ATMOSPHERIC STUDY AND GRAVITY WAVES

Every now and then someone sends me the abstract to a scientific article that really spins the tumblers in my mind, and today is no different, for Mr. V.T., a regular reader and article-contributer, found a real gem. This is, however, regrettably one of those articles that to read in full, one has to purchase it, which I cannot afford to do. Nonetheless, I was intrigued for a multitude of "high octane speculation" reasons. With the caveat in mind that we're resorting to a departure from our usual "high octane" methodology, where we speculate on the basis of a whole article which we assume to be true, to this present case, where we're speculating only on the basis of an abstract, on to the gem that Mr. V.T. discovered:

A case study of long gravity wave crests in noctilucent clouds and their origin in the upper tropospheric jet stream

I have to admit, that when I read the abstract, it confirmed some long-held and strictly private thoughts; its implications are rather breathtaking, if one allows the mind to "run wild" a bit. Here's the abstract:

Scientists have investigated atmospheric gravity waves in detail, bringing a better understanding of how and where they are generated. Their study was published in the Journal of Geophysical Research: Atmospheres.

An international team of physicists, which included researchers from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, captured images of atmospheric gravity waves in noctilucent (night) clouds — delicate cloud-like structures made from ice crystals in the upper atmosphere — using three synchronized cameras positioned several tens of kilometres apart, and used a triangulation technique to estimate the height and horizontal characteristics of the waves.

By simulating the rays’ interactions with a reflecting surface and combining it with an analysis of global meteorological data sets, they concluded that the waves were formed from the balancing of the Coriolis force with horizontal pressures, and that the upper tropospheric jet stream was their most likely source.  (bold-italics emphasis added)

At the 2014 San Mateo Secret Space program conference I pointed out that the ability to manipulate or engineer weather, or earthquakes, implied the ability to engineer - and potentially, to weaponize - systems of a planetary scale. I've been calling such ideas the "Farrell Corollaries" to the Kardashev scale. To refresh our memories for a moment, the famous Russian astronomer Nikolai Kardashev developed a simple classification system to give a taxonomy to any potential extra-terrestrial civilizations. A class one civilization required the energy of an entire planet; a class two civilization required the energy of an entire star, and a class three the energy of an entire galaxy.  I began to wonder: how would humanity "bluff" its way through an encounter with the first two civilization types? One way to do so would be to demonstrate a capability to engineer systems of those scales, and to demonstrate an ability to weaponize them: hence the ability to engineer planetary-scaled systems would be a corollary one civilization, and the ability to engineer systems of a stellar scale would be a corollary two civilization. And, if one wants to translate one scale to another, think of a corollary one as being a kind of n=<1 civilization, and corollary two civilization as akind of n= >1 <2 on the Kardashev scale, i.e., falling in the cracks between Kardashev's first two civilization types.

With that idea came the idea of weather manipulation: weather systems are systems of a planetary scale, when one gets right down to it. Researchers who've followed the topic of weather modification, geo-engineering, chemtrails, or weather weaponization over the years have focused their attentions on large ionospheric heaters like HAARP and EISCAT, pointing out that these machines had the capability to heat and lift portions of the ionosphere, thus giving a potential to modify the jet stream and move it around, in turn effectively steering weather systems which, incidentally, can have energy loaded into, or extracted from, them, intensifying or damping storms respectively.

To round out my private speculations, I'm one of those who believes that there is some sort of not-well-understood coupling mechanisms between gravity and electromagnetism. The idea of such a unification has been around for a long time: Kaluza-Klein, and for the connoisseur of the obscure, Gabriel Kron and T.T. Brown. If such a coupling existed, then planetary weather modification techniques and technologies would, perforce, have to have some gravitational component.

Reading the abstract carefully, one notes the following points and implications:

1) The measurements establishing the existence of gravity waves were correlated with meteorological data, which implies, perhaps, a relationship between weather systems and local gravitational conditions (tornadoes, hurricanes, torsion, anyone?);

2) The waves were composed of an interaction of Coriolis force and "horizontal pressures", i.e., from the interaction of the force of a rotating system and a simple horizontal force;

3) The source of these waves was the jet stream.

