FBI ARRESTS HSBC BANKERS, BUT LEAVES YOU TO CONNECT THE DOTS

Every now and then one just has to stop and admire the banksters; for duplicity, subtlety, and a tapestry of relationships that leaves one wondering just how deep the corruption goes, for a tangle of political corruption that perhaps only divine omniscience and ubiquity could sort out, they are unparalleled. What am I talking about? Well, this one may leave you scratching your head, as it did me, and I am tempted to file this one under the "you tell me" category: the FBI, apparently, has arrested two senior managers at HSBC(Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation):

FBI arrests senior HSBC banker accused of rigging multibillion-dollar deal

Of course, the HSBC has a rather long and dubious history; think opium and the 19th century here, or for that matter, Lord Blackheath's comments in the House of Lords a few years ago(see my extensive quotations from his remarks in Hansard's in Covert Wars and Breakaway Civiizations). And now, yet again, another bank caught in illegal manipulations, this time, of currency rates:

A senior HSBC banker has been arrested by the FBI as he attempted to board a transatlantic flight and charged him with fraudulently rigging a multibillion-dollar currency exchange deal.

Mark Johnson, a British citizen and HSBC’s global head of foreign exchange trading, and a colleague are accused of “defrauding clients” and alleged to have “corruptly manipulated the foreign exchange market to benefit themselves and their bank”.

He was arrested on Tuesday night shortly before he was due to fly to London from New York’s JFK airport, and was due to be formally charged by a judge at Brooklyn federal court later on Wednesday. He was later released on bail.

A second Briton, Stuart Scott, who was HSBC’s European head of foreign exchange trading in London until December 2014, is accused of the same crimes. A warrant was issued for Scott’s arrest. They are the first people to be charged in connection with the US government’s long-running investigation into bankers’ alleged rigging of the $5.3tn (£4tn) per day forex market.

“The defendants allegedly betrayed their client’s confidence, and corruptly manipulated the foreign exchange market to benefit themselves and their bank,” said the US assistant attorney general Leslie Caldwell. “This case demonstrates the [US Department of Justice’s] criminal division’s commitment to hold corporate executives, including at the world’s largest and most sophisticated institutions, responsible for their crimes.”

Ok... by now we're all accustomed to the fact that these big banks are about as trustworthy as George Soros at a color revolution.

But, in case you missed it when you were too busy frothing about a few plagiarized lines in Ms. Trump's speech(and there's much to be horrified about at the Republican convention, but it wasn't that), HSBC has connections to Ms. Clinton, to the FBI director that recently "cleared" her of intent to violate the law (even when the law itself isn't about intent, but simply negligence, and even though it isn't his job to recommend prosections, it's the attorney general's, who, incidentally, has her own connections to HSBC and was only talking about the grandkids with Bill on the tarmac):

Now, this is interesting and summons so much high octane speculation in my always speculating mind, that I scarecely know where to begin. But let me concentrate on the first scenario that flitted through my mind, and that's all those emails that Hilliary deleted before anyone could have a look (except, of course, Mr. Putin, and so far, he's not talking even though various Russian media outlets have made it clear that they have several of these emails.  [C'mon Vlad... let us see, please? After all, it would be to your benefit, since Ms. Clinton and the neo-con crowd hardly thinks that Russia is a friend. Give it some thought, and get back with us.]) What I suspect they'd reveal is a great deal about the extent of the plans, networks, and financing for Mr. Global's little fascist project. Or to put it more simply, it would reveal the vast extent of what I've been calling the "hidden system of finance" and perhaps one small portion of it and how it is currently constructed.

Of course, it's the mention of those Russian media articles insinuating that they have their hands on quite a few of these emails that must have various people burning the midnight oil late into the wee hours: what if those insinuations are true? Will Mr. Putin or someone in the Russian government "leak" them? (The latter, of course, is more likely, since it allows the Kremlin some plausible deniability: "Woops, sorry about that... a clerk hit the wrong button. We will be certain to take appropriate action against the clerk", said action perhaps being a resort dacha in the newly re-acquired Crimean peninsula) It would indeed be intriguing were the "accidental" leak to occur during Ms. Clinton's acceptance monodrone at the convention this week. Of perhaps the Russians might just sit on those emails, after all, should Ms. Clinton be (s)elected, then they potentially give the Russians a great deal of leverage.

But as I suggest, it is possible we're looking at much more than just the usual racketeering and corruption and legal double standard - one set of laws for you and I, and another for the "top" tier of society - that we chave come to associate with the Clinton-Bush nexus. It may be that the ties go much deeper into that system of finance, and given the extent of it, we might expect Russia to reveal those emails only after it (and China) have built out their parallel clearing systems.

