THOSE CUBAN “SONIC” ATTACKS… AGAIN…

There's been more information to come out about those mysterious Cuban embassy "sonic" weapons attacks, and this one has some disturbing high octane speculative implications. According to this article from Zero Hedge, the victims of these attacks were all American intelligence "assets," i.e., spies(article shared by Mr. J.C.):

Mysterious Cuban 'Sonic Attacks' Targeted US Spies

Now, the reader will have noted that I placed this blog under "mind control", and we'll get back to this problem in a moment, form it relates directly to today's high octane speculation.

The article makes a number of assertions, but I want to focus on three of these:

1)  The goal of the attacks was to disrupt Cuban-American relations:

If disrupting US-Cuba relations was the attack’s intent, then they have clearly succeeded: The US quietly expelled two Cuban diplomats in August. And by withdrawing most of its embassy personnel and warning travelers to stay away from the island, the US is signaling a chill in travel and trade that could prevent Cubans from visiting family members in the US. The reduction in embassy staff means visa processing has been suspended indefinitely.

As I've indicated in previous blogs, I concur with this assessment. The problem this raises, however, is that neither Cuba nor the USA is therefore directly behind the attacks. If this is the motivation, then it has to come from some other nation or group - including rogue groups within Cuban or American intelligence - that does not want relations to improve.

2) The USA does not know what type of weapon is involved:

So far, the US has been unable to identify the weapon used in the attacks. Initially, the State Department gave diplomats the option of leaving Havana, but many, including some of the attack victims, opted to remain.

This, I think, is laughable, given the many patents one can examine for precisely this type of weapon or "mind manipulation" technology. One doesn't have to dig very far. What I suspect is the actual case is that the US authorities know good and well what sort of technology it is. The problem rather is that disclosing the nature of it would (1) admit its existence, which the US government does not want to do, for that would open up a whole can of worms it doesn't want opened up (e.g., a re-trial of convicted Robert Kennedy murderer Sirhan Sirhan, whose case shows all the signs of mind manipulation and has all the hallmarks of being a classic "Manchurian Candidate"); and (2) possibly indicating who the real attackers are, which again, the US authorities would be loathe to do, because it would admit a rogue element in Cuba and/or America is doing it, or that some other actor is involved that it doesn't want to confront directly (China or Russia), or that it does not want to admit exists (an extra-territorial group).

Which brings us to the kernel of the Zero Hedge article and the third problem:

3) The attacks were predominantly against American intelligence assets:

Just days after the Associated Press reported that the State Department planned to withdraw most of its personnel from the Cuban embassy in Havana, the wire service is returning with another revelatory scoop about the mysterious “sonic attacks” that have caused injuries ranging from minor to life-threatening in 21 embassy personnel: Many of the diplomats targeted were US spies, partly explaining the State Department's reluctance to discuss the attacks.

Frightening attacks on U.S. personnel in Havana struck the heart of America’s spy network in Cuba, with intelligence operatives among the first and most severely affected victims, The Associated Press has learned.

It wasn’t until U.S. spies, posted to the embassy under diplomatic cover, reported hearing bizarre sounds and experiencing even stranger physical effects that the United States realized something was wrong, individuals familiar with the situation said.

However, the AP’s government sources refused to confirm a timeline for the attacks, or provide other basic details, underscoring the sensitivity of the ongoing investigation.

These allegations are much more problematic, for if true, then it means that whoever is targeting American personnel in Cuba, this entity has very good intelligence on just who American's intelligence assets in Cuba really are. And this has to have them burning the midnight oil in the bowels of the American national security apparatus, for this information, ultimately, could only come into the possession of this entity by one of three means: cyber-warfare, i.e., hacking into the "NOC lists" of American intelligence agencies, or through a highly placed mole or moles in those agencies, or some combination of both. This is, of course, the old James Angleton nightmare, who literally spent most of his late career turning the Central Intelligence Agency inside out and upside down looking for a Soviet mole he believed was there. The problem in this instance is that there are any number of players capable either of hacking into, or placing moles into, America's intelligence apparatus: Britain, France, Germany, Israel, Russia... you name it, the list is almost endless. So in other words, there is now a counter-intelligence analysis taking place:

(1) Who is responsible for the attacks on American spies?

(2) How did they even learn who they were?

(3) What is to be done about it?

The real question now is who? I have my suspicions (and they're not the ones one might think), but I'd like to hear from you about who you think it is.

See you on the flip side...

