RUSSIAN HOSTING BRICSA SPACE AGENCIES TO PLAN “SATELLITE ...

It's difficult these days to sort out worthwhile stories from the noise coming from the USSA about the elections, particularly as more and more email dumps occur. But I've tried to remain focused on other stories that I think deserve our attention and usual high octane speculation. And this story, shared by Ms. K.M., definitely caught my attention:

BRICS to Set up Joint Satellite Constellation

So there you have it: the BRICs nations, or as I like to call them, the BRICSA nations -Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa - are meeting to coordinate their space programs and satellite programs to create "...a joint grouping of satellites for the Earth remote sensing and are currently finalizing legal aspects of an agreement on the exchange of data gathered from the Earth remote sensing,” at least, that is the public explanation being given by the head of Roscosmos, Igor Komarov.

And I believe it, for such coordination and cooperation, to to mention data sharing, would be of benefit to all three countries, and moreover, conceivably help in the planning and implementation of the Chinese "silk road" project and the build-out of Eurasian infrastructure. This is, in other words, but another component of that project.

But I strongly suspect there's something else lurking behind the scenes here, and that's international financial clearing. The "immanent collapse of the dollar" as the world's reserve currency has been a favorite meme of certain types of analysts for decades now, and I can remember hearing the beginnings of it under President Nixon when he took the country off the Bretton Woods agreement. It was the beginning of the petro-dollar, but one might as well call it the pertro-space dollar, since that reserve status depends on two things: the strength of the US military, and equally if not more importantly, strength in space, control of space communications assets, through which so much international trade and financial clearing is now conducted electronically.

The bottom line here is that whoever controls space assets, and hence space communication, and whoever can defend those assets, controls international financial clearing. And who controls international clearing, is going to be the country that, in the final analysis, preserves reserve currency status.

Most of us have probably read those stories about how China wants to make its yuan/reminbi the new reserve currency, and to challenge the US dollar. But any such successful challenge will (1) have to demonstrate a capability to interdict American satellite capability, and (2) deploy its own considerable network of space assets.

Both China and Russia have demonstrated significant anti-satellite capabilities in the past years, which brings us to the second point, and its possible role as the context in which to view this story, and hence to my high octane speculation of the day.

The article itself already hints at the financial purpose of this international BRICSA coordination in deploying a satellite constellation, so it takes but a little leap to extend this logic further: "earth sensing" could be a convenient cover, perhaps, to launch satellites with a multi-purpose capability, the other being communications and clearing...

...oh yes, and defense of those systems, and interdiction of your competitors'...

See you on the flip side...

“Earth remote sensing” has ALWAYS been the cover-word for military spying from space. Always. There are civil applications, of course, but they are riding on the coattails of the military purpose. Sad, but there it is…

Second on the military wish-list is secure communications. This manifests with all the civilian communications satellites having contracts to sell ‘data pipes’ to the military. (There are dedicated, ultra-secure, alphabet-agency satellites for the serious stuff.) As above, civil applications are tacked-on, sometimes – as in the financial circles – overshadowing the military apps.

BRICSA really has two choices: Either ‘build’ or ‘deny’.

‘Build’ means constructing a completely-new (down to the transistor and machine-code level) infrastructure in space. This means matching one-for-one ALL the capabilities of the Western military (civilian) infrastructure. Plus, unfortunately, being able to absorb all the ‘dirty tricks’ that will come their way…

“Deny’ means just that. The Eurasian continent has the advantage that the nations within it can communicate via land lines. If they are willing to pay the infrastructure price, they can have a ‘happy place’ without space assets. The obvious counterpart of that, in a ‘total war’ mindset, is to deny your opponent the sanctuary of space. To do that is simple: Just loft zillions of BBs into wildly-varying, elliptic orbits. That billion-dollar “Earth remote sensing” satellite will take a few random hits a year, rendering it useless space-junk. The same with all other satellites of any nation, plus manned vehicles. You could call this the ‘Cobalt Bomb’ response…

Yes, a lot of expensive space junk is accumulating up there (good for target practice?).
One point though, can’t land lines also be targeted by electromagnetic devices not necessarily located near or above the actual location?

