NEWS AND VIEWS FROM THE NEFARIUM JULY 28 2016

Hungary's Prime minister likes Trump, the French Prime Minister says simply to get used to terrorism, and the Democratic National Committee is claiming Russia is responsible for the recent wikileaks emails indicating more corruption from Hillary Clinton, and this has led to an explosion of speculation on the internet: would Russia do such a thing?

Trump Victory May Be Best for EU, Maverick Hungarian Leader Says

Treaty between the Government of the United States of America and the Russian Federation on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters, signed at Moscow on June 17, 1999, and a related exchange of notes.

    http://www.veteranstoday.com/2011/01/23/webster-tarpley-wikileaks-a-cognitive-infiltration-operation-video/

Russia’s involvement is still a big question mark, it will be very interesting to see whether it has a hand in this or not and indeed the motive behind such actions.

but aside from that ongoing investigation, to me its quite clear now that the so called “DNC hacking scandal” is a case of “America hacking itself”.

the “cognitive infiltration operation” as Webster Tarpley calls it is so successful that perhaps the real reason behind these ongoing hackings may have completely overlooked by this episode of News and Views.

One needs to just step back a bit and look who is making the “Putin did it!” accusations, right in the middle of the (interminable) US presidential s-election process, at the moment when the Red Queen is finally annointed.

Thing of it is, any number of individuals and organizations have the ability and motive to hack the DNC, and Russia is not necessarily at the top of the list. You can be guaranteed that the three-letter agencies and all the defense intelligence services can — and do — go anywhere they want and collect whatever they please. Allied intelligence services as well. And I’m sure for the right price anyone can hire world-class hackers to do the job too. So, blaming Russia in this case is pure political posturing.

What is really interesting, though, is the purposeful conflation of HRC’s homebrew State Dept. server scandal with this DNC hack, and there is where the meat lies in all this hysteria. The facts to come out of that investigation so far show that the server was unprotected even by a password, and that it held a large number of classified documents that thad been stripped of their security headers.

There were even a number of Special Access Program (SAP) documents found, which are the highest level of sensitive, actionable intelligence, and are literally kept isolated in safe rooms under guard, with no physical linkage to any computer networks at all. That means that these documents had to be copied and removed by someone with the appropriate security clearance, then transfered to the server in HRC’s bathroom, which let’s recall in horror, was not even password protected.

This is not negligence; this is treason.

The Romanian hacker Guccifer, who blew the scandal open and is now in jail in the US, stated that HRC’s server was like a hacker’s cocktail party; there were literally over a dozen intruders there at any given time.

Then you have the Clinton Foundation, the Carlyle Group of graft, nothing more than international influence peddling masquerading as a charity.

Put two and two together. The unprotected server was obviously done for a purpose. HRC/CF was literally selling access to the highest state secrets to whoever could pay. It was so open, so flagrant, that undoubtedly by now there are dozens if not hundreds of copies of those “missing” emails floating about.

Not only that, but it explains why so much has gone wrong in US foreign policy in the last few years and why the US is always caught flat-footed. Not to mention the obvious: that some of the most sensitive US intelligence programs and collection methods have been compromised.

So you can only conclude that HRC sits a the center of a web of corruption so corrosive and pervasive that a proper, public exposure of its true extent threatens the continued viability of the USG, and that the FBI had no choice but to walk away. This can be concluded already from the information in msm reports published in places like the HuffPo; one can only imagine what is being buried. (This is also, btw, why NATO has just added cyber espionnage as a causus belli, in a desperate attempt to keep the 30k+ emails from coming out.)

Hillary is wearing a thermonuclear suicide belt and if anyone dares expose it, the whole monsterous racket is exposed and the US literally goes into meltdown. So, what’s a psychopath to do? Why of course! Blame Putin!

basta, your article should be Required Reading. Thanks!

“The Romanian hacker Guccifer, who blew the scandal open and is now in jail in the US, stated that HRC’s server was like a hacker’s cocktail party; there were literally over a dozen intruders there at any given time.”

This statement took me to a different level: The honeypot.

One of the prime ways to entrap computer hackers is the ‘honeypot’ maneuver. Set-up a computer with desired files. Wait. Log everything you can about ‘visitors’. Then, prosecute or blackmail…

The HRC server was SO over-the-top unprotected that I wonder whether it was a ‘honeypot’. A way-back into private or foreign alphabet-agency computers. Clever, if so.

Or, it served a dual-purpose: Honeypot plus profits…

      • Don B on July 31, 2016 at 5:06 pm

Possibly profits. The other possibility is it was a way for her masters to know what was going on and what is coming. Remember Rothschild knew about the results of waterloo before anyone else so he obviously had an inside source. Sound familiar? Its a weak argument but one to think about.

        • goshawks on July 31, 2016 at 6:37 pm

I believe it was James Bamford who described how Roth got the info so fast on Waterloo:

As usual, Roth was on the cutting-edge of technology. Prepared. He had built a network of signalling towers that could far-outstrip a messenger on horse. That, plus a fast-boat system across the Channel. This got him multiple hours to a day’s ‘lead’ on the information from Waterloo.

