Well as always, the Nefarium has been up to its typical nefarious tricks this week, this time in the United Kingdom in an attempt to block or water down the BREXIT vote:

Brexit court defeat for UK government

It is now coming out that the Secret Service knew about Hillary’s email/foundation fiasco (and of course Obama did/does too). So with that in mind, on Joseph’s last podcast with Daniel, he was discussing how the Secret Service was shifted to protecting the President (and the money) after McKinley’s assassination. I see a parallel.

Law is center to the ruling class authority.
Its starting point, an idol like power to entertain intellect.
    It is not law.
It is hanged men & women
    who challenge those laws…
    and their ruling class.

I think the bigger question is what are the anti Globalists going to do when every available non violent course of action is thwarted? They have established that they aren’t going to let you peacefully win.

Ammunition is still flying off the shelves as fast as it can be placed on them in my neck of the woods. A lot of people have lost faith in the government, media, and the billionaires that own and control them both. Most religious people think Revelations is getting ready to play out. The retirees don’t like what’s happening but don’t want the boat rocked too much because they are living like kings and queens off multiple pensions and social security. The working class and small businesses are having a harder and harder time making ends meet each year under this growing forced austerity. Sadly, much of the youth have been turned into drug addicts as the CIA’s flood of cheap drugs onto our streets intended it to do.

Looking at the problem differently, we can change things by “opting out” in a lot of ways – and not withdrawing from society. This means turning away from the products and information provided by “Mr. Global” as Catherine Fitts and others say, and looking at it from the broader “energy level” without fixating on things the news headlines say we should fixate on. And promoting real culture, as Joseph often says. And “smartphone” addicts should be advised to interact more with real living people and look into the serious issue of entrainment aka mind control.

A great comment by Pepe Escobar for RT:

“Virtually the whole planet holds its collective breath at the prospect of Hillary Clinton possibly becoming the next President of the United States (POTUS).

How’s that humanly possible, as the (daily) Bonfire of The Scandals – relentlessly fed by WikiLeaks revelations and now converging FBI investigations – can now be seen from interstellar space?”

Because the ballot has already been counted. And Trump wont be allowed to gain power because too many people will lose too much money?
Because Politics is a cesspit of criminality and scumlords?
Because no one even bothers being secretive about their nefarious schemes and plots anymore because they know that they are untouchable.
Have you tried to send a Lawyer to Prison? It’s like trying to shove a Baker into his oven. Its hard work and expect them to fight like their lives depends on it.

To me, this kerfuffle seems to be on two levels:

The most Senior level is – in terms used in the US – a turf fight between the Executive Branch and the Legislative Branch. In the US, political battles result when the EB tries to end-run or camels-nose-under-the-tent the LB. The LB knows about the history down from the Magna Carta and various ‘kingly’ attempts to register Congress/Parliament into a rubber-stamp agency. State’s Rights also get intermingled at about this level. So, in the US, we might regard this fight as a Constitutional clash of the two Branches…

The Junior level is the politicking between the forces backing or sabotaging the Brexit. I suspect this is a fight between Rothschild-on-up levels who have determined to leave (for whatever reason) and middle levels who have been ordered to fall on their swords. The Senior level arguments may be independent, or may be part of the master-plan.

    A strange world…

I ask again will the real masters in London and Washington DC stand up and identify themselves. Or will they stay as usual in the shadows and behind the curtains invisible to the rest of us.

  8. Cor Caroli on November 3, 2016 at 8:49 pm

Hi, you have 2017 in your title. When I saw that, I kind of gasped, as if I’d lost a year somewhere (rip van winkle-esque lol) But then I thought: oh my God things better be different in Nov 2017 than they are now 🙂 Just wanted to mention it. thanks for all….

  9. iZeta on November 3, 2016 at 7:53 pm

If they try to appeal the Brexit to the High Court, they will be appealing to one that was set up to answer to Europe, thanks to Gordon Brown. This makes me so mad!

  10. T.J. on November 3, 2016 at 7:42 pm

The United Kingdom has NO constitution — an “unwritten” constitution, at best. Members of the UK Parliament and UK judges make it up — year after year.

In the U.S., we have a constitution, but we’re not using it. However, there are NO U.S. constitutional provisions authorizing a national police force (FBI) or private creation of money (The Fed & commercial banks).

Regardless of what we may think of Hillary, by threats to resign, 100+ pro-Trump FBI agents are now dictating the last-election-minute actions of the FBI director against Hillary — without a warrant to examine the Abedin-Weiner emails.

A Giuliani-led, Hatch-Act-violating FBI insurrection now runs the FBI; and intel-agency-fed Wikileaks data dumps now swamp pre-election news cycles.

As Assange now credibly says, “Russia is not the source of Wikileaks’ email leaks.” However, Bibi, Rotten-Child, Adelson & some nominally pro-Israel boys & girls are up to their eyeballs in emails and/or alligators. Possibly, probably, maybe Mossad.

Check out articles now at VeteransToday. This is USA-serious, last-gasp stuff.

“Your comment is awaiting moderation,” says the message. 7:42pmCT on 3-Nov-16.

This ordinarily means that my comment will not appear until 2+ days later — at which date (if this year) no one may read it.

What offending words did I use? If I knew, others & I would try not to use those words. Or we would take our comments elsewhere.

Writing comments adds to the value of your site (and helps you to make money); and it takes time & thought — for which you’re not paying us.

Please make your commenting policies clear. Or those of us who get sent into “pending moderation” hell will no longer take the time to do what we do.

