Mr. A.F. sent this one along, and it's worth pondering the mind manipulation implications, for if they can do it with music, they can do it with "voices":

And yet, they only recently admitted the Cuban embassy attacks might be a similar technology.

    what’s that REM song about? Dan Rather got beat down by a guy hearing voices? What’s the frequency Kenneth? Rather allegedly never did get splained as to why two well dressed guys beat him steadily in public repeatedly asking him that. although rather appeared on stage with REM with that song years later right? yeh and the presidents head was seen to slump forward and to the right.

    amazing the way these technologies all tie in. scalar, sound, light, micro,… it’s all energy. didn’t tesla and birkeland and alfven and…. say such things repeatedly? along with the electric universe guys? more amazing the way we’re all so dumbed down and can’t even see that we’re dumbed down. like horses that can’t even see their own hobbles.
