FURTHER THOUGHTS ON STRANGE TIMING AND STRANGE WORDS

As most people know, I write and blog about "strange stuff" and "high octane speculation." And today is no different, although I depart from my normal format to put all my cards on the table and let people know what I'm thinking about the events of the past few months. They are, for anyone paying attention, bizarre. Similarly, I suspect that most people paying attention are inclined to view them as "connected somehow." Even for those not convinced of any connectivity, I suspect that these events exhibit at least a kind of "minimal  strangeness" that raises the eyebrows.

Last Thursday, during my New and Views from the Nefarium, I remarked upon the strangeness of the timing of all these things. On account of that timing, I really was not concerned at all to raise "conspiracy theories," but rather, "conspiracy questions". I began by pointing out that due to not feeling well, I had not watched the President's State of the Union address. I awoke to find my email inbox stuffed to the gills with emails, and among these were a couple of emails that had pointed out a strange remark he had made. I listened to the portions of the speech, but like the klutz I am, deleted the emails, and then realized how very strange indeed the remarks were. They were right up there with President Kennedy's now famous remarks about secret societies, only that President Kennedy made his remarks to a gathering of businessmen, while President Trump made his from the podium of the U.S. House of Representatives no less. The interesting thing is, both sets of remarks could be taken to indicate the existence of some sort of dark international cabal.

But before we proceed further with my reflections, I would like to thank all the people who responded to my request during the News and Views to send me a link to the President's strange remarks. The response to that News and Views both for this content and to the wider picture I was suggesting was overwhelming. Here is one video link to the President's remarks, and the remarks in question begin at 1:02:00, and the specific remarks that caught my and everyone else's ears that I heard from were at 1:02:52:

The actual text of the speech, which I have pulled from ABC News, reads this way (and I have included the intriguing context, with emphasis in boldface, and the remarks in question in italics):

As we rebuild America's strength and confidence at home, we are also restoring our strength and standing abroad. Around the world, we face rogue regimes, terrorist groups, and rivals like China and Russia that challenge our interests, our economy and our values. In confronting these dangers, we know that weakness is the surest path to conflict, and unmatched power is the surest means of our defense.

For this reason, I am asking Congress to end the dangerous defense sequester and fully fund our great military. As part of our defense, we must modernize and rebuild our nuclear arsenal, hopefully never having to use it, but making it so strong and powerful that it will deter any acts of aggression. Perhaps someday in the future there will be a magical moment when the countries of the world will get together to eliminate their nuclear weapons. Unfortunately, we are not there yet. Last year I also pledged that we would work with our allies to extinguish ISIS from the face of the earth.

But in the actual speech, President Trump says this:

For this reason, I am asking Congress to end the dangerous defense sequester and fully fund our great military. As part of our defense, we must modernize and rebuild our nuclear arsenal, hopefully never having to use it, but making it so strong and powerful that it will deter any acts of aggression from any other nation or anyone else.

Of course, we all are familiar with the President's habit of speaking off the cuff and ex tempore, or embellishing prepared remarks, such as here. So one could write this off as yet another example of this habit, and hence, there is nothing really significant about them.

However, in the wider context of "rogue regimes" and "terrorist groups" - i.e., extra-territorial actors - the remarks become much more laden with significance and implications. There is, in fact, in law a doctrine that maintains that utterances made in times of stress are very revealing, and that special weight may be according to them when assessing their significance and potential evidentiary value. To whom, then, is the President referring? And more importantly, is he maintaining that there is a nuclear threat from such entities, and that the U.S. response would be nuclear if such groups were to resort to nuclear weapons? And again: the context of terrorist groups suggests an extra-territorial actor or actors, hidden as players on the world stage.

Then came the "equal time" Democratic response, which, again, I did not watch, being laid up in bed, but I did hear portions of it the next day on numerous radio shows, most of which focused, in my opinion, on non-issues and avoided the biggest point about it: it was given by a Kennedy. It was, and is, the symbolism of this response that in my opinion was the real substance of the message. It was in my thinking a warning: remember what happened to that President when he tried to "drain the swamp." In this context, the President's "off-the-cuff" addendum to the prepared text of his speech may not have been so "off-the-cuff" and may have been a deliberate "drop in."

