Note that the date of the quake was October 26, Wednesday, the same time frame as the Russian drills and the Siberian "Irkutsk meteor".

There a some websites around (people have shared them on Joseph’s fb page) correlating tectonic activity, atmospheric pressure, cosmic ray activity and other data. The classic problem of identifying geoengineering is that the “smoking gun” is not seen or can be more or less reasonably explained away.
Anyway, if we turn to the energetic aspects of earthquakes, and their possible use for social engineering, it is relatively unimportant whether the event is induced or exploited as a crisis opportunity. What better moment take advantage of all the fear induced in the collective psyche that has been “whacked”? And the effects undoubtedly spread beyond the seismically active parts of the world, especially with oligarch-controlled media outlets.
The same line of reasoning may be applied to past centuries, if we assume “for sake of argument” the persistence of hidden advanced technologies under various disguises…
that’d splain tesla hanging out in retirement with his best friend mark twain all those years. twain was probably reading and arguing “connecticut yankee” endings and justifications with tesla. your comment puts it all in a new light for me. perhaps the oligarchs see it as justification for profound and continued imbalance of power between the wealthy and the poor. “if we free the slaves and educate them too fast, imagine the problems as they overload and cannot accomodate the reality we withheld from them for so many generations.”
or just plain old fear that the poor will enjoy the payback the oligarchs are most likely due.
besides my comments below, did anyone get to read michael crichton’s “state of fear”? it was his last book written shortly before w interviewed him and thanked him for such strong literary backing of neocon agenda. also shortly before crichton was cancered. way too many ironies. crichton’s attitude throughout all his other books was wildly open minded in all aspects (except perhaps in how benificent folk like w have been over the generations). crichton’s the last md on the planet i’d think to follow a conventional route and give in to cancer. he’s also the last writer i’d expect to set up plots blaming greenpeace for eco-terror and enron type execs to save the world.
Or maybe it’s the Israeli government? Or their god?

ironic how crazy that makes likud lawmakers sound. and anyone else who makes any similar sounding claim. like if someone claims geoengineered earthquakes, they now sound crazy enough to be israeli lawmakers, right?

J. Stone has commented for years about a ‘new’ kind of earthquake. It is always shallow, in the circa ten miles range, as opposed to other earthquakes over the centuries which are usually much deeper. Stone has documented several of these ‘new’ earthquakes, and noted that residents typically report fluid, almost-sloshy motions rather than the shake, rattle, and roll of deep earthquakes. To my knowledge, he has not specified the technology used to generate these ‘new’ earthquakes, although HAARP or its offspring are always favorites…

thank you mesolad. so the characteristics are so consistent we get a signature and warning. weird atmospheric conditions for days, sore throats from aerosols, chemtrails amundo, lots lightning no thunder, weird electromagnetics for those with measuring devices in the area, … any others?
dutchsinse’s yt channel at least warned townfolk ahead of time. bbc interviewed a brit expat about how she subscribes to dutchsinse, forwarded the warning to local authority and everyone slept in their cars. no deaths and few injuries. almost like the dwarves listening to bilbo at smaug’s back door.

oh yeh and after the fact the quakes are always epicentered around 9.5 km deep.
and sudden, unusually intense and brief. with other quakes following with similar signatures – sudden, unusually intense and brief. and the following quakes are usually the same size or bigger. odd since aftershocks are usually smaller in a dissipating pressure kinda way.
Makes one wonder…

there’s something fishy about the UKMail’s report; the UKMail shows a photo of a HUGE boulder that landed on a street (due sopposedly to the earthquake) but the fences on both sides of the road have not been penetrated according to photo- did this huge boulder fall from the sky?- hardly- am just wondering-