All it then-took was his psychopathic and sociopathic tendencies to achieve a major win. And, dominance of the English financial system…

(I could see the ‘honeypot’ system as “a way for her masters to know what was going on and what is coming” through back-tracking into foes’ computers. Information dominance, again.)

          • Don B on July 31, 2016 at 8:02 pm

That’s another good possibility for sure.

      • basta on August 1, 2016 at 4:00 am

William Binney, the top NSA coder who later became a major whistleblower, has stated the obvious, that the NSA and other agencies all have HRC’s “missing” emails.

And news flash! The sky is blue.

He strongly hints the DNC leak came from a disgruntled source within the alphabets.

He also says she compromised Gamma level intelligence, which apparently is Double Super Duper Uber Cross Your Heart And Hope To Die Secret.

You can also assume that the NSA (and a bunch of other USG spooks) followed HRC’s server set-up from day one, since the NSA was consulted on — and refused to authorize — her Blackberry usage.

But they did not intervene to stop the leaks, ever. So, at a minimum, they are complicit in all this — the Servergate version of LIHOP.

You can only conclude at this point that the USG is so Balkanized by factional infighting and turf wars that it has become irreparably dysfunctional.

basta, I would like to add to your analysis that the only country in the world to get a ‘raw’ feed of all NSA data (including the HRC server) is a certain rogue Middle East nation run by the Roths. The NSA data is a direct feed, with no strip-outs whatsoever…

          Talk about excellent blackmail material!

nice one basta. g-hawks too. binney’s a personal hero. he might actually not be a honeypot either.

in terms of hrc et al’s motives? feels like they’re intent on siphoning an almost empty gas tank even faster not just to get the last drops out but to cave in the tank with suction.

they didn’t drive iraq, libya, syria and all like they stole them just because they’re jerk war criminals. they didn’t do just to siphon funds out faster too? like doc says, they may have been mining for old knowledge too. besides all that, it feels like they scorched the earth everywhere they could to make sure who ever takes over when nato et al get ejected is as crippled as possible in rebuilding.

        • zendogbreath on August 5, 2016 at 10:40 pm

it feels like neoziocons have been hurried and overt enough since 2000 that they’ve been acting out of fear. raw frantic panic. putin on the other hand is a breath of fresh calm breeze.

neozio’s have been frantically declaring the end of history and hegemony where a real power would not have said a word. let alone those words.

makes one want to take a look at all things russian and orthodox huh? also makes one think to avoid be flinted, new orleans’d, orlando’d, san bernadino’d,….

Something else to consider is the death of Seth Conrad Rich earlier this month. Seth Rich was the DNC Data Analyst director murdered in a “robbery” early this month just before he was set to testify on election fraud. Check out this news story for more details
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MikSx1-Maro

A friend of mine knew Seth Rich and he thinks he was far too timid to try to pull of something that big… food for thought.

    • marcos toledo on July 30, 2016 at 9:35 am

More reason to deny Hilary Clinton the presidency if these stories are true. She’s more of a underworld crimelord, tribal chief, warlord than a candidate for head of state. Thanks for the link Ken.

  5. Wayne D on July 29, 2016 at 12:59 am

I think the Russian’s know something and they let John Kerry become aware of it during his meeting with Putin on July 14 with regard to closer military cooperation between the two countries on air strikes in Syria. Mr. Kerry’s proposal was not greeted with warm fanfare by the Obama administration. The next day on the 15th of July, the coupe in Turkey starts.

I think the Russians have the goods on Ms. Clinton and no good will come from her election to the Presidency.

  6. Pellevoisin on July 28, 2016 at 11:45 pm

In light of the USA’s NSA spying upon everyone even the USA’s own allies, why would not everyone spy on the USA including Russia. I still expect Russians to obtain what they can but doing it in such a way that they cannot be fingered for the cybercrime: far easier it is to use hackers in Roumania or Bulgaria. And as Dr. Farrell noted it would be in the Russian character and that of most nations to hold on to such intelligence and then use it to ensnare, divert, and leverage Madam Clinton to positions favourable to those with the dirt on her, her husband, her foundation, and the Democratic National Committee.

    Reposted from the YT Channel

Brilliant analysis, Joseph. BTW, the pdf file isn’t downloading. I wonder why 🙂 The Russian angle

1 – Huge geo-political blunder on Trump’s part. He single-handedly re-directed attention away from HRC emails to suppositions re Russia. This is either the act of a very unsophisticated player in world politics (which Trump might be assumed to be) OR Trump’s conversation with Bill Clinton concerning Trump entering politics to provide a candidate who could be disliked more than HRC. So THAT – to me – is an interesting forked tongue in the road.

2- Russia has a treaty with the USA. Why would it need WIKILEAKS to release data when it can show Russia’s friendship and support for the American PEOPLE by utilizing a SIGNED TREATY to provide the American people with the truth of the rigged campaign against Bernie Sanders?