Then the train crash occurred, with several members of the Republican Congressional delegation on their way, on a chartered train, to the Greenbrier resort in West Virginia, a well-known "bunker" facility which some allege is still a part of the Continuity of Government plans. During my News and Views I voiced my concern that this may have been a deliberate attack that was attempting to derail the train, an attack which went wrong. To this component of Thursday's high octane speculation I received yet another deluge of material so overwhelming I'm still trying to digest it. Some offered the opinion that a truck could indeed derail a train if the train were traveling fast enough. Others, who live in the area where the accident occurred, informed me that the crossing was indeed hazardous; still others informed me that there were helicopters overhead and that the train had slowed to go through the junction (thus preventing a potential derailment); and yet still others informed me that the trip itself was nothing significant, and that it was a component of regular congressional trips to the facility (which would make it relatively easy to schedule such an event). And yes, still others wrote suggesting that the reason the train had slowed was that there was indeed "inside information" that some sort of attack might be made on it. Even more recently I have heard that the congressional delegation and their families were on the train when congress is supposed to be in session, and that  in spite of injuries to some, they continued to the site on buses.

Needless to say, all these speculations and allegations only served to keep my "suspicion meter" in the red zone about the whole incident, especially in the context of "rogue regimes" and "terrorist groups" and the need for nuclear deterrent against both. Indeed, it's worth recalling that the President didn't name these groups in his off-the-cuff addendum, but only in the context to it. In the remark itself, he was (deliberately?) vague and yet crystal clear: "anyone else." Some have offered the opinion - and I won't even mention their initials as is my normal custom - that there was indeed a continuity of government operational aspect to the congressional train trip. Why? Because tomorrow is the Stupor Bowl in the Twin Cities, and rumors have been flying fast and furious that it could be the scene of a "false flag" of rather dramatic proportions, along the lines of the movie version of Tom Clancy's famous novel The Sum of All Fears. Need I mention that in the movie version, a nuclear attack is made on a football game? And that the culprits are an extra-territorial cabal (of neo-Nazis, no less)?

Now, put all this into the wider context of the Las Vegas shooting, the clear indications that the narrative there is badly mangled, and that a certain body of evidence exists - by no means conclusive but at the minimum provocative - to maintain that certain Saudi princes were present that day, and escorted from other Vegas casinos under armed security, and a Saudi coup a week later that arrested significant players not only in the Saudi regime but in global communications technologies and big banking - Prince Al Waleed bin Talal comes to mind - and the picture becomes even murkier. Add into this the President's executive order of Dec 21, and the recent release of Al Waleed, and the picture becomes even murkier: was he released because his Saudi internment was just "round one?"

I might and indeed could expand this context even more, and gain an even murkier picture  (mysterious mid-air plane collisions in Great Britain over a Rothschild estate, for example). I won't, because I think my point has been made: the timing of events, the details surrounding them, the symbolism contained in some of them, is I would aver at least strong enough to suggest that my old scenario of some very deep in-fighting in the "deep state" is taking place, and that 2018 may shape up to be a very bumpy year.

See you on the flip side...

    While the military sat
I looked up the “gloating reps”:
U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions, U.S. Secretary of Defense Gen. Jim Mattis, Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin, and U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson

I do so love a mystery or two myself… great reading !! THANKS !

And though you’re obviously busy I’ve one I know you can not resist, as it involves the inviolability of international treaties and the Vatican… the time 1216, an English King who well earned his moniker “ Lackland “, a not so “ innocent “ pope, a concordant ( that’s a treaty !! ) relatively unknown and certainly never spoken of by historians of any repute….or rather shall I infer, on any payroll …..
The myster herein is the answer the the question you are seeking with your indulgence of today’s article and every other article upon Americas peculiar actions throughout the eras, it is the answer, but it begins the questioning…

I’ll leave you to it then, Huzzah !
And again, thanks for the great mind in good use.

What about the reaction of the military people when Trump makes the remark in question? It’s like their thinking “oh @#*%, the cat’s out of the bag now”.

And who are those representatives almost gloating over the announcement of a fully funded military? Stark contrasts.

    • Kent on February 4, 2018 at 9:46 pm

I too noticed the look from the generals and admirals to that remark. Being a retired officer, I always notice military things. That army general at 1:02:59 has a grim look on his face and looks down and to the left while the Marine general to his left closes his eyes. These two responses looked like, “Oh crap.”

