POWER OUTAGES IN THE BAY AREA, LA-SAN DIEGO, AND NYC… AND SOME ...
This has been a strange time, for sure. Not only getting sick, and feeling so tired I've felt like a dishrag wrung through one of those old fashioned roller machine washing machines, but watching a parade of very weird news stories. This story is no different. It's one of those stories that many people sent me versions of. As one might imagine, the story itself as reported was one of those "nothing to see here, move along" things, which naturally led many people, myself included, to question the narrative (what little narrative there was).
The story itself? Well, it's nothing more than a peculiar power outage in the San Francisco-Bay area, LA-San Diego, and, a continent away, New York City:
Little explanation was forthcoming, leaving the field wide open to speculation.The official narrative remains focused on an inconvenient coincidence.
But there were also the usual explanations: terrorism, sabotage, and so on. I have to admit, that when I read the story, my first though ran to these lines. For one thing, the inclusion of the Bay area brought to mind the attacks on internet servers a couple of years ago, and for that matter, the attack on the silicon valley electrical sub-station, an attack that even by official lights was carried out by professionals. Then, too, there was the attack in Arizona that severed internet connections between Flagstaff and Phoenix.
Such simultaneous power outages might, according to some, be a similar coordinated attack:

But if so, an attack by whom? And for what purpose? Strangely, all this happens within a broad time frame that is unusual in terms of events for other reasons: the attacks on Syria occurred, drills for nuclear attacks are planned in Manhattan, the world's attention is focused on North Korea. Interestingly enough, the Zero Hedge article immediately above also entertains the ideas of cyber attacks, coordinated and directed electromagnetic pulses, and even a deliberate act by the federal government drilling and gaming out such attacks.
Regular readers here know me by now: all these thoughts ran through my head the moment I heard about the story. It's my job: I speculate on things. But this isn't exactly my run-of-the-mill "high octane speculation." If others are already thinking and writing articles about it, it would seem not to be very high octane at all.
But then there was this, and this one really made my high octane speculation wheels go into overdrive:

Now, stop and ponder that sequence for a moment: (1) the story of power outages in the Bay area, LA-San Diego, and NYC is reported; then, soon thereafter (2) various theories are put forward, including cyber-attacks, federal "drills gone live", EMP weapons, and so on, and then (3) a day after the event and quickly after the theories, the idea of solar geo-magnetic storms are advanced, with corresponding data for the affected regions being provided. Interesingly enough, one of the sites - Zero Hedge - which first reported the story and then the cyber attack EMP theories, also quickly reported the solar storm idea.
It's that sequence of reportage and speculations on the story that have me wondering. Leaving aside for the moment the possibility that the whole thing - including the various speculations - are all carefully contrived experiments in story-creation and manipulation (which for those following my CERN-Mandela Effect-Data Correlation Experiments-Multiverse ideas, I don't rule out of the picture), assume for a moment that none of that is involved. What disturbs me is what remains when one strips the story of that speculative possibility. What remains are (1) power outages that appear to be (2) coordinated in distinct areas of the grid, (3) the idea of "attack", and (4) solar storms.
Now that really is high octane speculation. It is beyond high octane. It's cosmologically kooky speculation, for obviously, most people won't think of "solar storms" and the idea of "deliberate attack" in the same conceptual space. It's impossible. It would require the ability to engineer stellar-sized systems. And the only way to do that would be to engineer such affects via magnetic resonance and coupling the Earth's and the Sun's magnetic systems together. While all of that might be within the realm of feasibility of some Mad Telsa-like scientist in the Mad Scientist Department of DARPA, the whole cluster of articles would also suggest the possibility of "pointing and aiming" the affect, which adds yet another level of impossibility to an already impossible task.
Double impossible. Nay, impossible, squared.
Whew! I feel much better now. I'm relieved.

Hi Dr Farrell, would you consider that the solar storms might be attacks coming from another galaxy as payback for something Cern might have done recnetly? Like destroy a whole star system?
Houston and Dallas had power problems, as well. Texas has an independent power grid. An attack on the US would not affect Texas, and vice versa. There were also reports of power problems in Europe and Asia, and here in Indonesia, we’ve been having all kinds of internet and network problems, implying a hit to satellites.