      • goshawks on November 7, 2016 at 8:03 pm

I am not an expert on the “can’t land lines also be targeted by electromagnetic devices” angle, but I think a combination of wrapping with shielding and extensive grounding would mitigate the problem. Low-frequency
EMP pulses could be countered by electromagnetically ‘breaking’ the lines every few miles.

I would also suspect a massive move to buried fiber-optic cables for the same reason…

Implicit in your speculation, seemingly, is an assertion that this latest BRICSA coordination reflects the vanguard of their space-related technological progress. If this were so, surely they stand hopelessly far behind the West, who purportedly commands entire fleets of space-faring vehicles. One hopes, to the contrary, that they wouldn’t announce to the world the plans for and the progress of their most advanced space projects.

There’s a conventional narrative to be maintained, to be sure — a modest picture of technological progress intended for public consumption. But it’s important not to conflate this conventional narrative with the true story, either with respect to technology or with regard to finance. It seems very likely in fact that any hidden system of finance in the West would have transitioned — somewhere between the eschewing of the gold standard and the demise of Glass-Steagall — from a conventional, covert channeling of existing tangible wealth into black project research to a new limitless system of binary alchemy wholly divorced from any asset valuation or trade-route dominance.

Likely a vertical corporate integration, from financing to mining to manufacturing to liftoff, was completed decades ago. Of what use then would methods as utterly conventional as selling bonds or running drugs be? Yes, the deep state sprang from such conventional covert operations, e.g. the drug trade of the CIA, or the profiteering of Monsanto-Bayer. But at some point it must have been deemed desirable and achievable to divorce itself from conventional trade, collateral and interest rates considerations. And as previously mentioned, once Earth was escaped, her resources would have been rendered valueless — unless the deep state were subsequently prevented from exploiting other resources.

Daryl, you hit the nail on the head: The madness-implied between the contemporary stuff ‘on the ground’ on good-old-planet-Earth and the advanced stuff just ‘off-screen’. Incompatible.

You also have to throw-in any psych-ops of fake SSP and even ET, which are meant to mislead or provide cover. (Think “Wormhole Extreme” in Stargate SG-1.) Throw-in everyone’s intuition and native psychic abilities, and you truly get a schizophrenia-inducing situation.

As one who grew-up with SF and read every possible ‘permutation’ of the future, I am not uncomfortable with outlandish (out-land. hmmm.) scenarios. I would even welcome some advanced scenarios (primarily consciousness-raising). What I do NOT want to do is be so open-minded that I am ‘Played’ while they are giggling…

goshawks, yes, I’d feel a lot better if we had a “universal” definition for the deep state, though I haven’t completely formulated one myself. It’s a very difficult thing to ascertain, in no small part because one can’t even identify its apex leaders. Naturally, we point to banker families and afford them supreme ownership both of the deep state’s military-industrial complex and of conventional government. But two questions arise:
        1) If these elites could “break away”, why do they persist in timidly interfering in our earthly affairs, e.g. old Soros, rather than leaving the planet altogether or openly enslaving and eliminating us?
        2) Did the financiers maintain control over black project research either internally, among its many personnel, or externally, against the objections of off-world “authorities”, even as the technology advanced through the stratosphere?
History indicates that elites have always been free to incite wars in which tens of millions of us were slaughtered — but that they may not be free to incinerate the planet itself. Is there more to this ceiling beyond which they cannot break away? Has their space fleet therefore largely been grounded? Or has the fleet ventured out in all directions, harassing civilizations all over the galaxy? Perhaps it’s as simple as this: The elites are creatures of habit and do not wish to leave their opulent mansions and their native homelands; but they’re always eager to push others to their limits here and off world.

