THE CIA REMOTE VIEWED MARS IN 1984
This was passed along by S.B., and it's definitely worth pondering. Most of the readership of this website is familiar with the USA's and Russia's remote viewing projects of the 1970s and 1980s. These projects were conducted in the greatest secrecy, and revealed some rather astonishing results, not the least of which was that humans possess, to varying degrees, a kind of natural faculty of being able to envision very remote locations and times simply by "tuning into" them according to certain carefully worked out protocols. There was nothing psychic or "occult" about it, but rather, it appeared to be a component of the natural rational faculty of human nature itself.
As is now known, the CIA sponsored a remote viewing of Mars in 1984, and here's the original document:

While the reviewer is not known according to the document, it is now assumed to be Joseph McMoneagle, one of the early and most successful of the US covert and secret remote viewing projects:

The initial coordinates given to McMoneagle were 40.89 degrees north and 9.55 degrees west on the planet Mars. This is where it gets interesting, because in the protocols of "coordinate remote viewing," the actual physical appearance of a site are not known to the viewer. All he or she is given is simply a set of coordinates, and then told to draw a picture, or describe what he or she sees there. What's remarkable about this set of coordinates is that the CIA was really asking McMoneagle to view the Cydonia region on Mars, home of the celebrated "Face" and "D&M Pyramid". McMoneagle described, as one can read, seeing not only pyramidal forms, but massive dust storms, and then very tall thin "people," a point in itself intriguing, for given Mars' much lower gravity than Earth, it is possible that its inhabitants, if any, might have been comparatively taller.
McMoneagle goes on to describe other pyramidal structures as structures from storms. He again describes a tall thin and ancient people, who realize their species is dying, and that it sent a group to look for another place to live, after a major cataclysm of some sort which he describes as "cosmic."
So why am I bothering you with this? After all, while interesting, it's only one document recording one such session. Beyond the transcript itself, we're told nothing of the session's specific protocols, nor if there were any follow-up sessions.
But I rather suspect my reasons for bringing this to the attention of the reader are evident: whatever one may think of such things as remote viewing, the fact that US intelligence was willing to resort to it as a means of space exploration means that in all likelihood this session was not a one-off, nor that McMoneagle was the only such viewer involved. In all likelihood, other viewers were tasked with viewing the same coordinates in the same time, and their results were probably not shared with the viewers, but correlated by those running the sessions. They could thus be used to determine landing sites and so on. And one may be relatively certain that similar experiments were being run in the Soviet Union, and in every other space program, as well.
But there's another possibility, one that surely must have occurred to those running these types of experiments, and that is suggested by the phenomenon of "coordinate viewing at a distance" of millions of miles, namely, that if there is a faculty in human nature permitting such things to be done, then that faculty may also hold the key to exotic means of propulsion as well. This implies that perhaps one reason that we're told the remote viewing program was "shut down" was simply that the program was not shut down, but rather, shunted into far more secret programs of research into exotic propulsion technologies.
Or to put it country simple: if it was part and parcel of a secret space program in 1984, you can bet your last nickel that it's a part of that secret space program now.

The HAARP Report did some excellent work here showing how detailed and advanced the geo-engineers are getting. Although I have a hard time not lumping Dane Wiggington in with Alex Jones for controlled opposition sand boxers, he apparently fed some useful ideas to HAARP Report who came up with even better observations and ideas.
Curious that HAARP Report is postulating that the planet is suffering massive warming at the hands of this engineering that will kill off the planet’s life. All of it. Meanwhile the same engineering is freezing out other areas to mask the massive warming. This is a similar idea to Suspicious 0bservers’ except that Ben hardly recognizes geo-engineering and feels the planet is going cold fast due to solar activity with mockingbird media working hard to make it look like a warming crisis.
Now which is it and which population (on or off planet) is purging this planet? And why. And what can we do about it?