Let all this sink in for a moment, for the simple implication is: , they are proposing a mechanism for the composition of gravity waves, and also proposing  that weather modification is gravity modification (and, potentially, the converse).

Consider: if one accepts the interrelatedness of all the above implications, then might one be able to intensify any of the observed gravitational effects by an increase in the electrical conductivity of the atmospheric cavity, by (to take one example) dumping heavy particulate metals in the atmosphere?

But what really "grabbed" my attention, here, was none of this considered by and of itself. What really grabbed my attention was the combination of these ideas, and the fact that if one looks at the list of authors and contributes to this paper, the majority of them are Russian, from a variety of academic research institutions in the Russian Federation, who appear, according to the abstract, to be connected to the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute. Engineering of course implies the interest of the Russians in one of two possibilities (and most likely, both): (1) to determine if someone else is engineering weather systems and gravitational anomalies and (2) to determine practical principles and technologies to do so for themselves, or (3) both.

Of course, this is a lot of parsing and analysis of a simple abstract and its contributors. The article itself, we must admit, might overturn all of it. Nonetheless, the implications that result from the abstract are profoundly disturbing.

See you on the flip side...

Oh well. My reply to vb got modded. Will try again ltr. Meanwhile did any y’all consider that electromag force is something like 1×10 to the 32nd times stronger than gravity? Even if gravity did come in waves who cares? Some powers that wanna b obviously grock that fact. N like doc said, they stopped caring much bout gravity when they started building factory werk camps in ww2 that drew down more electricity than neighboring towns. Wonder what the 2017 model of the nazi bell looks like. Or if its visible without outside infrared.

JPF: “I began to wonder: how would humanity “bluff” its way through an encounter with the first two civilization types?”

In my humble opinion, ‘bluffing’ civilizations that are likely telepathic is a non-starter. They would know; and the greater the fear-component in us, the quicker they would know.

However, I am a believer that there is some form of ‘Federation’ – or at least agreed-upon ‘norms’ – in place ‘out there’. This is an Old universe, and these ‘institutions’ are probably as old as our Solar System. So, it is likely that they have become bureaucratic and legalistic in nature. As such, humanity has an ‘ace in the hole’…

I suspect that a hypothetical Federation has bureaucratic/legalistic ‘trip-wires’ in place. Below a certain level of development, one set of rules apply to a planet or species. Above that, a second set is in place. Agreed-to, galactically. One trip-wire is probably whether the species has achieved interstellar travel.

Well, humanity has just done exactly that. A Pioneer probe (maybe two) has recently become an ‘interstellar spacecraft’, with the piercing of our heliosphere shockwave. Perhaps not what the pan-galactic community had thought-of as ‘interstellar travel’, but there you are.

We need to get the equivalent of a questionable-ethics ‘space lawyer’ to plead our case in front of a space court that humanity is now an interstellar civilization, with all that implies for ‘status change’. Call it an end-run maneuver, or a Hail Mary pass.

Best of all, it will pass any telepathic query. It is the truth…

I cannot find it but there was a 50’s, maybe 60’s movie where the alien put humanity on trial like a court room , in a thumbs up, thumbs down sort of way. not The Day The Earth Stood Still, lower budget as it used historical enactments to make the judgement.
Still, it’s biblical judgement scenario meets The Time Machine TV series, same sort of thing.
Would the telepathy (or cohesive hive mind, collective unconscious etc) work at a distance, hence Pioneer probe is relevant to determining our progress (and threat potential), or to get a hold of some popular culture if Hitler TV didn’t make it to them.

I can see it now, we get a visit from a K5 civilisation that can… or sod it, Dr Who will do… and these muppets try to impress them with “hey we can spray the earth with cancer causing chemicals and nano dust the make huge storms to reek destruction, we can even blow up NPP’s and fool almost all the people all the time… are you (that have obviously survived past out point of progress) impressed yet?”
Star Wars bar, newcommer walks up to the toughest critter , pokes him in the eye, screaming in pain as he does so, runs around the room calling for help.

