    I stopped reading at:

“Though product testing and development sounds nice enough on paper, in practice it has allowed these companies to spray 17 times more restricted-use insecticides and pesticides per acre than is recommended for farmland in the continental US.”

    I really felt sick.

As taxes are for the little people; laws certainly don’t apply to the fascist corporate conglomerates; except, of course, when it choose to favor them in courts.
The local courts, in some states, say marijuana is legal.
Ironically, federal law TRUMPS those state laws.

Are you seriously suggesting that Trump would risk a backlash from the (very large and well-organised) health freedom movement, by over-ruling this decision?