Don’t forget that Cuba has been reputed to have made significant breakthroughs in cancer cures. I would like to add the security apparatus of the Big Pharma companies to the list of suspects with interests in disrupting diplomatic relations with Cuba.

These sonic attacks are exposing spies within Cuba. ‘Someone’ is telling the world ‘we know the names of these spies’ which first of all could suggest a leak within the US network if a Country outside the US is involved. In previous years any attacking country may have chosen ‘elimination’ of problematic spies to ‘hone in the message’ to the home Country of the spies, but not in this case.
We know the US government has had its ‘Active Denial’ system for years and are quite capable of targeting individuals, so it could be that this technology ( or an upgrade of), has now been installed on a satellite and is having a trial run. Also, the US government within the government have unlimited funds for black projects and they have their own agenda. If the US has this technology, then so do other Countries, but which Country would be the first to disclose this and what benefit would this be to the disclosing Country?
The US has expelled two Cuban diplomats, but the State Department emphasised that it was in protest of the Cubans’ failure to protect the safety of American diplomats while on their soil, not an indication the US felt that Havana masterminded it. The ‘attacks’ started in 2016, so maybe we have to go back to 2106 to see what was happening in the world then, one ‘item’ of note was the Cuba-US rapprochement. https://www.ft.com/content/dcc00336-c0a8-11e6-9bca-2b93a6856354?mhq5j=e5 Trump’s shadow hangs over US-Cuban Rapprochement.

A Pew Research poll conducted in late 2016 found that 75 percent of Americans approved of President Obama’s decision to resume diplomatic relations, while a poll from a year earlier found that 97 percent of Cubans thought normalization is a positive thing for the island. https://www.cfr.org/backgrounder/us-cuba-relations …..
    Something else to consider http://www.aljazeera.com/indepth/opinion/2016/03/cuba-rapprochement-future-160321074938199.html

In the Chinese neighbourhood of Havana, a contemporary art exhibition reflects upon the comparative benefits of the Chinese system. The message is clear – socialist politics and society; capitalist economy. In a system where political dissent and scrutiny of the revolution are strictly curtailed, this permitted narrative tells much about the Cuban elite’s preferred future orientation.

Treading a fine and patient line between economic and political change is now imperative. With a mishandled or stalled transition, the Chinese model will quickly take hold, and Cubans may very soon become nostalgic for the revolution and what might have been.
Maybe a faction of the US government within the government wants to continue the distrust between Cuba and the US, ignoring US and Cuban public opinion, and with all that it entails including any ‘domino’ effect. In my opinion, the US government within the government are behind the attacks…..

As ZDB pointed-out in an earlier comment, Cuba is one of only three ‘pure’ non-Rothschild-controlled banking systems. (Iran and North Korea are the others.) As such, my natural inclination is to view ANY provocation or troubles for those three nations as stemming – at its root – from the Rothschild apparatus. It may have traveled from them through any number of ‘routes’ to the actual ‘hit’. However, I would bet that the origination-plan lays with the objective of ultimately getting a Rothschild-controlled Central Bank into Cuba…

interesting take g. curious though. i always considered cuba to be a modern jesuit reduction.

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jesuit_reduction

i think paraguay and uruguay caught the worst of it. guessing ireland got a version of it imposed by the brits in the 1800’s as well.

so if figured with the castro’s so papally controlled, they never needed a central banker.

basta made a good point earlier about the simplest most obvious answer being most likely too. gets me wondering though. cuba hasn’t been a client state of russia since cuba was forcibly trained to live without petrol, right?

in terms of what’s haps, here (aka cuba et al), i think roger and db have a good point. if it were serious, we’d not have heard of it. if it were demonstrating capabilities vaguely, then well we’re all gonna hear bout it.

as far as this being a version of this or that tech or whether its sound or light or electrical,….. it’s all the same think. it’s energy. it’s frequency. it’s waves and waveforms. it’s an electric universe. ok whether or not these are accurate statements in their absoluteness,…. whatever. i am absolutely interpreting the universe in this way for myself.

distinguishing between frequencies or light, sound, electrical, tactile,… seems less directly beneficial in understanding this than does concentrating on how to work these waves. seems like tesla et al focused better than their peers. and that our peers are doing the same while keeping us unfocused.

i’ll refer again to my long rant on
      https://gizadeathstar.com/2017/10/earthquakes-and-the-sun/

whoever has some of tesla’s tech figured has way more than we are grocking as we flounder around here.

