Mr. M.D. found this, and I have no idea if any of this stuff is genuine or not. But if it is, it certainly raises all sorts of intriguing questions and in either case it's worth passing along:

Clearly this is fake – there is no bank note with Rudolph Hess on it.
The website says: “We sell fantasy collector items in the appearance of fictional national money, for the art value alone, as well as create high quality marketable local community coupons and currency-like marketing aids”. But this does not exclude some real instrument like this being on the way or already prepared… [some nice artwork in any case]
