As you might have guessed, I've been focused this week and last week mostly on "space stuff" and "strange stuff", courtesy of one of our regular reader/article contributors, "B", who has turned into quite the patent sniffer-discoverer, and this latest one is... well, let's put it this way: George Lucas would love this one, and it's one of those things that I just have to talk about, because "B" found something in this patent that will probably send your suspicion meter into the red zone, just like it did mine. Here's the patent pdf:

You've probably already noticed that this patent is relatively recent (August 2018), and you've also probably noticed that, like that "electrostatic generator" that "B" found and that I blogged about, it is also assigned to the US Navy, and it's by the same individual. And finally, you may have noticed it is by the same inventor.
Before we go any further, however, a cautionary word about patents: if one looks at patents, people are filing patents all the time for all sorts of weird stuff. Patents are a claim, not a proof, for an idea. Presumably, people actually build what they patent, and the people reviewing patents have to determine if the claim at least is possible, but in the final analysis, just because someone files a patent implies nothing about whether the idea does or does not work. The patent claims it does, but one has to build it to make sure. Obviously, I have no way of building a device as described in this patent. So with that little caveat on the record, let's dive into the high octane speculation.

Alex Collier says we have all this technology in the off planet space program of the breakaway civilization.
This technology was used to slow the orbit of Nabiru to minimize it impact on our solar system and to move asteroids in the debris field trailing Nabiru’s orbit. This is being brought to our navy as a fail safe to remove any missed ateroids.
Finally, the point here is the concept of violating, to some measures, planetary limits for the next colonial conquest; the next escape from what the debt-money-machine has wrought. Their ongoing narrative linear escape is illusionary, at best.
Earth is our living home, the only one we have; and the crisis our so-called leadership has fashioned, is in fact-a consequence of the colonialization of the Earth, of diverse cultures, and the absence of accountability for the destruction caused by colonization.
Escape is what led to colonization in the past-and the same line of logic of mastery & conquest is being applied now to colonize other planets & mine asteroids. It’s the Cecil Rhodes model/We must find new lands from which we can easily obtain raw materials and at the same time exploit the cheap slave labor[and robots] that is available from the natives of the colonies. The colonies would also provide the dumping grounds for the surplus goods produced in our factories.
This is what the economy of the 1% is modelled on. The tools of extraction and the colonies might change, but the methods of colonization remain unchanged-grab and steal what belongs to others, make it your own property, collect rents from the original owners, and convert the displaced into cheep slave labor to provide raw material, as well as to become the market for your industrial products.
There is a 3rd option-that of staying alive by caring for the Earth and for each other, rejuvenating the planet and our common humanity.