The “sound” aegis is a red herring.
But mind control is as goof a category as one could find.
There is a revolution of viewpoints within the intelligence community on which direction and under which umbrella of mission/goal they should be striving to achieve.
    One would be open source.

At any rate, it is now manifesting itself in Cuba. The players are being drawn into this from many areas – all knowing that something deep has changed the game and, more importantly the mission mindset.

“Electronic” certainly implies technology. ……. could this be from the same entity that disrupted the US destroyers?

  10. Roger on October 12, 2017 at 9:50 am

I suspect it was an experiment conducted by our own intelligence agencies on unsuspecting members of their own to see their reactions. This is common practice to test the integrity and responses of their own. The publicity is cover and proof it was themselves. If it was an outside actor no one would hear a thing and the source would have been studied and quietly neutralized.

    • Don B on October 12, 2017 at 7:58 pm

Roger, I tend to agree but would add that the agents are probably Obummer holdovers which would make it a little easier to execute. It would certainly be one way to clear out some dead wood. It might be the only way to get rid of all those Bolsheviks that have peopled the government for the last 8 years. db

  11. OrigensChild on October 12, 2017 at 9:45 am

Hurricanes, earth quakes and sonic weapons. Hmm. If the underlying physics is the same and they have the weapons to make use of them, AND one wants to possess these islands as a chain of Diego Garcias in this hemisphere, we have a local group with a keen interest in these island chains: the military industrial complex. They have the technologies. They would get a large array of energy supplies (petroleum, solar, wind and tide.) They would get a series of labs that would be easier to secure due to the island’s size and access. They have many nodes by which to facilitate the transfer of goods. If there are a few underwater submarine bases or deep underground military bases in the area they have the infrastructure to complete the transformation without much notice. I could see the military industrial complex softening up the islands to prepare for a modern style military “invasion”. Destroy a few island economies and provide a geopolitical reason to project power in Cuba, business will be very good indeed.

  13. basta on October 12, 2017 at 5:46 am

Well the article was simply stating the obvious that these were US spies. All the more reason to suspect the Russians. Honestly, I don’t understand the great mystery here, and the eagerness to blame hypothetical shadow groups when the Russians have the means, motive and opportunity.

Over and over, as Russian diplomats and chauffeurs were taken out, as Russia lost the Ukraine to a destabilization campaign directed from that country’s US embassy and the State Dept and Cookies Nudelman, as various bits of Russian infrastructure blew up, as it fought the West’s ISIS boogeyman, and as its electronic warfare capabilities were probed, I read the refrain here that “two can play the black ops game.”

Well, Cuba is the Soviet client state par excellence, The Ukraine showed them that letting the US in the door soon leads to disaster. The US just opened an embassy in Havana. Surprise, surprise, it’s full of spies. Said spies suffer sonic warfare attacks developed by the Soviets and first employed at the US embassy in Moscow in the ’70s.

Where, exactly, is the mystery here?

    • DanaThomas on October 12, 2017 at 6:23 am

There is something in what Basta says.

      • WalkingDead on October 12, 2017 at 8:11 am

Basta makes some very good points, however, Russia is the too obvious choice and is meant to be so. I would look much closer to home. This is meant to drive a wedge even deeper between the two nations and is more in line with the ZioCon agenda and the “by deception shall we wage war” nature of those destroying the USSA from within. It should be apparent by now that our “government” no longer serves the peoples interests and our nation is being used to further the aims of those who essentially own it.
The nations of the earth have a common enemy that works by deception. It is a cancer that needs to be removed before it kills the patient and it has spread globally.

      • Anthroposophe on October 13, 2017 at 12:48 am

I was shocked when the Cubans agreed to the opening of a US embassy (aka “color revolution” HQ) for which they received very little in the way of sanctions relief. If the US regime change is successful in Caracas, Havana is next on the menu.

    • OrigensChild on October 12, 2017 at 9:50 am

Though presenting an alternate view above I too give some credence to your speculations here. It’s informed speculation that makes a lot of geopolitical sense. I worry, though, that Cuba has far less strategic and cultural links to Russia now than they did in the 1950’s–which makes me wonder if Russia is less interested in them now than even 20 years ago. I cannot help but wonder if Russia’s military capability and armaments can achieve more devastating effects further away and no longer require Cuba as a quick strike capability. They have better technology. They also play better chess. Would they sacrifice a bishop or rook like Cuba to achieve better tactical or strategic advantage? In the modern world they just might. There are far better places in South America to park bases and resources than Cuba.
