    I think it’s a software related problem, not a hardware.

    Good quality video and audio is not difficult to achieve these days. There is high quality and not particularly expensive hardware readily available. Dr Farrell’s videocasts are let down often by poor video quality and sometimes audio quality. Surely someone close to Dr Farrell could help him upgrade his systems to achieve a better result?