Ummm … these kind of gravity waves are in fact “atmospheric gravity waves” which is something completely different to “gravity waves” ie waves in the gravitational field or space-time continuum/ether/zero point field/whatever.

Totally different kind of thing. Sorry nothing really to see hear unfortunately.

I know I shouldn’t quote Wikipedia. But … this might push you in the correct direction regarding atmospheric gravity waves:

Ironic the grave situation of Science in the West being so secretive; stove-piping medieval information toll booths of authority and bureaucratic stamps. Grave when it comes to a specific subject matter: Gravity.
Expect the subject to be highly obfuscated, disinformation galore and misdirected.
Gravity is the key[s] to the Kingdom.

      and skeleton keys to match.

  8. WalkingDead on May 18, 2017 at 9:51 am

Methinks you can consider HAARP and EISCAT first generation technology which has been replaced by newer technology with multiple purposes, just as those older technologies were capable of producing. Instead of a few large, secret installations, you now have a very large number of small installations that are essentially in your face. One need only question why cell phone towers have so much power going to them when the required amount of power is significantly lower for them to accomplish their purpose. See Jim Stones blogs on cell phone towers for his thoughts on the matter: http://jimstonefreelance.com/cells2013.html. He is not the only one to bring this to the attention of the public.
In regards to this abstract and the paper is comes from, the Russians may be using “gravity waves” as a way of letting “others” know they are aware and understand what is going on with the “weather modification” technologies which are being rolled out in the West and the nefarious purposes behind it all.
The internet has been the catalyst for an awakening of a significant percentage of the population, far more than these people have planned for and can cope with; hence the push for war by any means possible. They are getting desperate, and desperate people do stupid things due to their desperation. You can see this in the sloppy and all too obvious false flags which are being rolled out, more and more. The two biggest ones, the twin towers and Fukushima, have shown light on all the smaller ones; their mainstream propaganda machine is failing to convince a larger and larger portion of the population of the “official narrative” and people are seeking elsewhere for news that isn’t tainted in some way by their BS; hence the obviously desperate attempt to capture the internet and control it in order to eliminate any alternate news sources of a credible nature.
Trump’s border wall isn’t to keep the Mexicans or anyone else out, it’s to keep the freedom minded American population in to prevent any seed from escaping that might crop up elsewhere to challenge their world domination and enslavement of the entire worlds population.
In order to understand just how desperate they are, consider this; they are willing to kill 6.5 billion people in order to accomplish their goals. They have already told us this on the Georgia Guide stones. For some reason, they feel they have to inform us of what they intend to do. They take our lack of action as an agreement of said action through “color of law”. The fluoride to make us docile, the vaccines to ruin our re productivity and health, and their drugs with multiple nasty side effects aren’t working fast enough; they are now starting to roll out the big guns with their electromagnetic, large area effects.

WD, great truths. I think we have Rupert Sheldrake to account for the PTB’s fears. He was the one that pointed-out ‘morphogenetic fields’. Basically, the more you ‘do’ something, the more the universe is ‘inclined’ or ‘shaped’ to want to do it again. Now, apply this concept to ‘waking up’. At some number of wakey-wakey people, we will reach a ‘tipping point’ and even sheeple will ‘spontaneously’ get-it. Poof. That is when the crowd starts-together for Frankenstein’s castle…

I believe that the PTB know about ‘morphogenetic fields’ or the equivalent. (They have been using it against us!) Now, through the internet and many other ‘nets’, we are close to a ‘critical mass’. A hundredth monkey effect. The PTB are terrified…

    • Sandygirl on May 19, 2017 at 9:54 am

WD – “for some reason they have to inform us” I really don’t think it’s to inform us; it’s a plant in our subconscious, like predictive programming. They use their majick of certain dates, energy fields, sacrifice, rituals to help accomplish the goal. They own the man-made air waves, but nature (humanity) we create the music.

      • goshawks on May 19, 2017 at 4:54 pm

Sandygirl, all true, but I think they are trying to avoid Karma, in a sick and twisted way. They have reasoned that – if they ‘publish’ their intentions (even if in a way that 99.999% will not get it until after-the-fact), and no one says “NO” – then we have ‘agreed’ to the event. Therefore, there will be no return-of-karma to them. I am pretty sure that this ‘method’ is NOT how Karma is shunted-aside, and there is some heavy ‘payback’ down their line…

And why, exactly, would these effects be caused by/proof of gravity waves?