It is really hard to fathom that our highly monopolized privatized power systems were in any way compromised. They are beyond efficiency itself. Why it is so complicated that even those trained in highly secret methods of power grid infiltrators in covert black ops have trouble making sense out of it.
Those old public utility days are long gone where national energy providers both generated power and distributed it. They also managed each aspect of the supply chain.
But through the much more efficient model of energy liberation, due to sacred market fundamentalism, structures have fundamentally changed, Today there are, on the one octopus hand, those who generate power. And on one of the other octopus’ tentacles are those who operate the grid.
Completeing the circuit between them, so to double speak, there are now additionally energy exchanges on countless other octopi tentacles. Here, octopi power generators and power octopi traders negotiate prices in high frequency & highly corrupted markets. The power supply today therefore consists of many different cephalopods, who are, as in a cases of the articles above us; these must coordinate with one another.
And as we all know here, the most sacred fundamentalisms of all, the most concern is NOT optimally supplying energy to the population and to industry – BUT rather to securing a PROFIT!!!.
Thus, we have proven, once again, through market fundamentalism, that monopolized private markets are efficiency itself!
My own opinion on the ‘clustered’ power outages relates to JPF’s “two can play this game” comments. I suspect that Russia and China got together, discussed some low-key ‘push-back’ moves, and implemented one. This was not even for the neocon/zionist/bankster crazies (they don’t care what happens to the citizenry), but for any remaining ‘sane’ PTB.
My guess would be on a low-tech move like driving a truck with an EMP-generating ‘gun’ installation past some critical segment of the grid and letting ‘er rip. Then, just drive to the next and repeat. Message sent, and hopefully received…
It could very well be that you wouldn’t even need the truck or EMP gun. Having watched Dan Tentlers presentations on youtube regarding how much infrastructure is open on the net I wouldn’t be at all surprised if these were outages were done from a remote location.
If some country deliberately messed with these cities power grids I cant say the USSA didn’t deserve it. Korea has more the good reason to dish out some overdue payback. What such delicious revenge showing up the USSA for the banana republic-empire it really is. Though I wouldn’t put it beyond our depraved elites to be doing a dry run of their plan rid themselves of us useless eaters.
The Space Weather issue cannot be discounted. Not to say that it is something brand new, it’s just that in the past couple of millennia there has not (apparently) been a worldwide civilisation based on electrical systems to record such events. This does not mean that such effects cannot be “tweaked”. Though there do not appear to have been reports on SPECIFIC FACILITIES being affected, who knows what might have crashed, especially in “Kookyfornia”. Space weather could probably also interfere with conventional backup power generators. And what about the unconventional ones?
In light of recent geopolitical tensions, one might well finger Kim Jong Un, at least figuratively, as a prime suspect — the leader with the most pressing motive to display catastrophic force against a newly aggressive America. In any case, I see little reason why our own deep state would have inflicted such an attack without having simultaneously played up such a bellicose event in their own puppet media — specifically without having blamed the Russians for sharply escalating our newly engineered Cold War.
Ideally, the very absence of this feeding of the Russia narrative indicates it most likely WAS the Russians. For it’s one thing to demonize Russia by manufacturing outright lies and false flags and quite another to acknowledge their actual power to shut down the American economy, an acknowledgment which would also, at least by implication, call attention to Russia’s exercise heretofore of a noble restraint.
