TIDBIT: AN ARTICLE RELATED TO THE MURDERS OF BARRY SHERMAN, CANADIAN ...

There has been another strange death, this time, not of a banker nor of a doctor, but of a Canadian pharmaceutical magnate who, given his position, might be viewed as more or less inhabiting both worlds. So many people sent me this story that it would be impossible to thank you all; it is a story that is worth bringing to everyone's attention, because it certainly has the Toronto authorities gingerly tiptoeing around, and has called forth a minor flurry of speculation in the wake of the "suicide" of Dr. Dean Lorich. In digging around in the story, I eventually came across this:

A one-time-only combination: Emergency medicine exports under Canada’s access to medicines regime

It is even worse if that could possibly be. AIDS was/is a created disease, and so is Ebola. Get ready for some more “created” diseases.

    A monopoly on power?
Well, perhaps an oligopoly sharing power?
First rule: No com pet ti tion.
    Second rule [see # 1]
    3rd rule[see #2]

Intellectual copy rights?[See number… just pick ANY card. Flip it over/see rule #1].
The national BIG PHARMA song is the same as BIG AGRI:

Those who don’t follow the “terms of agreement” fine print
are eliminated. HSB was given a get out of jail card because they didn’t breach the agreement. Others were either not members, or individuals who breached and subsequently
became bleached bones. They’re deadly serious about their contractual agreements.
      Sign your life away…
The devil is in the details…

I remember something to the effect that In some years the top (4 or 5?) pharmaceutical companies brought in more profit than the rest of the Fortune 500 combined, and I wonder if sometimes the dubious and evil machinations assigned to “pharma” could be more accurately viewed as the works of some of their most unsavory shareholders who possibly bank heavily on maintaining that level of returns in that quarter of the investment realm? Perhaps that’s too much of a distinction to make?

One must understand the ultimate goal is to eliminate 11 out of every 12 of the “useless eaters” using whatever means is available. Apparently we are not dying fast enough from their weaponized diseases/medications/frankenfoods.

Hmm…. this article seems to actually be insinuating that it’s the importing developping countires that are afraid to use generic drugs.. because .. :
“Although there may be a number of legislative and procedural factors contributing to the unwillingness of countries to manufacture or import generic drugs under a compulsory license, this paper will argue that developing countries’ fear of backlash from patent holders and trade partners continues to be the most significant bottleneck inhibiting production to date.”

They fear the backlash of the patent holders……… Hang on.. a client is afraid to buy a cheaper version of a drug, because they are afraid of the patent holder’s reaction…..??????

Will start looking into this.. starting with : https://www.iol.co.za/news/politics/extortion-and-profiteering-by-pharmaceutical-monopolies-slammed-9829257

““When bargaining over drug prices in Spain in 2014, Aspen is reported to have threatened to stop selling the cancer treatments unless the health minister agreed to price rises of up to 4000 percent. Another leaked email appears to reveal that staff at Aspen even discussed destroying stocks of lifesaving medicines during this price row. This is pure blackmail and extortion”

      4000 percent……….O.o

        little bit of contextual background…

1997 Siouth Africa passes a law (the Medicines and Related Substances Amendment Act)
that authorised the government to import generic drugs, where patented medicienes were “unaffordable” (see MO of Aspen above… pay 4000 percent price hike or we destroy the drugs and your people can die in the gutter like the dogs that they are… (hyperbole is mine own.. but I believe that’s what they were thinking….)
South African governement was hoping to take advantage of the TRIPS agreement (section 5 article 31) which permits WTO members to set aside patents ‘in the case of a national emergency…

In response.. 39 pharmaceutical companies (GlaxoSmithKline for example) initiated legal action against the SA government, because in their opinion, the Act (which was implemented by a legally elected sovereign governement) GAVE THE HEALTH MINISTER TOO MUCH FREEDOM OF ACTION (WHAT THE FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU????) and went beyond the legal interpretation of the opt out clause…

1999 AIDS is having a noticable impact on South Africa’s demographic with at least 10 percent of the population affected…..

10 Percent of your population condamned to die with a few years… and the pharmaceutical companies dont think that THAT is a national emergency..

        The pharmaceutical companies…. won.
The South African governament.. it appears.. isnt legally competent to declare a national emergency because its own population is dying..

The companies tried to put a 75 percent price cut into their drugs to lull over the population.. but it was proven that EVEN AT 75 percent REDUCED COST.. they were STILL more expensive than the generic equivelant…… which just goes to show how ****ing greedy these mother***ers are…..

In march April 2001.. In an ongoing court case in South Africa.. it was proven, that it was Universities in America who FINANCED the developement of anti HIV treatements.. so the greedy pieces of excrement that DARE to call themselves humans..dismissed the case themselves because they actually thought they might lose.. and then laws would have be ratified.. so they abandonned the court case.

Now… Pfiser is also one of those companies in there.. little Rothschild creature that it is….

What I’m HOs’ing.. is that the SA governement refuses to buy affordable generic AIDS traitements.. because the leaders are frightened that Pfiser will stop sending the Viagra.. and people in government who make decisions.. are always old.

10%? Try 20-25% with HIV. It is epidemic.
