Regarding low frequencies: I have been building my own wind chimes, using various kinds of pipe. I tune them relative to an “A” between C4 and C5 that registers 432 Hertz. I have succeeded in cutting large diameter pipe to produce a fundamental note as low as appr. 32 Hz (C1), but the fundamental note is inaudible (however, the overtones, more readily registered by our ear, can be beautiful).
I am willing to bet that some Japanese sensei or Tibetan monk somewhere has a totally kool, badical, hammered brass gong-plate that, with a strike from a leather-covered wood mallet, replicates the Schumann resonance. I SO wanna get me one of them.

A bit late for a reply to your question, but you’d probably be better off with avoidance/neutralization strategies, like removing wifi and a DIY batch of lead paint for the walls. I just painted and regret I hadn’t dropped in some white lead into my paint bucket by accident.
I have no proof but highly suspect that the OM chant if properly executed is in harmonic resonance with the Schumann frequency. Properly executed, the “O” starts deep in the diaphragm (the gut) and the “M” part rises into the nasal cavity, resonating there and thus “ringing” the entire cranium (which after all is a resonant cavity), thereby linking the seat of feeling with the seat of consciousness. In any event billions have sworn by it.
Forgot to mention a simple and proven therapeutic practice which people call “earthing” but which is no more than walking barefoot in the grass. This is very useful for city dwellers, who can go weeks or months without ever touching naked earth, always wearing shoes and always walking on artificial surfaces, thus they never ground themselves and re-balance with the earth’s fundamental electrical charge.
Sailors have been known to wear metal bracelets attached to their bunks while they sleep to get this benefit, grounding to the hull and thus the ocean, and if you live in a city and can’t get to real earth during the day, you can hold on to your plumbing while you shower, which goes right into the ground and is thus obviously a ground itself.

Jus tested the water and found them too bots with a mean moderated bite. I was I going to write, these childless leaders symbolize their true master: robots. The problem with human leaders is there just too analogue for the digitized robots algorithms to bother with. Too inefficient, frankly. Can’t even rely on them to send key signals to an ad server, for example. in the digital world attention is currency. Clicks drawing lots of clicks[NOT chicks]. Code! Not human arbiters of fact. Algorithms aren’t partisan. They’re designed to execute commands.
Whom do you think crafts their speeches with content created using details from the voters. Algorithms then merges, an as it speaks childless politician, teleprompter with a current news & polls package that’s most likely to grabs the voters attention and deliver to specific digitized media stations in real time. It is a optimized package for specific voters/regions. Besides machines already decide what gets published, where, when, and whom.
Just tested the waters and found too many bots with mean moderated bites/today, the waters are just fine.

Maybe this is the old saying chickens coming home to roost. The article is basically sociological and political in its approach; at least in the past, it seems that the birthrate in any given society is, or was, not actually very responsive to state policies to reduce or enhance it. But nowadays things may be different, with electronic mind entrainment, probably in concert with substances put in the food, air and water, resulting in changing frequencies in the human mind/body complex.
People need to educate themselves on these issues, and create the conditions so that one day there will world where such manipulation is considered unthinkable.
That is stunning….absolutely stunning and most definitely done by design! I never even realized that simple and obvious fact. When I first started to wake up to the fact that is our world truly is inverted and nothing is as it seems the one thing that kept me going, researching and reading for hours upon hours upon hours was the drive that my children and grandchildren would be spared. That they would be awake and aware of the game afoot and have the knowledge they needed to change the game. It was always my children and grandchildren that gave me that strength. Without that, it would be easy enough to get these egocentric morons to play king or queen for the day because they never ever have to consider the fall out for their loved ones and the future that awaits them. They are the end of the line. So there is hope!
