THE AIR FORCE AND ANTIMATTER

I am constantly amazed at the quality of information the "Gizars" send me, and today's example sent along by Mr. G.B., who deserves a major thank you and "doff of the hat" for this find, is a case in point. This one is nothing less than a whopper-doozie, particularly for all of us who have been following and hypothesizing about "secret space programs" and Mr. Richard Dolan's hypothesis of a breakaway civilization, for today's blog is not about an article, but about a pdf file of what apparently is a powerpoint presentation on the use of antimatter as a source of energy and propulsion.

Yes, you read that correctly: the use of antimatter as a source of energy and propulsion. Much more importantly, the pdf is dated March of 2004, and I want to spend some time pointing out certain pages within it, though it should be stated, that every page is worth consideration and commentary, but unfortunately, time and space do not permit it. Here is Mr. G.B.'s highly important discovery:

Propulsion and Power with Positrons

So let's dive in:

Note on the very first page that the presentation is sponsored by the "Munitions Directorate" and the "Air Force Research Laboratory." This will assume major significance in a moment.

Then on page 10, after outlining the basic principles of using positron production for energy, there is a schematic that should give T.Townsend Brown fans some pause, for page 10 consists of a schematic showing a standard jet turbine with a twist, and the twist is Townsend Brown's idea of using a jet turbine to turn an electrical generator, and charge the exhaust to create a charge differential between a leading positively charged region in front of an aircraft, and a negatively charged region in back of it. The charge difference between these two regions, in turn, creates added thrust of an electromagnetic nature. The twist here is the use of positrons to create the actual heat of the exhaust. And then note also what it states at the bottom of the page: "Exo-atmospheric  Capability Achieved by including Onboard working fluid tanks."

Exo-atmospheric capability: let that one sink in.

But wait, it gets much better: on page 13, the report "flashes back" to a 1955 project, called Project Rover, to create a nuclear-reactor propulsion system, complete with a picture of a nuclear rocket... from 1955, which, it notes, was successfully tested in 1964. Now, skip forward to page 43, and note the advantage of antimatter as a reaction system for an energy and propulsion system: "No nuclear residue." This is worth spending some time with, because as most people are aware, standard fission reactions leave "residue", a nice euphemistic way of saying "radioactivity" which, when it comes to fission bombs (atom bombs), is "fallout". Fusion reactions, similarly, spit out lots of gamma rays and fast particles, which again is a deadly "residue." But matter-antimatter reactions are total annihilation reactions: there is no "nuclear residue" left over. Why is this significant? I suspect that there is more going on with this interest in antimatter than merely for energy or propulsion, for recall that on page 1 this is being sponsored by the "Munitions Directorate," and a matter-antimatter bomb, if sufficient antimatter could be collected and successfully contained, could be much more powerful than the largest hydrogen bomb, and leave no nasty "nuclear residue"... easier said than done, to be sure, but if you and I can think of it, rest assured, they have too. In short, a breakthrough both in the creation and containment of antimatter would open doors to energy sources, propulsion sources, and an entirely new class of weapons of mass destruction (which could be made to order, from very small yields to very large yields), all in one fell swoop. The result for propulsion purposes, as page 43 also notes, is the capability for "extended missions" not of mere hours, but an entire month (and presumably, much longer), for any craft employing such "exo-atmospheric" technologies. The applications to space are self-evident.

This is followed, on page 44, with the usual "brainstorming" slide, which, includes a picture of a "stealthy lifting fan airframe." For those familiar with the human side of the UFO story, this will sound very familiar, for the earliest German, and later post-war Canadian and American efforts to create vectored jet exhaust vertical lifting airframes are well-known. Interestingly enough, the Air Force, according to this file, is still talking about the idea in 2004, but this time in conjunction with antimatter combined with Townsend Brown's "charged jet exhaust" idea.

This is followed by page 45, where the proposed technology of the lifting airframe is touted as being able to give 24/7, thirty-day long "battle space coverage", which, let it be observed, is depicted as being over Iraq. One has to wonder if, indeed, the technology is "proposed", or actual.  And if there were any doubts that all of this has potential for deep space, page 48 dispels it by noting its applicability to "Human Development and Exploration of Space."

Lastly, on page 50, lest all of this be thought to be "purely theoretical," the penultimate page/slide in the presentation makes the statement "proof of principle experiments are being conducted."

Let that one, too, sink in: proof of concept experiments in antimatter propulsion and energy... and, ultimate, bombs.