No one even knows exactly what gravity is, but yet they’ve detected waves? Sure, I’ll buy that.

I have serious problems with these increasingly common “we’ve confirmed X by means of Y” articles, where X is something highly theoretical but also an important element in validating the current physics paradigm (gravity waves, dark matter, Higgs boson, etc.), and Y is some ridiculously convoluted, obscure, and highly technical (i.e., equivalent to magic) Rube Goldbergian method of detection.

In short, I smell a rat.

    • basta on May 18, 2017 at 8:08 am

And conveniently encrypted in eye-glazing techno-babble and ensconced behind a paywall to boot. All coming from the same physics profession that rolls out the third or fourth Steven Hawking (now supposedly 77 y.o.!) to sell their latest PR nonsense. Believe them? lol!

      • Vomito Blanco on May 18, 2017 at 10:04 am

I had a friend who played the third Steven Hawking. He lived in South Boston, spent most of his time in the bar as he hadn’t held a steady job in years. He had gotten hurt in a construction accident and had been living on workers comp for decades. He did look a lot like Steven Hawking except nobody in that neighborhood knew who Steven Hawking was. The only Hawking that some people heard about was a goon who played for the Bruins for a couple of seasons then killed somebody in a DUI accident and went to prison. One day a professor from MIT came into the bar when his car broke down and he started talking-to my friend, Mickey, thinking he was Steven Hawking. The two got into talking about black holes only my friend Mickey thought they were talking about black ho’s which he was an expert on because he always had to pay for female companionship. To make a long story short, Mickey got hired to play Steven Hawking in exchange for paying off his bar tab and the mortgage on his widowed mother’s house. They sent him to England where they made him live inside a small box for a couple months until his body got so contorted he you would think he had been crippled his whole life. Then they removed his vocal cords just to make sure his thick Boston accent never leaked out but they told him he could keep talking about black ho’s if he wanted using the voice machine. He even went on to write a book about black ho’s. After a couple years Mickey started missing the old neighborhood so they found a replacement for him an then shipped him back to Boston. He returned to the bar but every once and a while when his bar bill gets too high he will go over to Harvard and MIT to give lectures.

I heard his replacement is a Canadian guy who spent the first 20 years of his life living underneath his parents mobile home and had never been to school and barely knew how to talk.

Thats it vb. I was trying to think of the term on one of docs other blogs – the one about space time or the one about italy prosecuting german banksters…

I think i grocked why the false flaggers suck. And came up with a new name for an old meme that only vimito can run with. Doc, can u n daniel coauthor this with him – scuse the genderist pronoun – please?

Here’s the meme: implanted histories. Get it? False flags? False memories? False histories? Trauma based mind kontro? Its shock doctrine alright. Its hard 4 us to grock why its so badly played. Why did a guy with both legs run over in times square get up n run away? And give an interview badly later? Because we’re not the intended audience. Why bother convincing us. Polls and our surveilled emails n blogs show what we believe. But dumbed down kids 2 generations out will be ez to convince. Thats what turdblossom rove was talking about as he n cheney n w got caught in lies on lies. He was right. They r the jerks making history. They’re not concerned with the truth since they’re convinced they own the only printing press.

Implanted histories. Doc, we might need joe atwell’s help on this one. If trump is yeltsin, who’s going to be josephus flavius?

Interesting sidenote, since we’re talking Russians and weather manipulation, let’s look at the 2007 Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, specifically the number of authors two countries contribute: Australia (population 25 million, scientific achievements: nothing to get excited over): 14 authors. Russia (population 145 million, scientific achievements: first object into earth orbit, first man into space, highest yielding nuclear weapon test etc. etc.): 1 author. Hmmm… why does Russia care so little for climate science?

    • Yiannis Katospiti on May 18, 2017 at 9:47 am

Yes, why do they care so little? Too busy elsewhere , excellent comment. E tu Basta . LOL indeed .