      • Joseph P. Farrell on November 4, 2016 at 11:29 am

Again, for the record, I am only one man and get to the comments in moderation as soon as I can. I do not know how the parameters for flagging things are set up as Daniel handles as technical stuff. But even if those parameters were changed, I’m sure comments would still get flagged.

      • goshawks on November 4, 2016 at 10:34 pm

T.J., Joseph is saying that Daniel is the effective ‘censor’. However, Joseph has handed-over that power to Daniel. For better or worse, Joseph has chosen to ‘duck’ this issue by stating that Daniel handles the ‘technical stuff’. (All it might take is a ‘slider’ adjustment.) Dissembling, at best…

I attempt to partially-compensate for this effective-censorship by posting a link to the censored comment on a CURRENT page. That way, the readership has a clue that my post exists…

    • Joseph P. Farrell on November 4, 2016 at 11:27 am

I believe the consensus of most legal scholars is that the UK DOES have a constitution, though one that has evolved over time and is based on certain key acts. I do not equate “constitution” with a written document, and I believe this is where the confusion arises.

  11. Daryl Davis on November 3, 2016 at 6:13 pm

Thus, the Brexit referendum is nullified in favor of parliamentary action. Hadn’t anyone thought about these legal niceties beforehand?

Not that it was the point of your video, but your contention that Hillary would be hampered by these investigations, in spite of her winning the election, seems debatable. Obama would surely pardon Hillary and her entire crew? He couldn’t allow her, and to an extent himself, to remain under this dark cloud, out of respect for an investigation initiated by the FBI in contradiction to his own Justice Department? In fact, I can easily imagine his framing this move as an act of high-handed patriotism, so granting the new President a fresh start.

And if Hillary were to win, without our having heard from the FBI, we could be quite certain that the FBI had been “prevailed upon” to stand down. Accordingly, not only would their mass resignations continue apace, and likely accelerate, but Hillary’s ensuing appointments both to the Justice Department and to the FBI would represent the most morally empty, pernicious vermin that Nature ever suffered to crawl upon its fallow surface (to paraphrase Jonathan Swift.) This murderers row of cronies would turn against their own, those remaining good people, in a manner that would make the Italian mafia appear as boy scouts by comparison.

    • goshawks on November 3, 2016 at 9:48 pm

Yeah, when Gerald Ford pardoned the Watergate perpetrators, we could see how the ‘system’ worked. It hasn’t changed much, since then…

The big thing is: Which is going to come first? An economic crash to usher-in a global currency (under the Rothschilds’ thumb)? Some WWIII dust-up to get the heat off of the globalists? Or, one of the “von Braun” scenarios? Or a combination…

      • Robert Barricklow on November 3, 2016 at 10:27 pm

And LBJ was going up for murder….
until he was bulleted in as puppet president.

      • Daryl Davis on November 4, 2016 at 7:20 am

goshawks, I’d vote for a von Braun scenario. Let’s see what toys they’ve got. I used to have a recurring dream about an alien invasion. It always started when the stars in the night sky began to shift here and there, twirling or bobbing. Then streams of invisible but under-lighted ships, some giants, trailed endlessly across the sky in multiple directions, in a rush, seemingly, to reach various destinations and without any apparent concern for us below. Only the next day did the smaller ships drop down among us, sharking just above our midst and targeting specific people.

I’ve had a few legitimate psychic episodes in the past but never one in which I still recalled seeing the event before it actually happened. (They came in flurries, instantaneously and without present context; and the exotic nature of the psychic experience itself overshadowed its content.) Thus, as I’ve foreseen such an alien invasion, I think it’s more likely we’re facing nuclear immolation. So that’s good.

        • goshawks on November 4, 2016 at 10:44 pm

“That’s good” is certainly relative! Thanks for sharing your ‘tale’. Part of changing a person’s reality is becoming aware that others have had similar experiences. It takes the ‘social stigma’ off…

  12. Aridzonan_13 on November 3, 2016 at 5:25 pm

My Grandfather had a saying.. “Just because something is legal, doesn’t mean it’s honest”. Hence, the main underpinnigs of our modern judicial system can be labelled “Legal, but not honest” aka LBNH.. Where legalease’s sole purpose is to obfuscate the spirit and letter of the law.. To the point, where it greases the skids of selective enforcement. Which is now clearly a full blown epidemic. If the laws on the books were enforced in an even handed manner. Most of our problems would be solved.

  13. Vomito Blanco on November 3, 2016 at 5:04 pm

No matter how you slice it, the US is certainly heading towards a Constitutional crisis as well as neither side will except the results of this election. Trump won’t accept the result of his loss because he will correctly surmise the massive voter fraud on behalf of Hillary and Hillary won’t accept her loss because her very survival as a free human being will be on the line (While she must shutter at the thought of surrendering her luxurious and despotic lifestyle, one can also imagine her being slightly intrigued with the fantasy of being holed up in a women’s prison; the sultry, monocratic, and manless utopia she has always dreamed about. How long before she is yard boss and all the female prisoners supplicate to her feet. I smell a blockbuster lesbian romance novel starring HRC to go along with my impending Hillary Clinton sic-fi novels: The Drone Empress and the Drone Empress on Mars.)

One could almost speculate that we are precariously close to civil unrest if not outright civil war after the election. The deplorables will certainly not suffer any more abuse and certainly not give up their guns to someone who stole the election. Nor will the inculcated rabble on the left sit back while the male caucasian made-for-tv villain threatens their lack of prosperity and their fool’s paradise. How quickly they will rise up in violence, helped along by the entrainment technology pulsing through their cell phones.