While this is not "proof" of a secret space program, it is a glimpse through a very tightly sealed door. And if the Air Force is willing to talk openly about this, one wonders what lurks behind the walls of classification.

See you on the flip side...

My favorite heading the presentation is “Presto! Light Creates Matter”.
By colliding lasers with electron streams they can boost the frequency from visible light to gamma rays. Almost like overblowing a flute and sounding a harmonic. And when the harmonics blow back into the fundamental the crowding and interference of the photons generates positron-electron pairs. That sounds like music of the spheres to me.

well the Bula plant at Austwitz is a good example of something afoot sideways. 20,000 convicts, using the energy of Berlin , the fifth largest city in the world at the time total war emergency need for artificial rubber and not one kilo produced despite being given the technology (like Russia was given technology through lend lease and what Major Jordan’s diaries showed). Even How It’s Made S15 showed the process, not rocket science, which is probably rocket science they were working on (or the Bell as our host postulated in his book).
As a cynic I say show me the levitating brick, but they would say (like the psycopathic serial killer in Mean Creek movie).. I could show you, but then I’d have to kill you.
Either the internet century is working against their ancient secret cults (that have Hijacked the World – Henry Makow’s term) or the aliens are letting go of the sluice.. why we deserve it and why we can be trusted with it I know not.
Perhaps it’s a matter of taste or the last straw for those Chosenites of Alien Favors. (eg Columbas got his GPS coordinates through the Medici’s?). Or they have invented nothing since killing whitie and are doing the Hollywood Jerk job on us again.

For the record, I also was able to find the file here:

I found it because I thought that the question posed at the top of page 51 was interesting, “Will we get out of the Gravity well or not.”

I thought it was so interesting that I searched the exact quote in google, and bam found the link!

“Will we get out of the Gravity well or not?” An interesting question sprinkled into the mix from the NASA Innovative Advanced Concepts (NIAC) group.

When looking at “Cost to Demo” (page 4): Lab-$5m, Field-$90m, or Prototype-$2B

I cant help but think of a certain bumbling Lockheed project (Hint: F-35). My guess, is that project(s) such as this are intended to “fail”, as a way to hide funding for something much more groundbreaking. Depending on where you look, the estimated cost for the F35 is tipping the scales near $1.5T! It’s safe to say, this project may have been used as smoke and mirrors for some much more exotic tech development listed in this PDF.

The money is going somewhere, my guess is that TPTB, are prepping the battle space before opening up the gravity well to their future labor force. Perhaps much of the obvious infighting among the factions within the globalists, is indeed some sort of turf war over spheres of influence in the coming space based economy. If/when tech such as this is revealed, it would be an extinction level event for many of the current oligarchs respective industries.

Ronin, yes. There are several large-cost programs that have ‘put-out’ so little for the money supposedly invested in them – from satellites to aircraft carriers to aircraft (B-2s at a billion dollars apiece???) – that they just scream of money-siphoning. Plus, at the Federal Reserve level, “Quantitative Easing” – throwing of newly-created money at corporations – could easily be the same thing. Etc., etc. Something really big is afoot that the public knows naught of…

      • Ronin on September 7, 2018 at 7:42 pm

Completely agree. The proposed budget requirements are the tell. This presentation is proposing some of the most ground breaking advancements in energy, and costs roughly the same as as 2 B-2’s. “Joe Public’s” tax dollars yield negative ROI publically, while privatly funding prospects that in theory could reach for the stars.

What comes to mind as it comes to mind:

I’m seeing the phrase ‘breakaway civilization alot more lately from alot more different people. How long before (or ago) this is co-opted and used for psyop?

Rossi’s production and/or cold fusion seem another smaller version of the same. Seems all variations on elect univ theory of 4th state of matter – solid liquid gas and plasma(which comprises vast majority of evrything). Have they learned to drink from the well of energy that is all thru and around us? That defines us?

How much is a ton of antimatter?

Biggest aspect is confirmation of nuke rocket tested in’64. That and lack o residue with this tech might splain why rockheads et al have no fear nor distaste of the burning tire neckaced around earths neck that we call atomic energy.

Rockheads act as tho they have the cure for radiation poisoning. No residue tech sounds like tech that can reverse such residue too.

Thank you Mr. G.B. Page 4: Time to prototype 15 years. Assuming they approved it in 2004, we should have a prototype next year!

