    Though it isn’t, when one looks at this clip, it’s as if one were looking at a Nazi clip – circuit Joseph Mengele. Pure 1930’s Nazi medical experimentation gone-live-action, under the cover of a despicable Act of Congress, passed and signed, like the surreptitious Federal Reserve Act on the Christmas Eve silent night of 1913.