Let’s not forget that North Korea has just concluded their Day of the Sun celebration with a parade on April 18. It is their most important holiday which commemorates their founder Kim Il-sung (Il- sung translates as become the Sun). On this holiday, the North Korean government provides their citizens with not only vacation time and extra food, but also extra ELECTRICITY. Perhaps the North Koreans were telling the US they have the power to deny us our electricity?
I’m not sure why everyone wants to dismiss the mighty North Koreans as backwards and inept. They are some of the smartest people on the planet as evidenced by their highly evolved worship of nature and elemental forces. I don’t think it is a stretch to manipulate the Sun via prayer as I have done it myself from time to time. Imagine an entire nation of 27 million people paying homage to that fiery orb in the sky which gives us life? The Sun would be pretty pleased. It is probably the only nation on Earth where there is a state holiday to celebrate the Sun. More than likely the Sun kindly reciprocated their devotion with a show of force against their enemies. Or, bestowed them with the acumen to develop the technological capabilities to trigger maneuverable solar storms.
I for one am convinced the North Koreas were victims of weather warfare during the nineties which resulted in the death of hundreds of thousands of people. Perhaps using the power of the Sun to retaliate against the carnage from these other elemental forces is a message as well. They are sending the message that they can manipulate natural forces also.
The end result of this impressive solar demonstration is that the US may have to think twice about attacking North Korea as they have proven they can easily strike the US mainland. (And I’m not ruling out North Korean cyber attacks either). This will put Donald Trump in the position to flip flop again. Imagine being the president who gets a beating from tiny North Korea? Especially one with such enormous ego problems. Let’s see what he does with the aircraft carriers. Will anyone in DC inform this emperor with no clothes that our naval fleet is just for show now and is too vulnerable and expensive to be used in actual combat? Will the pentagon tell him that carriers are obsolete in modern warfare and have instead become laboratories for progressive social experiments involving unwed mothers and transgenders? That they in fact are no longer factored in as part of our war capabilities but are considered more like cruise ships for poorly educated misfits who joined the navy due to a lack of employment opportunities in their ghettos and trailer parks? Will Melania, possibly the only smart person in the Whitehouse, inform her husband that our naval ships aren’t fit for 21 century warfare, even against a small power like North Korea? Will Trump and the pentagon then decide to hide our navy from action, possibly below Australia, until the war is over? Or, will President Trump follow the counsel of his daughter Ivanka who was denied use of her hair dryer during that power outage and now wants revenge against the culprits? Will she also insist that her father keep building aircraft carriers until she, her husband, and all her children have a carrier with their name on it?
Is Trump setting himself up to have his Battle of Salamis moment with North Korea? While Kim Jon Un doesn’t appear to be any kind of Themistocles, perhaps he has a general who is one. Trump certainly fits the mold of Persian king Xerxes with his megalomania and ineptness.
Xerxes was also assassinated allegedly by a conspiracy involving his inner circle including possibly family members. I’m just waiting for AIPAC to get congress to pass that law that will alter the order of succession and put indispensable son-in-laws ahead of vice president.
Perhaps this is the moment when Kim Jon Un goes from immature, spoiled, good-for-nothing rascal to brilliant and courageous leader who defeats an evil empire and saves his people. Few would dispute he has the genetics for it. His grandfather did a commendable job against both the Japs and the US. Maybe we will all discover that leadership worship is not all that crazy and does bestow divine powers to the rulers.