In any case, I find all of this extremely childish; and I look forward to escaping our silly kharmic dimension altogether, even if it ends with a simple dirt nap and oblivion.

To rule the seas of space requires superior 3 c’s capability: command, communications & control.

The problem is that the CSA is run by narcissistic children not adults. Who can’t distinguish between fantasy and reality. Russia, China, India are pooling their resources in space while the CSA is going it alone with a over extended war polices and crumbing economy what are they thinking or to be honest dreaming. This is what happens when the elites stop thinking.

This is just the extension of “war without end” into the immediate space surrounding the planet.

  6. Lost on November 6, 2016 at 9:00 am

No, it’s not space control that means finance, it’s whoever controls energy generation that controls finance–and the more advanced forms of energy generation available, but not yet publicly acknowledged, mean controlled alchemy and anti-gravity.

Satellites are nearly meaningless for communication purposes, subspace (or hyperspace if you will) comm-tech is much better. And it’s been available for at least 100 years.

Now indeed, satellites are-will remain real useful for remote sensing, especially of various climate and forestry–grassland–freshwater changes for any foreseeable future of a technically advanced planet earth.

Anyhow much of finance, though it pays the rent, is kind of a joke. The whole system needs a different underlying logic.

    • Robert Barricklow on November 6, 2016 at 11:33 am

      Good points.
Definitely need a new system that values life over power & profit.

      • Lost on November 6, 2016 at 4:13 pm

        RB,

Right, however I skipped the caveat(s), if you can do transmute at will, you can likely turn larger structures into powder.

And anti-gravity tech beyond being useful for transport, implies, at an extreme, control of time. While time itself runs differently in the spaces that subspace communications travel (this is outside of any silly relativistic effects predicted by SR).

But if people learn to be careful and respectful of these things, meaning there are rules from a system of governance, we can have long life, everyone will be very well off in material terms, the waters and forests will shimmer and glisten, plant and animal life will flourish, mining and oil drilling would be next to none existent. Problems could arise however when some party decides his/her/their words and acts of what they call spirituality are better than that of others.

        • Robert Barricklow on November 6, 2016 at 4:49 pm

          No doubt.
It does, lead one to contemplate evil; as its strong presence surely distorts any future that benefits most, if not all of the living; leaving the usual suspect question: Cui Bono?

          • Lost on November 6, 2016 at 5:37 pm

Ultimately it probably has something to do with limiting consciousness. In that a limited consciousness will keep people, animals, trees, controlled–it’s been tried by kings, churches, the Soviets, many schools. It would be a helpful start not to deify the infinite stability of the periodic table of elements, ironically something that even the dialectical materialism of communism would figure out as wrong. Assuming energy can always be translated into heat is likely a big mistake too.

          • goshawks on November 6, 2016 at 8:37 pm

Robert, ‘evil’ is kind of a result of what chakras are ‘uninhabited’ or blocked-up. The lower chakras promote an individual consciousness, which mean I can do anything to a perceived-stranger. The higher chakras promote a ‘shared’ consciousness, which mean I cannot do anything bad to another because I would be hurting myself. (Probably the underlying ‘logic’ behind “Do unto others as you would wish them to do unto you.”) The balance between these ‘viewpoints’ basically underlies the good and evil modalities…

(If you ever saw the ‘Star Trek’ TOS episode of Kirk being split into two personalities in a transporter malfunction, that pretty-well describes the strengths and weaknesses of too much lower-chakra AND too much higher-chakra. Kirk had to merge both sides, in order to function…)

I don´t know what is Brazil´s role inside BRICS nowadays, as there was this coup lately… It troubles me a little bit.

    • Robert Barricklow on November 6, 2016 at 11:31 am

      Me too…
Ironic that Brazil[as result of U.S. coup] represents:
the peoples being totally ignored & insignificant.
The peoples will is a total nuisance to the current ruling classes.