Someone here got me on to Tommy Williams. He goes on about religions in a 3.75 hr rant. Might wanna try him 2x speed. He does seem to be getting more into our so far hidden abilities each week.
This all also brought to mind Frank Herbert’s normalizing the idea of such exploitation of such abilities over spans of generations that change the species exploited.

One has to wonder if any type of “contact” with other entities has occurred during any of these long distance viewings.
McMoneagle told us the following face-to-face at while I was at The Monroe Institute (from my review):
Following normal RV protocols, Joe was handed an envelope to RV task. Doing his thing, he ended up in a UFO! (It turned out later that he was given a photo of a UFO in the envelope.)
Well, the occupants could somehow tell he was ‘there’. They indicated he should leave. When he didn’t, they did something to induce the fear emotion, which snapped him back into normal consciousness.
Joe put normal procedures aside and contemplated what had just been done ‘to him’. Then, he went back into the RV state. He returned to the UFO, told the occupants that he now knew what had been done to him and that it wouldn’t work again, and left the UFO to return to normal consciousness. Big huevos…

Since Stargate/CIA/DIA/NSA/etc. had McMoneagle remote viewing UFOs, I would not be surprised if other – off-planet and non-now – ‘sessions’ were performed. In my humble opinion, human ‘abilities’ have been and are being exploited in deep-black programs at a security-clearance-level higher than the Manhattan Project. (Think of Babylon 5’s human ‘Psi Corps’ and other species’ incorporation of ‘gifted’ individuals.) Any Disclosure is also going to have to cover these areas, to be pertinent…
Science fiction authors have covered a myriad ways in which ‘talented’ humans might contribute to travel to the stars. In some, they are just ‘boosters’ to the machinery. In others, they are the machinery. And in more advanced levels, they just open a door or portal (physical or in-the-mind, i.e., higher-dimensional) and walk-through to their destination. (Gautama Buddha is reported to have done this in front of witnesses on a number of occasions.)
It will be interesting to see what comes-forth when humans get their reverse “Tower of Babel moment”…

This looks like a scenario from Ray Bradbury’s Martian Chronicles or Burrough’s John Carter Martian series. Anyone for Ancient Aliens series let alone several comic book stories. What knowledge are our elites hiding from us?
Before even reading anything other than the title; I’m going approach this phenomena from: given remote viewing is innate in both individual abilities and group abilities. The question is do they differ?
These experiments prefer group, so it’s assumed they’re better than an individuals in accuracy. That there is results. Is this because of some whole is better than the sum of its part phenomena?
Having read the post; again I’m blown away by the conclusion. In retrospect it’s obvious. Yes, the program went deep.
But propulsion? That’s a stunner!
Yet, if mankinds’ hidden powers were purposely atrophied; it makes sense to keep those buried. Only to be dug up when it can be used by those who know where to look[ironic wording.]?
Who purposely branched off this possible future of mankind? For what reason[s]?

I had an experience along that line while back in Seattle around 1980 (pre- Monroe Institute). We were gathered to listen to the founder of our psi-related group, who had traveled from CA. When he was about to speak, a person rushed up and talked to him. It turned-out a member was a parent who had just had his young child hit and dragged-under a car. The child was in a coma. The speaker had the group go into a deep meditation, find the child, and do whatever they were guided to do.
Shortly after, a phone call came in. The child had awakened from the coma. Reportedly, his first words were, “I’m okay on the inside, now…”
(Now, you can see why the baddies want us divided and tied-up with outside minutia…)
Those “baddies” are not human.
Apparently “they” loathe humanity.
The quintessential poster perfect Royal blooded baddie is Prince Philip, the Queen’s consort; who would like to return as a deadly virus.

Hi Annette, you might be interested in watching the Ted talk by Mr. Targ I mentioned in my comment. Hal Puthoff seems to appear as a player whenever anything concerning “new” physics or warp drives or remote viewing is discussed/engineered.