Hey there, my fellow Giza Death Cult membrains.
I’m new to the community but not to Dr. Jos.
    Can we talk?
I’ve been flitting about these ragged contours researching an element to our confounding conundrum that may reveal itself to be as vast as the oceans it appears to be playing itself out on, over and under right now. There’s been nothing pacifying for our Navy in the Pacific ocean over this past year.
I think that we’ve crossed into the initial shooting stage of World War Three. I do not offer that statement either lightly or sensationally. These new Dogs Of War have been loosed upon us since last June. So far 17 American seaman have lost their lives at Sea on their Guided Missile Destroyers (Naval prefix’s of D.D.G.). Remember that when on active deployment in the Navy, whatever ship you are on is our Front Line.
Seamen historically expect to be the first American combatants to become engaged in any new conflict.
These exchanges of fire are being actively suppressed in all Media. Mainstream, Midstream, Memestream and the Mom&PopStream are all “standing down” because of pressure either from above or by a simple starvation of information from below the surface.

Somethings in the wind; and they’ve picked up its scent. They’re running w/it and going call.
Are the cards about to be played,
    to see whose who?
    Or, is this misdirection?

    They stuck on 9/11.
But, they had a stacked deck in-place.
Does Trump & Co., now have the trump card,
in what would have been, an otherwise, well-stacked deck?

I’ve always thought the timing suspicious
    Those Nazi’s new electromagnetic flying machines;
    generated UFO sightings & crashes.

    That was a Stone Age.
    They’ve come a long way since…
in more ways than one cares to ponder.

I wrote a long comment on the above, in case some may have missed it:
    https://gizadeathstar.com/2018/02/news-views-nefarium-feb-1-2018/#comment-80045

Coincidentally, in Aviation Week magazine of Jan 29 – Feb 11 on pp.35-37, there is a major article on the ” ‘big league’ revival of the U.S. nuclear complex after decades of decline.” Within this article, what stood-out for me was:

“To counter Russia’s ‘significant advantage’ in nonstrategic nuclear weaponry and expand the range of military options against China and North Korea in the Pacific theater, the Defense Department will also retrofit ‘a small number’ of submarine-launched ballistic missiles (SLBM) with a low-yield nuclear-strike option and invest in a modern sea-launched cruise missile. This fills a void left by the Obama administration’s retirement of the nuclear-armed Raytheon Tomahawk Land Attack Missile.”

And from a photo caption on p.35:
“The U.S.’s 2010 Nuclear Posture Review ordered retirement of the nuclear-tipped Raytheon Tomahawk. It was withdrawn from service around 2012 or 2013, but now President Donald Trump wants to bring back this capability.”

    Also on p.35:
“The document [a leaked draft of the 2018 Nuclear Posture Review] confirms that the Trump administration will not adopt a ‘no-first-use’ policy, as was being actively discussed by the former administration. This means Washington reserves the right to strike first with nuclear weapons, if needed.”

Sea-launched, nuclear-tipped cruise missiles are the ultimate gotcha weapon. Not only can they be launched from near a coast, but they are programmed to fly at sea-skimming alt itudes [hah!] to remain below radar. Throw-in modern ‘stealth’ techniques, and you have a ‘no-warning’ nuclear weapon.

Also, adding a low-yield nuclear-warhead to a submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM) gives a quick strike capability that a cruise missile cannot match. This is somewhat-counterbalanced by the SLBM being visible to radar over much of its flight. Good for where the ‘warning’ will not reach the targeted people in time…

(Add the ‘we can hit you first’ language, and this is very destabilizing – to the point where ‘others’ might pull the trigger first…)

    • goshawks on February 3, 2018 at 10:52 pm

      Same magazine, p.74:
“The draft NPR also calls for tighter integration of U.S. nuclear and conventional forces, including training and exercising. The document repeatedly asserts that this will not enable ‘nuclear war-fighting’, but if this isn’t preparing for nuclear war-fighting, what is? The policy deliberately blurs the line between nuclear and conventional forces and eliminates a clear nuclear firewall.”

    TRAIN CRASH COMMENT
A reader sent:Comment on Tracy Beanz youtube about train: “I live a few miles from where this train accident occurred. Actually, I have trash pick up service with this company & have for many years. The owner lives just down the road from me. They are all the nicest people , even offering a senior discount to people like me & my husband. I do know this happened, because I spoke to the lady who works the front desk this morning & she was so broken up, crying on the phone. I truly believe this was a false flag. It makes NO sense for that truck to have been on that track @ that time.

This wasn’t one of the regular trash trucks like pick up @ my home, but one of those huge tandem trucks. Whatever was done to cause this infuriates me. I am aware how vehicles, trains, planes can be controlled & I say, ‘ may the ones responsible burn in hell !”

Honour is honesty, and THAT is cultural construction. Beasts of nature have no honour. They sneak upon each other to eat each other. That is natural behaviour.

Today, honour is only a reminiscence of an ancient clan culture of Europe. Deep state is a lurking sneaky beast, that does not reveal itself, hunting in the night.