Regarding Sun manipulation– it is as simple as greeting the rising Sun with a prayer and gratitude. Do the same for the setting Sun. It can be a heartfelt prayer of your own design or you can use one of the countless Vedic prayers designed for this purpose. The oldest Vedic prayer to the Sun is the Gayatri mantra from the Rig Veda:

When you chant the Gayatri mantra, keep in mind there are innumerable plasma beings, some residing inside the Sun itself, chanting this mantra along with you. Traditional way is to chant the prayer 108 times using prayer beads. To really get in resonance with the Sun you need to chant it thousands of times, at least for most of us mortals. If you chanted this mantra in another incarnation or have some genetic memory of it, it could activate right away. I find repeating it with my hands at my heart and my bare feet touching the earth is best, or doing energetic exercises like qi gong/tai chi with bare feet grounded in earth.
Then there are Sun Salutations (yoga postures executed while chanting the various names of the Sun), Sun gazing, fire ceremonies, etc. In the old days the morning Sun oblations could take up to 4 hours. Intention is really the most important aspect in these desperate times. The Sun understands. And like most stars, the Sun is wish fulfilling when you can finally connect with it.

I’d sooner believe your Sun Cult theory than accept the proposition that three coastal cities were affected by a natural sun flare, while cities both near to them and in between them weren’t similarly affected. Wouldn’t infrastructure at higher elevations, like in Denver, for example, suffer worse from higher radiation exposure?
As for aircraft carriers, they do still make beautiful chess pieces — very similar to knights. Trump plays with these because he isn’t allowed to touch the “X-box” (i.e., an AI device capable of defeating almost any opponent.) Anyway, big military budgets must be maintained or else black budgets and their ensuing use would be more difficult to conceal.
Your weather warfare theory seems plausible, although I hate entertaining the idea that Hillary might have even been made aware of such technological capability, let alone been granted control of it. But had she indeed been granted such control, it seems entirely unlikely she would have stopped there, nor even with a biblical drought in Syria that drove so many refugees into the cities and later abroad.
Is it truly possible that she enjoyed command control of such technology but her current counterpart, Rex Tillerson, does not? And what would that say about the ultimate owners of this technology? The day of the blackout our tv had quite a few episodes of blurring and internet was also acting up (Colorado). I checked the Schumann site that day and the next 5 which had quite a lot of white every day. It’s back to blue past 2 days. (I need to learn how to read the three graphs) The Chinese say that Man needs two environmental signals, the YANG from above and the YIN from below. I imagine all the fake artificial waves from man-made technology, phones, radio, radar, etc. To AI verses nature’s waves that human beings connect with our hearts and how we have combined consciousness. Fatigue, though — on this subject I am about to receive my doctorate, having suffered mightily from it for months, along with a bouquet of related unpleasantness. First thing, cut sugars, alcohol and most carbs from your diet and get a reputable food allergy test done. You’ve probably got several unrecognized food allergies causing problems down the line; those foods you crave are normally the biggest culprits. Seek out a good naturopath, as a normal doctor will like as kill you. Check for candida overgrowth, check also for hypothyroidism and then have them check again. Check also for trace mineral deficiencies of chromium, zinc, magnesium and selenium, etc.

Good advice, Basta. Would like to add: Rebalance the gut bacteria with a good live pro-biotic. Check fungal overgrowth (candida) and combat with caprylic acid and pro-biotics. Change diet to include only unmedicated fresh meats, the good fats like olive oil, butter and especially coconut oil and lots of non-starchy vegetables. Cut out all refined carbohydrates as suggested by Basta.
Consider a broad spectrum digestive enzyme for better utilization of what you do eat.

I advise that you don’t cut carbohydrates but instead, ensure that you eat at least 3 cups of WHOLE grain cereals per day. Our civilisation grew from these integral cereals. They’re full of magnesium, copper, manganese, and many other vitamins and trace minerals, and you don’t have to add supplements. Grains are for livestock. Bread used to mean meat. ‘Give us this day our daily bread’, = meat. Who calls us cattle..? Hm. Bit suspicious ain’t it… Clean carbs in root vegetable form, and cassava root, etc. Rice if necessary/lazy. Modern bread contains nothing but junk and will kill you slowly like heated, rancid seed oils.
Potassium via apple cider vinegar, keep your gut loaded with probiotics, and tissues with potassium. Drink it with soda water- just like cider, scrumptious. (I’m talking to you Farrell, my dad was a bit of a fan of ye olde booze and I was headed that way too.)
Iodide is only useful with iodine. Lugol’s has both, the body uses various forms, but iodide will only ever be used by one half of the body. Like chloride, bromide, fluoride; they will be displaced and flushed by iodide with a good quality salt like celtic. But the body also must displace the other versions of the halides- chlorine, fluorine and bromine. Lugol’s for your iodine! Put a drop in your ACV.
AIP paleo diet is the gold standard of nutrition. Once healing is up to a solid standard, basic paleo is good. And never forget Linus Pauling’s research on vitamin C in high doses. The man was an untold genius.
Paul David, I would love your ideas to be elaborated. I always wanted to believe what you’ve suggested, but don’t have the time for even a basic effort.
“Give us this day our daily meat” … I have never heard that before. The only variation I have read about was “Give us this day our daily manna” and from my understanding, the word “manna” meant “energy”. (Personally I don’t subscribe to that variation).
The point I was attempting to make is that you don’t need to engage in complicated dietary regimes in order to be healthy. I point the way to our human ancestors who, world-wide, enjoyed very large amounts of carbohydrates in many forms, but primarily in the form of whole grains for sustenance and nutrition. Fruit, tubers, meat, vegetables, dairy, nuts and seeds etc also form part of our ancestral nutrition.
The ‘paleo diet’ that is bandied about on the internet is nothing like what the historical record indicates what man really ate. And then you have to ask paleo gurus just which level of the paleo stratum they refer to (Upper, Middle, Lower, with tens of thousands of years in each). There is a lot of evidence that grains were consumed in great amounts in the upper paleolithic era. In fact, you don’t even have to go too far back in history to see how healthy humans used to be by eating all these foods – look at the Victorians. The caveat here however is to enjoy food in its most natural state, and that means unrefined grains and organic produce whenever possible.
And if you appeal to the idea that God gave instructions to man on how to eat, recall the legends of Quetzalcoatl who gave the Americas corn, and Shujun who gave rice to China.