  7. marcos toledo on September 6, 2018 at 8:00 pm

This brings up Nick Pope book on anti-gravity and is antimatter more achievable than fusion. And is nuclear fission-fusion reactor technology been a front smokescreen for the real technology and while we are at it lets throw in Nicola Tesla whos work was buried in the black vaults of suppressed technologies?

  8. Kelly Em on September 6, 2018 at 7:00 pm

Recall too the recent MIT experment with anti-hydrgen ?.. I always considered that if they could be placed into individual magnetic bubbles inside a lattice, that might be stable, and produce a lot of power.

Energy produced is a minimum of 1 million electron volts per annihilation. The photons produced move in opposite directions and they are gamma rays. Using a special cocktail, one gamma ray photon can be produced as well as other particles depending on the cocktail

That’s a huge amount of power, scaled up to the macro layer. Anti H would be orders of magnitude more efficient.

I would say that serious – Really Serious – work on producing antimatter started during initial Operation Paperclip days. (Task-focused Manhattan Project-scale facilities being built.) It was probably the coalescence of the headiness of WWII science/technology progress, the advanced thinking of the German scientists, Cold War fears/competitiveness, and maybe a little ‘other’ (*cough* Roswell *cough*) influence…

And I do not believe the Armed Forces ever had anything to do with serious antimatter production. It went Deep Black immediately. And ‘sky’s-the-limit’ budget. (And you’re dead if you talk about it.) The actual facilities are likely underground and/or way off in the wilderness somewhere (both for secrecy and if-they-blow reasons).

Antimatter useage is such a game-changer that real TPTB and deep-state types would be drawn to it like a moth to a flame. I suspect ‘we’ are covertly producing TONS of it (perhaps weekly) by now…

Couple this with “gravity-resistant” material and what do we get?

  11. Robert Barricklow on September 6, 2018 at 11:21 am

No doubt this “information” has been breached. Too many chiefs w/handlers; too politicized to have been contained. But the rumor will be that it is secure knowledge, w/the right people in charge.
    The MADeleine Albright syndrome:
What good is it if we don’t use it.
MAD in that killing 1/2 million children is the right thing.
    More champagne?

I applaud this discovery and Mr. G.B. for sharing it. It does make me wonder.

I remember hearing Richard Hoagland breaking down the acronym as “Never A Straight Answer” over a decade ago–and by then it was well known among members who followed the UFO issue. I stayed away for years because of the absence of credibility and discernment. That community gave all serious thinkers about the really strange a bad name. I also learned, from him, that NASA is by charter a military agency but operates as a public front for the USAF. Since this article originates in the USAF I consider this a part of that “public relations” effort. If nothing more this article published in that venue might have been a test to see how quickly these disclosures will leak into the public domain. It’s at a minimum a measure of the attention the public is giving to these matters. This paper does have that marketing veneer associated with it.

I still believe the real secrets are not stored in the USAF’s domain since aircraft are virtually impossible to keep “hidden” in the long term. I’ve even considered the hypothesis that the USAF may actually be part of the technology delivery pipeline for products produced by the black research community. I believe the real secret black projects related to space are conducted by the USN. Navies are tasked to sail the oceans and seas–and what is space other than just another “ocean”. With so much ocean out there it’s a perfect environment to train and prepare for space exploration–both in the earth’s aquatic oceans and in space. As I read these stories I am constantly thinking about the huge budget attached to the USN–and wonder how much of that is used for off-world purposes. The USN is all about “heavy lift with long term presence” whereas the USAF is about the “fast and furious strike”. The stated mission in this document for the air force is dominance of a planet’s atmosphere, but if there is ever going to be a long term presence of humans in space a navy is most certainly involved! It’s what THEY do. (I’m not shouting, but punctuating for effect.)

    • OrigensChild on September 6, 2018 at 9:00 am

As Goshawks will quickly note, I am thinking in terms of Babylon 5 again. The Babylon station was primarily conceived as a naval facility for long term deployment and support of a space force tasked to facilitate an ambassadorial purpose. It’s primary defense mechanisms include various arrays of cannon and aircraft–both traditionally associated with naval stations. Though both are part of the naval armament strategy, the technology for the explorer and defense aircraft on that station is technology used by an air force. It’s the sexy part–and the easiest to sell to the public when requisitioning more dollars from a government to facilitate research and deployment of new technologies.

Perhaps the Shadow ships’ cutting beam weapons were fueled by a matter/antimatter ‘power source’…