Russia’s involvement makes no sense to me. In any event Assange says it’s not Russia. So one VERY likely source is

3-The murdered Seth Rich, and here’s a quote from his mother “They took his life for literally no reason. They didn’t finish robbing him, they just took his life,” Mary Rich continued. “They hurt the community, and they hurt the long-term possibility of what he could have done.

Rich lived in the neighborhood, Acting Capt. Anthony Haythe of the Metropolitan Police Department’s homicide branch said at a news conference Monday morning.” http://www.nbcwashington.com/news/local/Man-Shot-Killed-in-Northwest-DC-386316391.html

The key words in this mother’s statement are “they hurt the long-term possibility of what he could have done” Who “they?” What could he have done? If Rich was going to rat out the DNC because of the stolen Bernie Sanders election and he approached the FBI to set up a meeting. . . The FBI works for Clinton. (Actually so does the IRS, but that’s an aside.) Unfortunately for the DNC Rich – IF it was him – left backups that were likely triggered when he ceased living among us. Wiki likely also sourced the material from multiple – and not just one – source. There were lots and lots of folk in both the private email server and the DNC server.

I shocked the Russians are messing with USA elections. Wasn’t a tv. series in the sixties oh yes Mission Impossible that dealt with interfering with other countries elections regime change they left the blood and guts out that. Assassinations, armed forces in the street and least we forget the death squads.

  9. DownunderET on July 28, 2016 at 6:23 pm

In general the US political circus has been viewed by the “rest of the world” as theatre, in other words when someone walks onto the stage and speaks, it’s theatre right. Well I’m afraid the rest of the world has woken up to the American theatre as something that is supposed to be serious. Killary Killton will go down in history as a woman who will stop at nothing to get to the white house, even throwing Sanders under the bus. Here is Australia we get the PBS news hour and a full coverage of the DNC, and when I watched the people in the crowd, they seem to be absolutely transfixed with the whole event. Is it possible that people in the crowd have fallen for the old shell and pea trick, or are they just dumb, I think the latter.

    • chimera on July 30, 2016 at 10:41 pm

It is neither….it is the entrainment methods being used. The huge majority of Americans just do not realize that this methodology exists. Therefore, they are thoroughly susceptible

    • henry on July 31, 2016 at 8:30 pm

To be honest, I have never ever watched any of those “national conventions” during the U.S. presidential elections before, but this time…somehow i was attracted to the 2016 DNC… and when i heard Rachel Platten’s “Fight Song” for the first time, as the Chinese would say when one hears something “extraordinary” and “transcendent”

“what a voice from the Heaven”.

it is as clear as crystal now, whats at stake in this year’s “U.S. presidential election”.

On this tiny yet extraordinary and beautiful planet called earth, there was once a guy from Macedonia whose name a city would be built after his name where a great library contains the wisdom of “Ancient Egypt” was ready to pass down by a Roman dictator across the sea, but like the Macedonian himself those who tried it later ended up the same fate as him, and the great library destroyed by a new “God” from “the Empire” that went on to have nearly conquered the entire world.
There were others followed, the Cathars, the Napoleon expeditions,on and on, they were violently put down, then the “mercenaries of “the Empire” triumphed at Waterloo when the Prussians joined, halted when the Hessians failed in helping to prevent the birth of a new nation which went on to become “the greatest nation on earth”, until they succeeded in turning it into “the Fourth Reich”. At what point it became beyond the fate of just “America” but the entire planet, now “the time of Reckoning” has finally come, “Ancient Egypt” has returned, and America has been granted an opportunity to make the right choice this time, more than 2000 years after the destruction of the great library in ancient Alexandria.

though i personally am confident that “Light” will triumph over “Darkness” in the end, that they “Americans” are wise enough, can fulfill the promises of that great nation, but just in case the “reincarnation of Atlantis” failed this test, the “exceptional America” should understand that, if “”Ancient Egypt” did not originate in Egypt, then surely it is not limited only to Egypt”.

If “America” failed to make the right choice and do the right thing, there will be others that definitely will do what must be done.

in any case, this is probably one of the most interesting things to be able to observe for “outsiders” at this point in history and time, “theatre” or not.

  10. Beckysue on July 28, 2016 at 5:11 pm

It’s the typical Clinton M.O.: Look what they did to me! Just don’t look at what we did to Bernie Sanders. I think Putin DID do it. I think Hillary KNEW it. And this time it backfired on her. Trump just got lucky (or unlucky), mentioning Russia.

  11. Guygrr on July 28, 2016 at 5:03 pm

So basically if this reading of the events is true, it’s safe to assume Bill is trussed up in the Clinton family dungeon… and he won’t be getting out anytime soon.

  12. Beckysue on July 28, 2016 at 4:43 pm

What if Hillary knew the election rigging story would get out? How to deal with it? Rig it so it looks like she has been the victim of a”vast conspiracy”, and make Trump look like a chump to boot. See this article:
