in the near future. At least the public knows there’s a humanoid shoe on the martian surface thanks to Richard Hoagland. When germans start having antenna coming out the top of their heads we’ll know the nazi international got there already.