See you on the flip side...

The 30K emails may well reveal the fact that when HSBC was busted and given a slap on the wrist by Lynch and Comey the global money laundering operation moved from HSBC to the Clinton Foundation.

Clinton’s close friendship with the Rothschilds suggests that channels for money laundering may indeed have been made available to Clinton. Supposedly some of these emails are between Clinton and Rothschild.

The links via email between State Dept data, favors and money being deposited in the Foundation is likely not limited to corporations (Ericksson) and nation states (Russia’s purchase of US Uranium). It is likely to include past and present US Senators, Representatives, people in the DNC hierarchy, the neo-cons, and the very rich and famous globally. Her foundation has singlehandedly tainted MOST of the 1%.

So Joseph’s speculation concerning the Clinton emails connecting dots that were never to be connected by we serfs may reveal some Beyond Black Budget factions (e.g. drug trade) that laundered money thru the Foundation.

That’s where her power lies – in who she will bring down if she is brought down.

Now there’s an angle worth pursuing.

They would off her way before it came to their own downfall. I have a feeling they don’t like her either. She’s a used up pawn and her expiration date is nearing.

The angle being that they are using left/right political cover in a multitude of scenarios.

Hi Joseph! You’re exactly right, though, as you say, it is highly speculative.

What isn’t speculation is that the Democrats have walked smack into Donald Trump’s trap concerning Russia.

William Jefferson Clinton signed Treaty Document 106-22. Title: “Treaty with Russia on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters”, signed on June 17, 1999.

From Bill Still here is the synopsis of the text:

“The Treaty provides for a broad range of cooperation in criminal matters. Mutual assistance available under the Treaty includes obtaining the testimony or statements of persons; providing documents, records and other items; [etc., etc;] and any other form of legal assistance not
prohibited by the laws of the Requested Party.”

The emails constitute such docs. By treaty they’re supposed to turn them over 🙂

You can’t make this stuff up! The Tinfoild Hat Nation has had as it’s central message that FedGov.Inc is rotten to the core. Well, here it is naked and out in the open. And yet it appears no one cares. What are they putting in the Blue Pills?

This development makes me wonder about all of the trembling and shaking around Deutsche Bank, and it naturally segues into consideration of the banker suicides and mysterious deaths.

As regards the Russians and the Clinton e-mails, I think it far more likely that the advanced hacking networks in Roumania and Bulgaria would have been the actual agents for acquisition of information from that server for the purpose of selling it or using it to punish the West. There are still many who wish to punish the Clintons’ for the USA’s siding with the Muslims against the Serbians in the Balkans war in the former Jugoslavia.

From what I have read in Bavarian and Hungarian news sources, the Clinton server could have been penetrated and fully indexed by the PRC Chinese, the MOSSAD, the French, and every other nation with even minimal capacities including the Russians. But I propose those nations would have wanted some level of plausible deniability and would have gone through hackers and hacking networks not directly a part of government.

    • goshawks on July 27, 2016 at 11:28 pm

Pellevoisin, you bring up an interesting thought. If Russia disgorged a zillion damaging Clinton emails, it would be ‘spun’ by the establishment as Russia fabricating them. Most asleep Americans would nod ‘Yep’ and turn over in bed.

However, if the Clinton emails were turned-over (regardless of who originally garnered them) to some quasi-supportive nation for release, that would be much more damaging. So, I would look for some bigger European nation to be the releaser-of-choice…

It might be instructive to become familiar with the details of Chinese Triad organized crime and their affiliated groups. Perhaps much enlightenment could be acquired.

Assuming that this investigation has gone on for months/years, the big question is Why Now (for the arrests)? This is either evidence for one part of the Cabal trying to embarrass another part, or that some senior Player has withdrawn protection of HSBC. Either way, this was not just a simple arrest…

    • goshawks on July 27, 2016 at 3:12 pm

I just had the thought of the new Offshore Havens run by the Roths in Reno. Hmmm…

      • SoCal G on July 27, 2016 at 8:21 pm

It is odd that these two men were arrested after that “long running” investigation occurred not long after the BREXIT vote.

Perhaps its message to the City of London who I don’t think will view that faction too kindly.

No doubt there will be a response.

“If they print money out of thin air to stimulate the economy…
Why don’t they print money out of thin air to pay off their own debt?”
    — Anonymous internet meme
    _______________________________________________

Apparently, the FBI’s HRC email probe uncovered systemic corruption so vast, pervasive and daring that they could not expose it for fear of governmental collapse, citizen revolt and inciting a few major wars.