. . . In all likelihood, there are several Si-Fi writer’s and film makers who’d find this itemized patent accounting interesting if not idea and thought provoking toward screen scripting. George Lucas and friends, no doubt, some of them. Given how one can view these patent applications there are likely [other] interested parties outside of borders that would also find some of them interesting and thought provoking, too, analogous to white information one would acquire through documents of an adversary. One could also ponder the notion of where such ideas of NON-conventional propulsion systems might come from if not from secondhand written accounts or actual observations over the decades and centuries of unusual craft not using the usual lift mechanism of conventional human made aircraft or balloons.
An advocate and supporter of constitutional rights and privileges, 1st Amendment one of them, these documents, science magazines, and university papers and patent applications are a means to disseminate information to an adversary – unwittingly and intentionally – even for a surveillance network to gain free data of strategic value. One would be more interested in how this individual or group of individuals intends to navigate this assemblage of parts within the space / time it would manifest once constructed while accounting for the fields already part of this planetary system to start. Watching a graphical representation of how such devices might traverse the space – time they are apparent is usually fun, but how to navigate that space – time this device is apparent seems a more important task for a patent developer and for others to construct a feasible working device. One maintains that some aerial craft that do not use atmosphere for lift yet can maneuver astonishingly well, as if defying current human physics and physical tolerances, in an atmosphere environment and outside one, that they DO NOT fly – they Navigate that which is, that space – time they are apparent despite what currently limited biological sensory perceptions allow. Will this device allow functional navigation or simply be another expensive oddity for the museum of trial, failure, and loss?
Aside from the analogy derived from what is assumed by the term gravity through effects perceived, gravity does not seem as well understood as is presumed yet. The human biological form though usually does quite well terrestrially where it has had eons of development and adaptation behind its form. Outside the biosphere it is not the same. No revelation there, of course, yet the effects are not well understood by most folks only reading secondhand accounts from astronauts who’ve actually spent time there. They are not the same when they return.
Your decoding of the headings was quite useful and a time saver. The portion of [G01V7/00 Measuring gravitational fields or waves; Gravimetric Prospecting and Detecting] suggests aspects very much entailing Navigation. Based on accounts of space flight known, navigating space weather is very different from navigating atmospheric weather when one considers the proposed system of propulsion that is not normally the chemical propellants and as a projectile dependent on adjusting for inertial changes.
That it might be a Navy project is not unusual. As for the proof-of-concept construction mentioned, what is described actually sounds like an attempt at portraying some method of a back-engineering understanding of a once working device toward prospects of some form of duplication that has had some known terrestrial physics experimentation added to the mix in hopes of achieving technological parity. Can DARPA produce something similar, for instance, seems to be what is being asked and suggested by this patent write up.
The notion of electro-acoustics is not anything so foreign that it cannot be better understood. Biological acoustic sensory apparatuses of most animals (hearing) has such a form of electro-chemical-acoustics. In part chemical, in part electrical, in part acoustically stimulated by patterns of compressed waves through an atmosphere, for instance. But can a navigator, stimulated by such wave forms terrestrially manage wave patterns of that suggestive and exotic patent construct, as another level of biological development?
Personally, one would rather have a later version of a Star Ship Enterprise built for the typical human with the capability other aerial craft have demonstrated not built by humankind. After all back engineering the workings of a captured or recovered craft from elsewhere also suggests that biological modifications and adaptations will need to be accommodated first in order to operate that craft as efficiently as the others did. And how they [did] still seems a mystery at best but does not seem impossible to achieve. Only doing so differently as a homo-sapiens-sapiens would.
Knowledge and the wisdom that goes with demonstrable handling of terrestrial biology needs more work and understanding, in one’s humble opinion. In any case, it does not seem to be a linear or planar tasking, but a dimensional tasking that includes a Cartesian graphing of energy and matter to achieve accurate navigation within a moving volume using gravity fields and acoustic frequencies within a larger more massive field. While doing so maintaining biological integrity as a navigator.
A lot of terms one could parse to get an idea from where these notions might come, of course, but using them to become dysfunctional even pathological seems a waste of energy and matter. Very doubtful if terrestrial humanoids will be allowed to wreak havoc elsewhere so blatantly and indiscriminately as idiots once they’re able to hoover as if to negate gravity.
another question comes to mind: has an AI patented anything yet?
considering all we’ve discussed here in the last year it seems we’re overdue for an AI to patent something anything. curious: the clear and obvious and redundant ties, associations, clubs, whatever you wanna call em in the AI development oligarchic community and their long standing ties to the pedogate folk implicated (and in a few cases convicted) of massive child trafficking (at a minimum). monstrous folk associated with alotta smart guys going back past haldane and fermi and others who set up machines with monstrous powers.
quinn micheals has chronicled alotta these historical associations up to the current day. thiel seems to show up the most. anyone heard of intellectual dark web? or nexium? or epstein and friends? gotta wonder if micheals is another robt david steele – giving up tidbits here and there in order to sell a larger lie.

doc, your spot on about patents. david hawkins and jason goodman have done much forensic work on terrist events by virtue of patents and what companies hold them and/or execute on them. sidebar maybe: there are a number of patent holders who never intend to make anything, they simple keep a close eye on some giant mfr firm and their current tech, predict what next tech ideas they’re going to need to keep growing and they patent the idea without a firm idea of how to make it happen. since they got the idea first and got a patent, they collect the royalties after.
If one can use patents to control the introduction of technologies within the market place, then there must be a way to collateralize them to the benefit of those developing the technologies for future use. RB brings up an interesting point about WW2 and the absence of use of advanced technologies in that war when we see the absence of these controls in WW1. Sitting in the middle of these wars lies the curious activity of the Sullivan and Cromwell Law Firm, who appears to be coordinating a lot of patent use internationally during that time frame. DT mentions Tesla, yet few realize that on investigation of his education background he seems to share more academic similarities to Gabriel Kron than Albert Einstein. Tesla, Kron and Einstein are men of remarkable achievement and stellar intellect, of whom the least may be Einstein himself. Yet, all three represent an intellectual and academic tradition of some type, whereas in the West Einstein’s bona fides are the most widely known. Why is there such an absence of the public intellectual and academic discussion of intellectual heritage of Kron and Tesla? Some of these new patents represent reflections on Kron’s and Tesla’s intellectual tradition. Why now? My heart tells me the goal is an interstellar empire and the rollout of the technologies cannot occur until this can be realized–in much the same way as the introduction of the New World would not occur until there were economies of sufficient size to control it. The question, then, is when was this discovery “concept” made on Earth? When was this concept bought into being?[or, is it still on the drawing board?]

Perhaps disruptions in vacuum fields is what really forms black holes and not gigantic masses growing such huge gravitational fields that not even light can escape them. Perhaps holes in the vacuum field shred apart all nearby matter that gets attracted to them to where all sub-atomic particles lose all cohesion and in their annihilation grow the size of the vacuum hole.
