Here is a story that is one to watch.

Three very unlikely sources are reporting that Hungary's Viktor Orban is now taking direct aim at George Soros's "foundations" and NGOs, and it's being reported by Zero Hedge, RT, and, believe it or not, Wayne Madsen on the Alex Jones' Infowars site. Joseph offers some speculation on its implications in upcoming European elections and some speculation on his international "Mafia Wars" hypothesis.

Here are the articles:

it’s looking more and more like the fsb is helping to dissolve the cia into the nsa just as cia helped dissolve kgb into the fsb. and like an easier public relations scam to sell than 911 to an unwitting public.

      ZDB
There are some similarities that make on wonder.
The Russian Moscow Apartment complex that was brought down by bombs, that boosted Putin’s stature; where the FSB was certainly suspect. A pipsqueak, compared to the inside job 9/11 that came later to NY City.
There are others that make me wonder if one isn’t a testing ground for later USA Deep State Events.
South America has also been a financial testing ground of purposed economic implosions.

Regarding the ‘mafia’ scenario, that may account for the surrender of the Syriza leader, Alexis Tsipras, to the international banksters – as well as the recent ‘split’ of the Five Star Movement in Italy. Within the mafia system, refusal to cooperate is considered ‘disrespect’. Then, increasing levels of violence are deployed to force the ‘offender’ to submit.

Usually, the MSM news implies that the offender just came to his/her senses and stopped resisting the banksters. However, I wonder if they (and their family and friends) were subjected to physical threats. (“Little Julie is such a wonderful child. I see she goes to XYZ school. It would be such a shame if she had an accident on the way home.”) It could be that to defy the banksters, one would have to be in true ‘warrior’ stance and be willing to suffer the death of those around you (and possibly yourself).

One of the side requirements of ‘submitting’ would be never to speak of the physical threats, of course. Mafia tactics, indeed…

And I thought all this sheet would go away in 2017, well I was wishful thinking. The elites aka Mr.Soreass is going to make 2017 a nightmare for everyone. And it looks like Mr. Trump isn’t going to be able to stop it. So dear friends, find a hole to crawl into and stay there, 2017 is going to be a bumpy ride.

This has been a concern of mine: that Trump is our Yeltsin. That he is going to sell the sovereign public out from under our sovereign feet; as Yeltsin did to his Mother Russia. They almost got away with except for true Patriots in the form of Putin.
Just yesterday I was getting on a bus with a driver I had talked with politically before. I respected his acumen in the overall picture of reality. When I expressed my concern on Trump’s privatizing what’s left of the public domain he spoke like he’d fallen asleep next to a invasive species known as the privatized Pod. He started saying doing away all government and have the private sector own it all as it’s process is very cost effective and more much efficient. I said he was NUTS![don’t want to be moderated].

What is remarkable is that all this has been done in the name of Free Trade/Markets, which financial lobbyists have re-defined as: freedom from public ownership or regulation.

The problem is George Soros and his ilk are power mad stupid overgrown children. That fantasizes that this planet is their playpen and the rest of us lifeforms are their game pieces. If these fools get away with this that will prove there is no god.

Hard to battle a controlled, bought, sold, signed, sealed & delivered press choir that sings to its own praises & accolades.

So, the Soros-Gollum being called out by Orban and other nationalists is great news and long overdue; indeed hopping on that bandwagon — or not — should be the litmus test for proving your nationalist bona fides from here on out.

As for Putin, yes indeed, he’s positioning himself as a natural ally of nationalists (and rationalists, and grown ups, and those who aren’t rabid ideologues, and those who want to trade rather than throw hissy fits, and on and on).

More largely though, vis a vis Europe and the US, all indications are that the US under Trump will dial way back on the Russia hysteria (which is a globalist/Obama/Clinton “policy” [calling it that is dignifying it far too much] and so anathema to Trump) but turn the knob to 11 with China. Every second word of Trump’s stump speech was “China”; it’s his obsession, and so Russia gets a reprieve as China now moves into the cross-hairs. And as a follow-on, Europe and sanctions get a reprieve as well.

Also, I don’t think this is a mafia war shaping up, but an ideological war akin to the Cold War. It’s the globalists vs the nationalists, and it will ultimately tear the European project apart and rearrange alliances across the world. And it is also occurring concurrently in Washington; the globalists/”progressives” are refusing to leave the stage once their turn is up and you will see a real crisis develop if they don’t let go and cease and desist.

Finally, what I find is the ultimate irony in the current claims of Russia undermining the US is that the US was so successfully undermined by the old Soviet Union and it isn’t even recognized. Communist/Bolshevik ideas planted in academia and society a generation ago are now bearing fruit and dividing the US, while in Russia those ideas have been entirely repudiated and sanity largely restored.

    • basta on January 12, 2017 at 11:41 am

I should have said, over several generations, and also note that the the globalists have recognized this and use the indoctrinated leftists as their useful idiots (how Bolshevik of them).

In my mind’s eye it has always been at battle between public power and Private power. The labels are just labels. This, when drilled down is mankind’s battle between individualism and the group.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who’s noticed the irony you mention. I find it incredibly hilarious that the “Hanoi Jane” generation (cue Meryl Streep’s blood curdling lamentations) is blaming Russia as the root of all the nationalist, deplorable evils plaguing the American Dream today. Truly bizarre.

Unless I’m missing something obvious, the actual video itself was never uploaded. That on the sidebar is from 5 January.