Sounds entirely plausible, and for once I am not being sarcastic.

    • Pellevoisin on July 27, 2016 at 4:15 pm

What you have written rings true with what I am reading and hearing. If all were to be revealed, there would be revolution undertaken by several different unassociated factions as well as the grass roots, as they are called. I think the larger point is that the economic system would collapse and with it the banksters’ and their collaborators’ profits, cash cows, and illegal and barely legal schemes of acquisition of wealth not their own.

  11. WalkingDead on July 27, 2016 at 11:41 am

What do we really owe these people? They “loaned” us nothing of value plucked from the vacuum; we should repay them in kind. Due to fractional reserve banking, every bank is now essentially bankrupt. A careful examination of their financial statements reveals that all their “assets” are, in fact, negative assets, the only exception being deposits. Every time they make a loan now, they are either “counterfeiting” or committing fraud. The only thing keeping us afloat, is the faith the people have in the rigged system. Should that ever falter the entire system will collapse at super luminous velocity.

The problem is this structure will fall like a house of cards. And I doubt these wiseguys have what it takes to survive the coming crash could they know how to prepare the long pig they’ll have to eat. They’ve poison the rest of the food already but then they dream mammon is real. The Bush-Clintons in a real world would be in prison by now not running for head of state so much for justice in the Weird States Of America.

I’m stealing your Soros color revolution reference. Loved it!

Looks that these boys were either set-up in the beginning; or, had their hand in the till.

Or, is somebody being blackmailed politically?

  14. sagat1 on July 27, 2016 at 8:44 am

Is there really a hidden system of finance or simply a system of debt based fiat currencies that have been engineered to enforce control over the masses and hand ultimate power to a tiny few sociopaths that have ascended to the top of the pyramid?

Realistically, these debts are so large they’ll simply never be paid off; and that’s the point here, as they don’t expect them to be. A country or individual indebted to someone else is a slave to the system, can be tamed and will do their bidding. The upside for the parasitic elites who provide the architecture for the system is that they can own all and sundry and therefore have ultimate power over everybody. All this having purchased it with worthless fiat – it’s the biggest scam in the history of mankind and people have blindly run along with it.

Meanwhile while everyone’s toiling away and absorbed in their daily routine, the leeches out there are having a tip top tastic time at everyone else’s expense. Of course they know that sooner or later some people will cotton onto their scam, hence the roll-out of the zero tolerance surveil1ance state to smack down dissenters.

    • Roger on July 27, 2016 at 11:45 am

Usury interest has been known since biblical times as the defeat of nations and individuals by many bites. Yet somehow this century old scam and means of conquering and enslaving people is some how uncomprehendable to most world leaders and private people today. Even with all the math taught to todays people they still get all doe eyed when you try to explain this simple scam to them.

      • Roger on July 27, 2016 at 11:50 am

I’ve given up on saving humanity. They aren’t smart enough to be saved or to save themselves. You can only save yourself and the few like minded people you may come across. Well, that was before they fouled our soil food, air, and water on such a grand scale. Now our only hope is Divine intervention.

        • sagat1 on July 28, 2016 at 2:54 am

This debt based system is simply the vehicle to enable the 1% total control over everyone else while they rob us all blind. Why would you ever want to be paid back in worthless fiat once you own everything by law (their law which again, we all abide by)? The introduction of derivatives was simply a tool to accelerate the scam and place anything of any real value into their ownership. Eventually the system implodes, but by then the 1% won’t care as they’ll be sitting on everything and anything with any real value.

    Doc–always enjoy your thoughts–

As I follow you and several other key, internationally well-informed researchers/analysts, when I mate you and Dr Jim Willie’s and Ben Fulford’s work together, many of the points you are touching on become quite clear and several layers of datapoints come together…The WDs are pushing on the Major Players to clean it or they will be ‘removed.’ HBSC is “the protected bank,” like GS and Chase,” in Britain.

The fact that “a purge” is taking place in this bank, I believe, says much: The Western CABAL-Elites are starting to follow the dictums of the WDs….

Seems like someone is sure going out of their way to try and get Trump elected.

Clinton Email leaks, Democrat email leaks, Islamic mass murder of gays, US regime change caught out with egg on their face….a mini nuke would seal the deal.

Seems like a clash of civilization template is being set up and Trump will be the first stone.

An isolationist US smells an awful lot like the 1930s…..
