I don't often report on UFO sightings, but this one shared by Mr. J.D. of a sighting in Australia grabbed my attention, both for its sensational nature, as well as for the opportunity for some of our daily dose of high octane speculation. According to this story, a triangular UFO was spotted in Australia and actually filmed during a major lightning storm:

UFO struck by lightning in bizarre video prompts theory it was 'charging its batteries'

The article itself advances the theory that the object is not only a vehicle of some sort, but a human vehicle reverse engineered from "alien technology" and part of the USA's secret arsenal of fiield propulsion craft. Well, I don't know about that, but it sure does go a long way to explaining where some of the missing $21,000,000,000,000.00 might have gone. But nevermind my own speculations here; the article states that the original UFO Today version has it's own theory:

"It seems these mysterious objects are feeding on the 200000 ampere lightning strikes to load their intergalactic batteries."

It's this kind of wildness that so frustrates me about Ufology, or in this case, perhaps Ufoology. To describe the object as capable of "intergalactic" travel without any adequate data for that conclusion is going way beyond the evidence. We don't even know (1) if it is an object, and (2) if it is, whether or not it's even capable of interplanetary travel within our own solar system, let alone our own galaxy, much less between galaxies. All we have is a video of a triangular "something" in the midst of a lot of lightning arcs. That said, I don't know about you, but it certainly looks like an object to me, and not just an unusual cloud formation, a trick of light(ning) and shadow, or swamp gas, or any of the other frivolous explanations that have come from the UFO skeptic crowd either.

But the article does get one thing right: UFO sightings do seem to cluster around electrical activity, recall only the famous 1965 blackout in parts of New England and Ontario. During that event there were several UFO sightings, many of them near bodies of water or power lines and substations. Not all UFO sightings, to be sure, exhibit this pattern, but at least enough of them do to suggest some sort of pattern is in evidence. In addition, any one familiar with UFO literature will be aware that in many encounters with UFOs, electrical equipment often tends to malfunction, or cease functioning completely.

All of this brings me to my high octane speculation for the day: what if the basic theory advanced in the article were reversed? What if, instead of "charging its intergalactic batteries" the object is in fact creating, or at least, amplifying local atmospheric electrical dipoles? Such a theory would seem to square better with other patterns of electrical activity reported with UFOs, as mentioned above. There is of course a major problem with that theory as well, and that is simply that triangular UFOs have been seen by many witnesses, from the famous "Phoenix lights" episode to the more dramatic sightings of such objects in Belgium, and so on. In those instances, the dramatic electrical activity of a lightning storm was not present. But this does not mean one should throw out the hypothesis entirely, for local atmospheric conditions in those instances may have been very different. The upshot is that in such sightings as this extraordinary one in Australia, perhaps we must expand our data collection, and start making careful notes about such conditions. This might yield some fruitful information and provide new insights into the phenomenon, and the potential technology behind it.

See you on the flip side...

. . . “”video of a triangular “something” in the midst of a lot of lightning arcs,””. . Maybe – maybe not. . . There might be two – one further in the segment and brilliantly lit. . .

. . . One is not so quick to jump-on-the-old-bandwagon for such quick shots from mediocre devices. . . Makes one wonder though if that original YouTube segment can be incrementally partitioned into many frames for closer analysis in a lab or someone’s hobby photo lab. . . Some of those photo and video processing machines are quite sophisticated to bring out accurate details as much as fabricate fraudulent pics. . . The video controls are difficult to manage on these online devices as they are limited and imprecise. . . The camera lens and internal electronics of the original device could have an effect, I suppose. . . If genuine and informative after closer scrutiny, those terrestrial and celestial grid coordinates, time, and further ambient conditions could be useful to investigators toward correlations with similar or other suggestive camera takes. . . Thanks for the link. . .

Certainly not UFOFOOROO, the Flying kangaroo. the only triangles would be wings falling off because of the Wigner effect from Fukushima radiation.(/Leuren Moret) as they become no longer Virgin airlines re safety records (/Rain Man movie)

    on another note:
think i finally got a category to fit robert david steele into – he’s part of the bigger larp of q.

after epstein gets off with one count of prostitution and no mention of the dozens if not hundreds of counts of child rape (and no mention of his blackmail business working for foreign intel – guess who he worked for and who he blackmails), does anyone here still believe in q and a coming swamp cleaning of podestas clintons bushes and all?