To step forward into light of Day, is what Day of Judgement is all about. That is the difference between beast and Man. Such Men are born equal IN LIGHT OF DAY.

The Break Away contingent has to be mentioned as a candidate. Along with what I’ve called SPECTRE aka BCCI that was funded by BushCo.. IMHO, there is a thread that runs thru BushCo, BCCI and what is lurking about on the southern continent.. As a side note, here in the SW Chem Trails have been off the charts. It’s use as counter measure to inertia-less field propulsion could be a possible explanation. Please note, that I hold the Dems and the Reps in the same class as the Corleones and the Barzinis..

    • SoCal G on February 3, 2018 at 12:22 pm

The Chem Trails are also continuing here unabated in the very SW corner of Cali, Aridzonan. It seems they don’t want the natural cloud cover we generally have, but clear blue skies. Which I do not like.

If the current debacle over the Clinton Dossier (and that’s who wrote it, one of their operatives named Shearer) gets as far as Mueller getting thrown out, then you can look for the real fireworks to start. Mueller has been covering up for the Deep State in the FBI at least since 9/11. And when you get into that you get to the Bushes, the second financial system and real trouble. That is going to be WW3 and I think Trump and the military are really going to try to take them down. Pray for them all, pray for the country. (Look at the faces of the joint chiefs; this is epic stuff folks.)

    • zendogbreath on February 3, 2018 at 10:12 pm

Is it some of the joint chiefs against eric prince n the other joint chiefs? What does amway education csarina betsy devos think of this? This swamp gets too confusing too quick. A paul wellstone here n there sure might add a bit of clarity.

      • Jeannie on February 4, 2018 at 1:59 am

Paul Wellstone was one of the very few democrats I actually liked. Didn’t necessarily agree with everything he may have espoused but I thought he was honest and had integrity. Probably why they offed him. Another one I liked was James Trafficant; (though he may have been an Independent?)

*Speaking of congressional proceedings etc, which I used to watch a lot of on C-SPAN back in the mid 1990’s, 😉

  13. basta on February 3, 2018 at 7:10 am

Yes something big is definitely going on, and has been since well before the election. At transition time you were focusing on the unsavoriness and instability of the Saudi regime and I remarked several times that the real dumpster fire was in Washington and that Trump would never be accepted by the Swamp and that the crisis would only escalate. Well, here it is.

The real extraterritorial cabal is the international globalist-Bolshevik mafia, which had a stranglehold on the West until Trump was put in power by the TPTB in the US military complex, because they obviously had had enough and could no longer suffer the thought of yet more rampant venality and criminality under the Clinton crime family. Trump was a better alternative than a military coup, and they clearly convinced the Vampire Squid to go along with Trump, as those are his two power bases — they make up the majority of his cabinet and hold all the important posts and they are the groups at which he is literally throwing fistfuls of fiat.

So basically you have a deep state civil war going on between the military and the Goldmanites on one hand and the Bolshevik globalists on the other. Seen through this optic it all makes perfect sense. I think also it’s pretty clear that the NSA has thrown its lot in with Trump which explains why he has such uncanny timing in setting his Twatter traps.

The Executive Order is also a big part of this, because it declares a State of Emergency which trips the provisions for wealth confiscation of enemy combatants and those involved in systemic corruption and human trafficking (hmm, now who could that ever be?) enumerated in the Order — which let’s face it is modeled directly on the Saudi shakedown.

Right now and for the foreseeable future it’s trench warfare and the Trump coalition is fighting department by department to gain control, and quite obviously they need to capture the FBI and DoJ as their beachhead in subduing the rest of the bureaucracy. That’s where we’re at now. The train “accident” was of course nothing of the sort, but a warning to the GOP congress critters from the Bolshis with love.

Trump’s remarks about nuking “anyone else” is a bit of rhetorical hyperbole directed at the Bolshevik cabal methinks, wishful thinking.

Basta: “… a deep state civil war going on between the military and the Goldmanites on one hand and the Bolshevik globalists on the other.”

Agreed. The only thing I am unclear-on is whether the two ‘sides’ are truly independent or whether a higher-level PTB is using them in the usual Problem -> Reaction -> Solution gambit…

    • Jeannie on February 4, 2018 at 2:09 am

“Seen through this optic it all makes perfect sense.”

Sure does. Thanks for this perspective.

Wouldnt it be funny if they use the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act, to impound their own politicians (funny being, that it was Obama who signed it, and perhaps its Obama who’ll be sent to Gitmo under it)
