Stereo and TV

Dr. Farrell on Your Stereo or TV + Alexa?

TV AND STEREO: If you have a Bose or Sonos sound system, Roku Apple TV, Kindle Fire tablet or TV device, major Smart TV, recent Xbox, or even an iphone or ipad, you can pull up the iHeartRadio app and listen to Giza's podcast. It's not just here on the website. Of course, we hope you'll come back here to enter your comments and see what others are saying or asking (in the Live Vidchats).

ALEXA AND GOOGLE HOME: Ostensibly, this means you can also hear it on your Amazon Echo or Google Home voice-activated smart device–BUT we haven't been able to do it for one simple reason. It seems that these devices are smart enough to go get a podcast from iHeartRadio but News and Views from the Nefarium a) sounds like other "news/views" podcasts and b) it doesn't understand the word "Nefarium". D'oh! If someone has one of these 2 devices and can crack that nut for us, please tell us how you made it work!

There may be other devices we didn't mention, as well.

GOOGLE HOME: Say "OK Google, play the latest podcast by Joseph P. Farrell" or "OK Google, play the latest podcast by Joseph P. Farrell on Google Play Music."

  1. Try “NSA, play news and views from Nefarium”. Maybe they can help in NSA and redirect your voice command to the correct podcast.

    1. lol………

I have xfinity, and under “app” I just say “youtube” — now put on some Doc Farrell before we hazzzz us a dustup! :–)

  2. Funny this. Don’t know what you are talking about! Don’t own any of these devices.
Smart = what I avoid at all costs, hmm, in devices that is.
