As you can tell from recent blogs, the readers of this website and I have been focused a lot on what we're calling "Disaster capitalism." (Incidentally, one reader informed me that the origin of the term "disaster capitalism" was from a 2007 book by IRC Klein titled The Shock Doctrine: The Rise of Disaster Capitalism). Anyway, back to the subject at hand: I've been thinking a great deal about this concept recently, and particularly during the bad weather that has moved through my region of the country and cut a swath of flooding and tornadoes all the way to Ohio. In the midst of all this, I was also able to conduct an interview with authoress Elana Freeland, whose book Under an Ionized Sky is an encyclopedia of geophysical engineering technologies. During the interview, she made what I regard as an intriguing observation which one may summarize as follows:
Given the extent of chemtrail spraying, the development and constant use of electromagnetic technologies in conjunction with it - from ionospheric heaters to cellphone towers and so on - and given the length of time that this activity has taken place, one has to conclude that virtually no weather system today is entirely "natural". All of it, she argues, is to some extent the product of weather modification. (That interview is available in the members' area of the website.)
Yesterday I blogged about an article that appeared in 2017 in the U.K.'s The Guardian, an article by Naomi Klein. In it, she cited former U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, which I will cite again, because all this context is essential to today's high octane speculation, here's a reminder of Tillerson's comment from yesterday's blog and the Guardian article:
At a public event in 2012, Tillerson acknowledged that climate change was happening – but what he said next was revealing: “as a species”, humans have always adapted. “So we will adapt to this. Changes to weather patterns that move crop production areas around – we’ll adapt to that.”(Emphasis added)
With that in mind, V.T. sent along an article yesterday that is important enough, in this context, that I've moved the rest of my pre-scheduled blogs around this week in order to present the article in this "disaster capitalism" context:
In discussing the two types of disaster capitalism - (1) engineered crises and (2) crises of opportunity - I've implicitly employed a model that has "our" people doing the disaster capitalism to pick up land on the cheap, and that could certainly be the case with the "pattern" of bad weather that seems to be stalled over the center of the country. But, it could equally be someone else creating the situation to gobble up land on the cheap; consider these statements from the article:
All across America, U.S. farmland is being gobbled up by foreign interests. So when we refer to “the heartland of America”, the truth is that vast stretches of that “heartland” is now owned by foreigners, and most Americans have no idea that this is happening. These days, a lot of people are warning about the “globalization” of the world economy, but in reality our own soil is rapidly being “globalized”. When farms are locally owned, the revenue that those farms take in tends to stay in local communities. But with foreign-owned farms there is no guarantee that will happen. And while there is plenty of food to go around this is not a major concern, but what happens when a food crisis erupts and these foreign-owned farms just keep sending their produce out of the country? There are some very serious national security concerns here, and they really aren’t being addressed. Instead, the amount of farmland owned by foreigners just continues to increase with each passing year.
Ohio, like Texas, also has no restrictions, and nearly half a million acres of prime farmland are held by foreign-owned entities. In the northwestern corner of the state, below Toledo, companies from the Netherlands alone have purchased 64,000 acres for wind farms.
The communist Chinese government has actually made the purchase of foreign agricultural assets a top national priority in recent years, and this has been reflected in a series of key documents…
The strategy is reflected in encouragements to invest abroad by various documents and articles issued by Chinese leaders. For example, a series of annual “Number one documents” from China’s communist party authorities stating rural policy have contained increasingly specific strategies for investment. A general exhortation to invest in agriculture overseas, issued in 2007, was followed by an initial surge in overseas farming ventures. In 2010, authorities called for supportive policies to encourage investment abroad.
The 2014 document included a more specific mandate to create large grain-trading conglomerates, designed to give Chinese companies greater control over oilseed and grain imports. That was the same year COFCO acquired Nidera and Noble Agri, making COFCO one of the largest trading companies in the world based on value of assets. The 2015 document specifically called for policies to support facilities, equipment, and inputs for agricultural production in foreign countries. The 2017 document broadened the encouragement to include all types of agricultural conglomerates. The 2018 document repeated the general endorsement of overseas investment and instructions to create multinational grain-trading and agricultural conglomerates.
It is interesting to ponder the fact that China also recently announced a plan to develop a massive weather modification infrastructure on Tibet... note that I said on Tibet, rather than in Tibet, because they intend to spread this infrastructure over that entire occupied country. Given that conjunction, one must entertain the idea - in addition to Ms. Freeland's observation that all weather systems now are to some degree engineered - that all weather systems now might be part of ongoing "weather wars" between oligarchies with the technologies to do so.
However, this is the problem with geophysical engineering technologies. Above, I implied a scenario in which the Chinese, or some other party, are conducting weather warfare to acquire US farmland on the cheap. But what's also intriguing to contemplate is the fact that the recent weather systems stalled over the country, from the Texas panhandle up through Oklahoma, Missouri, southern Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio, is the region where foreign agricultural investment has been the heaviest. So it is possible that it might be "our guys" practicing disaster capitalism to -reacquire that land on the cheap from those "foreign investors."
All of this strongly suggests a methodology to determine whether such speculations and hypotheses did in fact occur. Unfortunately, by the nature of the case, most of the components of that methodology tend to be ex post facto. That method is simply to compare the financial beneficiaries of such disasters to post disaster activity, and to monitor the weather systems themselves very closely: screenshots of weather systems, radar signatures, and so on. For example, during the bad weather last week, I noticed - and commented to interested parties privately - that the systems seemed to display almost identical patterns of development from one day to the next; it was a kind of "copy and paste" weather system. Its behavior was similar each day, with rapid spin-up tornadoes leaving the warning system little time to respond. A similar detailed approach also needs to be taken with respect to financial activity involving hard assets: real estate, infrastructure, agribusiness and so on. A sudden increase of selling of such assets in a region might signal an impending weather disaster. The goal of such a methodology is to build up detailed data correlations between weather (or other geophysical) disaster, and financial activity. Such methodology would also include, of course, careful tracking of chemtrail spraying activity prior to storms.
What I'm suggesting is that we need a network like MUFON (The Mutual UFO network) and a set of guidelines to track such activity. MUFON is essentially a group of amateur UFO trackers, with an established set of guildelines for taking and filing UFO reports. Currently we have many people, like Freeland, Carnicom, Hayes and so on, tracking the geophysical modification technologies and weather disasters. Indeed, if weather is no longer entirely natural, then financial profit and power from its manipulation are now a regular feature of interaction, and regular features of interaction, especially of this nature, need organization to track it, and expose it, for such technologies and their use are themselves, as Ms. Freeland also observes, part of that secret space program infrastructure that has been developed in previous decades.