Epstein is going back under the hammer.. that’s why he collapsed all the tunnels under his ‘Temple of the Mount’ copy/rapeden of children.
Im not normally a violent man.. but sometimes I really think that our ancestors had a better grip on reality than we do..a good session of sawing drawing quartering and a judas stool for good measure.. then you can start asking him some questions if you want..

just the way this whole “evil rich people running the world” meme is being brought up (aka rammed into our consciousness) has me at least as suspicious as i am that it’s all true and understated.

meanwhile, i’m not seeing any evidence that it’s isn’t all true and understated and that these people are more monsters than louis XIV was depicted as. other than the fact that david icke, alex jones, robert david steele, and a long list of such folk are still alive. and publishing.

there sure is a whole lot work being done on that one old wall in the back of pluto’s cave, right?

i dunno doc. seems a few too many suspicious fires forcing a few too many walkabouts to revise all policies and plans.

how ironic i got this today. so perhaps they were refueling.

Pine Gap in Australia has numerous reports of UFO activities, perhaps one of theirs/ours who really knows, everything regarding the Space projects are secret from the public.

If this reverse-engineered technology which is it. Our distant past think Atlantis probably the name of a nation or empire from our prehistoric past or the premise of the film The Pit from the mid-sixties of the last century.

Applying science of deduction on Runic matrix, ufology becomes logical necessity. Both Hakenkreuz and Fasces are symbols, that are originally Runic, spawn from the Pyramid.

Castrated swamp brains apply six million sentiments to their narrow thinking, and cannot rise, into the iron age of logical thinking. Being warlike, is challenging one’s own limitations.

Death is great and glorious, when going through stone, drawing sword from stone, cutting way through stone, being standing stone. That is Druidic – pre-biblical and post-biblical.

Looks a bit like a B2 to me. I immediately went he same place Joseph did – what if the UFO is causing or enhancing the lightning?

Perhaps they can weaponize weather with their powerful EM fields.

    Ufoology – loved it!

Once again, they know the sightings are going to, and are subject to mass viewing/narratives within groups worldwide. They want to control both. W/digitization the “video/view” can be manipulated. As far as the narrative? Look no further than History’s series: Ancient Aliens.
It’s a fun exercise for myself to puzzle out why they’re framing the narratives in certain ways – to obfuscate certain truths.
They don’t want the masses grasping the truths behind these sightings, and laughingly disseminating them among themselves, as if they were frisbees against mind control.

Actually, its a fun exercise w/all mainstream propaganda.

I can recommend Triangular UFOs: An Estimate of the Situation by David Marler (2013). For many good comments, go to:

Personally, I think of these as the Model T’s of the UFO world. The Greys probably sold their ‘boneyard’ castoffs to the militaries/SSPs of the world for our missing gold and our DNA samples. Since then, Triangular UFO sightings have been on an upswing…

The only problem with this situation is that said militaries/SSPs think they are hot stuff. They imagine that they are close technologically to the ETs. More likely, they probably obtained the equivalent of WWI SPAD-level biplane fighter aircraft technology compared to SR-71 Blackbird-level tech. So, strutting their stuff may not be the wisest, unless they want the ETs to laugh at them…

    • WalkingDead on November 29, 2018 at 8:52 am

I tend to agree with you, however, I might add we may be dealing with multiple species, some more advanced than others.
The craft we may have been able to reverse engineer seem to be more shuttle craft than anything else. I’m betting there are much larger craft out there we haven’t gotten anywhere near.
What’s coming they feel the urgent need to prepare for? A promised “return” of someone from our distant past?

    • Margaret on November 29, 2018 at 9:36 pm

You are so right … for the ET’s this is antiquated technology … how much more must reverse engineering or anti-gravity be discussed on Earth when it has been over 60 years hearing this from the Nazis. What amuses me is that everyone assumes the aliens use the same technology as they did during Roswell. They use plasma technology for their energy. Plasma is the 4th matter of energy, more abundant than anything else in the universe. But we on Earth cannot even begin to understand plasma in order to use it. The aliens have nothing to worry about except for stupid humans & their egos.
